Claims (2)
- 複数のLEDで構成されたLEDモジュールを有する光学系と、
電源電圧を昇圧する電圧変換手段を有すると共に入力電圧に対応したLED駆動電流を前記光学系の前記LEDモジュールに供給する電気系を備え、
前記電気系において、第1電圧による第1ステップと前記第1ステップに続く、前記第1電圧よりも高い第2電圧による第2ステップからなる階段状の電圧を入力することにより、前記光学系において前記第1ステップに対応するLED駆動電流が前記LEDの絶対最大定格値を超えないラッシュ電流を有すると共に、前記第2ステップに対応するLED駆動電流がラッシュ電流を有することなく且つ前記LEDの絶対最大定格値に近い電流値で推移し、
前記第1電圧は前記第2電圧の3~5%の範囲であり、
前記第1ステップの時間は、少なくとも0.5msec以上であることを特徴とするLEDストロボ。 - 前記電圧変換手段は、DC/DCコンバータを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLEDストロボ。
