Description
The present invention is used for a head protection cap body with various sensors that detects data related to biometric information, motion information, environmental information around the head, etc. of the user's head and confirms the user's condition based on this data. It is about the interior unit to be installed and the head protection cap body equipped with it.
Conventionally, there is a helmet equipped with a system in which electrodes are attached to measure biological information such as body temperature, the degree of fatigue, drowsiness, etc. of the subject is detected from this biological information, and a warning is given to prompt a break (
In addition, as a helmet for monitoring fatigue, a first electrode installed inside the cap to contact the position of the head to acquire the first information, and a helmet installed outside the cap to contact another position of the head. , A device that electrically connects to a second electrode for acquiring second information to acquire brain wave information (see Patent Document 3), or a smart helmet that detects biological information, etc. Some are provided with electrodes for acquiring information (see Patent Document 4).
However, all of these are electronic devices such as various sensors, controllers, communication devices, and batteries necessary for detecting and using data related to the biometric information and motion information of the user's head, environmental information around the head, etc. Since each device is attached to the helmet separately, or partly or wholly built into the helmet body, for example, an electronic device for cleaning a dirty helmet body or replacing a battery. It was necessary to remove and disassemble each of them so that they would not break down, which made maintenance very complicated. Especially for helmets that monitor heat stroke in factories and construction sites, for helmets that require measurement information on the head or around the head, it is necessary to incorporate the sensor inside the helmet. There was a problem that maintenance of electronic devices could not be performed.
Therefore, in view of the above-mentioned situation, the present invention seeks to solve the problem by providing a head protection cap provided with various sensors for detecting data related to the biometric information and motion information of the user's head, environmental information around the head, and the like. It should be noted that the configurations with the same reference numerals in the respective figures indicate that they are the same configurations, and the description thereof will be omitted.

Here, in these embodiments, an example of applying the head protection cap body with a sensor to a working helmet is shown, but the application target of the head protection cap body with a sensor is a person such as a hat. Anything that has a protective part on the head of the animal, including it, is covered. Since the
First, the configuration of the
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
The
The
The
Since the
The
As shown in FIG. 3, the
Here, as the
The control unit 7 controls the communication unit 8 to transmit the detection data regarding the biological information of the head of the user U and the detection data regarding the environmental information around the head from the communication unit 8 to the external device at predetermined fixed intervals. (1) The control unit determines whether or not an abnormality has occurred in the user U based on the operation information of the user U, and when it is determined that an abnormality has occurred in the user U, this determination information is used in the communication unit 8. It has a second control unit that controls transmission from to an external device.
The first control unit uses the detection data of the
Specifically, biometric information consisting of changes in biometric impedance due to brain waves, heart rate, pulse rate, body temperature, skin surface temperature, blood flow, electrocardiogram, myoelectricity, sweating, etc. of user U detected by the
The second control unit sequentially monitors the operation of the user U based on the detection data of the
Specifically, the acceleration sensor and the angular velocity sensor constituting the
The second control unit has a function of measuring the degree of danger of the user U based on the data related to the operation information detected by the
The communication unit 8 transmits various data according to instructions from the control unit 7, and as communication means, for example, Bluetooth (registered trademark), a wireless PAN defined by a ZigBee (registered trademark) standard, or WiMAX ( A wireless MAN or the like specified by the standard of (registered trademark) can be used, but of course, it may be transmitted to or received from an external device by another communication means.
Here, the external device is, for example, a smartphone, a tablet, a portable radio, a portable personal computer, or the like carried by each user U, an electronic computer connected through a network line represented by the Internet, or another similar device. Electronic devices can be used.
For example, from the data detected by
Further, when it is confirmed that the user U may have heat stroke according to the detection data of the
Since the
With the above configuration, in the
Next, the configuration of the
As shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, the
The
The
The other configurations of the helmet with a
With the above configuration, in the
In each of the above embodiments, as
