開口部周縁の一部が袋体底部に対して反対側へ延伸された延伸部を有する袋体を保持する袋保持具であって、
袋保持具が設置される被設置面と接触する底部と、
袋体を保持する保持部と、
前記保持部が設けられ、前記底部から立設されている第１の起立部と、を有し、
前記保持される袋体の開口部が前記第１の起立部の上端部と前記保持部との間に位置するように、該袋体を保持し、
前記底部から立設され、且つ前記第１の起立部に対して離間して設けられた第２の起立部を有し、
