Description
Claims (8)
- 組織シートから心臓血管弁再建のための弁尖を準備するためのデバイスであって、
選択された弁尖寸法を有する所定のパターンを切断するように適合されたカッターと、
前記カッターの配置に応答して弁尖に縫合位置をマーキングするように前記所定の切断パターンと自動的に位置合わせされる組織マーカと
を備え、
膜からの弁尖の切断と前記弁尖における前記縫合位置のマーキングとが、同時に達成され、
前記デバイスは、
所望の弁尖形状に概ね一致した基板であって、前記所定のパターンに従った底溝を含み、前記カッターが、前記底溝に取り付けられた切断ブレードを備え、前記基板が、前記縫合位置に従った複数の開口を含み、前記組織マーカが、それぞれの前記開口に各々が取り付けられた複数のインク塗布器を備える、基板と、
前記インク塗布器を、前記開口を通して下向きに伸長するように押圧するスラスト面を含む、前記基板に滑動可能に取り付けられたプランジャと、
上方位置に向けて前記スラスト面を付勢するバイアス部材と
をさらに備え、
前記組織シートに対して前記基板を手動で押圧することにより、前記切断ブレードの前記所定のパターンが切断され、切断された弁尖が前記切断ブレード内に留まっている間に、前記プランジャを手動で押圧することにより、前記縫合位置がマーキングされる、デバイス。 - 前記インク塗布器の各々が、前記上方位置における前記スラスト面に対して前記インク塗布器を後退させるバイアスばねを含む、
請求項1に記載のデバイス。 - 前記プランジャが、硬質上部領域と、前記スラスト面を提供する弾性底部領域とを備える、
請求項1に記載のデバイス。 - 前記硬質上部領域が、前記基板に滑動可能に装着された取り付けシャフトを含む、
請求項3に記載のデバイス。 - 心臓血管弁再建のための弁尖を準備するためのデバイスであって、
所望の弁尖寸法に概ね一致した基板であって、前記所望の弁尖寸法に対応した所定のパターンに従った底溝を含み、前記所望の弁尖寸法のための所定の縫合位置のパターンに従った複数の開口を含む、基板と、
前記底溝に取り付けられた切断ブレードと、
それぞれの前記開口に各々が取り付けられた複数のインク塗布器と、
前記インク塗布器を、前記開口を通して下向きに伸長するように押圧するスラスト面を含む、前記基板に滑動可能に取り付けられたプランジャと、
上方位置に向けて前記スラスト面を付勢するバイアス部材と
を備え、
組織シートに対して前記基板を手動で押圧することにより、前記組織シートを通して前記切断ブレードの前記所定のパターンが切断され、切断された弁尖が前記切断ブレード内に留まっている間に、前記プランジャを手動で押圧することにより、縫合位置がマーキングされる、デバイス。 - 前記インク塗布器の各々が、前記上方位置における前記スラスト面に対して前記インク塗布器を後退させるバイアスばねを含む、
請求項5に記載のデバイス。 - 前記プランジャが、硬質上部領域と前記スラスト面を提供する弾性底部領域とを備える、
請求項5に記載のデバイス。 - 前記硬質上部領域が、前記基板に滑動可能に装着された取り付けシャフトを含む、
