Description

Packing box and portable handle
Technical Field
The invention relates to a packing box for packing articles and a carrying handle thereof.
Background
Conventionally, as a packaging box for packaging articles such as commodities, a packaging box having a carrying handle used when a purchaser takes back or the like is known (for example, japanese patent documents 1 to 4).
For example, patent document 1 discloses a paper packing case that can be assembled into three forms, a stacked form in which a plurality of rectangular box shapes can be stacked, a display form in which the stored articles can be viewed, and a carrying form in which the paper packing case can be carried by a hand.
Further, patent document 2 discloses a packaging container comprising: the area of an information display surface for displaying meaningful information to a purchaser such as a consumer can be increased, and the information display surface can be hidden at the time of shipment and exposed at the time of sale or purchase.
In the case of conventional packaging boxes, for example, when displayed in a store, the packaging boxes may be displayed in a state suspended from hanging hooks or rails by using their carrying handles. That is, the carrying handle used by the purchaser of the product when the purchaser returns the product is used for displaying the product before purchase.
Here, a plurality of product information such as appearance, specification, function, characteristics, and usage of the stored product is often described on four side surfaces of the package box, and the description contents may be different for each side surface.
For example, when products having the same function have different colors, product information (such as a picture of the appearance) including information on the product color may be written on each side surface of the package box. In this way, it is convenient to use a common packing box for commodities of different colors.

Disclosure of Invention
Technical problem
However, in the case of the conventional package described above, when the handle is hung and displayed by the hanging hook and/or the crossbar, the side surface that can be arranged on the front side during display is limited among the four side surfaces of the package.
That is, since the hanging hook and/or the crossbar is inserted in the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the carrying handle of the packaging box, the side surface that can be arranged on the front side at the time of display is limited to any one of the two side surfaces extending in the direction parallel to the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the carrying handle (the insertion direction of the hanging hook and/or the crossbar).
If the side surfaces of the packaging box which can be arranged on the front surface at the time of display are limited as described above, for example, in the case where there are four kinds of colors of products different in color, even if information (such as a picture of appearance) of the products different in color is described on each of the four side surfaces of the packaging box, the (products) which cannot be arranged on the front surface at the time of display are not exposed.
In addition, even in the case of products of different colors, if different product information is recorded on each side surface of the packing box, it is convenient if, for example, four packing boxes can be hung in a row and displayed, and the side surface facing the front surface can be changed for each packing box.
However, since the conventional package box as described above has a limited number of side surfaces that can be arranged on the front surface during hanging and display, the side surfaces facing the front surface cannot be changed for each of the four package boxes, and only two types of side surfaces can be arranged on the front surface to the maximum extent.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems of the conventional art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a packaging box and a carrying handle thereof, which can be arranged on the front side of any one of four side surfaces during hanging display with a simple configuration.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, a packing case and a carrying handle thereof according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, a package box 11 according to the present embodiment is provided with a carrying handle 1 at a lid (top plate portion) 20 of a box main body 11A. When a purchaser of a product packaged in the packaging box 11 returns the product, the purchaser can insert fingers into the opening 2 for hand grip formed inside the curved carrying handle 1, and can take the product back by gripping the carrying handle 1.
As shown in fig. 2A to 4, a pair of hanging holes (hanging openings) 3 for hanging by hanging on a hook for display and/or a crossbar are formed in a handle body 1A of the carrying handle 1. As shown in fig. 2B to 4, the hanging hole 3 is opened along a direction in which the axis thereof is orthogonal to the axis of the opening 2 for hand gripping.
The handle body 1A of the carrying handle 1 has the following structure: the elongated plate-like member 7, which is made of synthetic resin and has a flexible structure, can be easily deformed particularly in the vertical direction in a use state, and can be deformed in conformity with the outer shape of a fingertip or the like when the fingertip or the like is inserted into the handle 1 or the like and hung. The slender plate-like member 7 is not limited to the synthetic resin as long as it is formed of a flexible material.
The pair of hanging holes 3 are formed on both sides with the topmost portion of the handle body 1A bent therebetween. The pair of hanging holes 3 are formed symmetrically with respect to the uppermost portion of the curved handle body 1A. The dimensions of the pair of hanging holes 3 are set so that hanging members (e.g., hooks and/or crossbars for display) can be inserted thereinto.
The packing box 11 according to the present embodiment can be used for returning a commodity to a purchaser, and can be hung on a hook, a rail, or the like provided on a wall surface or the like to be displayed or displayed in a shop, a display hall, or the like in a state in which a commodity is stored or in a state in which a commodity is not stored for the purpose of displaying and/or publicizing the commodity. Recent packaging boxes are very visual, and have characteristics, specifications, functions, methods of use, and the like of the product recorded on the outer surface thereof, and are equivalent to posters for advertisement or catalogs for sellers, and are used for customers who research and purchase to understand characteristics and the like of the product in a concise manner.
Since the packing box 11 according to the present embodiment includes the opening 2 for gripping by hand and the hanging hole 3 provided in the directions orthogonal to each other as described above, when a plurality of packing boxes are hung adjacently by a display hanger or the like in a shop or the like, not only two side surfaces facing each other but also the remaining two side surfaces arranged in the directions orthogonal to each other can be displayed on the four side surfaces of the packing box 11. With respect to this aspect, the following description is specifically made.
The continuous side surfaces of the package box 11 are referred to as a surface a, a surface B, a surface C, and a surface D in this order. Fig. 5 to 7 are views showing a state in which the packing box 11 is hung from a horizontal bar 12 for hanging a display provided along a wall surface using the opening 2 for gripping by hand. When the opposite side of the paper surface is a wall surface and the near front side is a viewer (purchaser) side (front surface), the viewer can view the a surface and the C surface when two packing boxes 11 of the same commodity are hung in the opposite directions to the hanging direction of the display hanging rail 12.
On the other hand, fig. 8 to 10 are views showing a state in which the packing box 11 is hung on a display hanging rail 12 provided along a wall surface using a pair of hanging holes 3 formed in the handle body 1A of the carrying handle 1. When two packing cases 11 of the same commodity are hung in the opposite directions to the hanging direction of the display hanging rail 12, respectively, the viewer can observe the B-side and the D-side.
Therefore, if four packing cases 11 are prepared for the same product, all the side surfaces of the packing cases 11 can be displayed (displayed) on the front side for the same product.
Next, the structure and the method of using the package box 11 and the carrying handle 1 will be described in detail with reference to fig. 2A to 15.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the carrying handle 11 is used in combination with, for example, a handle attachment plate 4 (a perspective view showing a structural concept thereof is shown in fig. 15) attached to the back side of a lid (top plate) 20 of the package box 11. In fig. 3 and 4, the cover (top plate) 20 of the box main body 11A is not shown.
The handle body 1A of the carrying handle 1 has the elongated plate-like member 7 made of a thin plate-like synthetic resin, and can be easily deformed by human fingertips, and the angle of the carrying handle base 5 provided at both ends of the carrying handle 1 with respect to the handle body 1A can be easily changed.
Next, a method of coupling the carrying handle 1 to the handle attachment plate 4 will be described.
First, the side of the carrying handle base 5 provided in the handle body 1A of the carrying handle 1 is deformed to be substantially parallel to the handle body 1A, and is inserted into and passed through the side of the carrying handle base insertion hole 6 (see fig. 15) of the handle attachment plate 4, thereby opening the carrying handle base 5. Since the size of the carrying handle base 5 is set sufficiently larger than the size of the carrying handle base insertion hole 6, the carrying handle base 5 is not pulled out from the carrying handle base insertion hole 6, and the carrying handle 1 is coupled to the handle attachment plate 4.
Next, the handle main body 1A is bent, and the other carrying handle base 5 is deformed so as to be substantially parallel to the handle main body 1A, inserted into the other carrying handle base insertion hole 6 of the handle attachment plate 4, and the carrying handle base 5 is opened. As a result, the carrying handle bases 5 at both ends of the handle body 1A of the carrying handle 1 are fitted into the two carrying handle base insertion holes 6 of the handle attachment plate 4, respectively, and the handle body 1A of the carrying handle 1 and the handle attachment plate are connected to each other as shown in fig. 3 and 4. In this state, the handle body 1A has a substantially inverted U-shape.
The carry handle body 1A protruding toward the upper surface side of the handle attachment plate 4 can be made almost flat by pushing the top portion of the carry handle 1 downward and pushing the handle body 1A into the carry handle base insertion hole 6 of the handle attachment plate 4.
Next, the detailed structure of carrying handle 1 of the present embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 12 to 14.
As described above, although the handle 1 is manufactured by injection molding using synthetic resin, when the product stored in the packing box 11 is a light and small-sized article such as a toy, the thickness of the main portion of the handle 1 is about 0.5mm to 1mm and the width thereof is 15mm to 20mm in consideration of the ease of deformation. When the product stored in the packing box 11 is heavy goods or large articles, the width, thickness, and the like of the carrying handle 1 are appropriately changed and set according to the goods.
In order to maintain the suspended state of the package box 11 horizontally, two hanging holes 3 having the same shape are formed on both sides of the top (topmost part) of the substantially inverted U shape of the carrying handle 1 and at positions symmetrical to the top. The hanging hole 3 is in the shape of a long hole with semicircular ends.
A thick portion 10A for reinforcement is formed in the peripheral portion of the suspension hole 3. By forming the reinforcing thick portion 10A in the peripheral portion of the hanging hole 3 in this manner, even when a local stress is applied to the peripheral portion of the hanging hole 3 from the hanging hook and/or the crossbar, it is possible to prevent cracks and the like from being generated around the hanging hole 3.
Further, the thick portions 10B and 10C having a long and narrow straight line shape are also formed at both side edge portions and the widthwise central portion of the suspension handle 1, and these thick portions 10B and 10C contribute to improvement of the strength of the suspension handle 1.
Next, a method of attaching the lid (top) 20 of the package box 11 to the carrying handle 1 and a method of assembling the lid 20 will be described with reference to fig. 16 to 23.
Fig. 16 is a plan view of the package box 11 having four members constituting the lid 20, in a state where the lid 20 is opened, that is, before the carrying handle 1 and the handle attachment plate 4 are attached, and fig. 17 is a side view corresponding to fig. 16.
When the handle attachment plate 4 is attached to the first cover member 21, the handle insertion hole 14 having substantially the same shape and size as the carrying handle insertion hole 6 is provided in a position of the first cover member 21 corresponding to the carrying handle base insertion hole 6. The second cover member 22, the third cover member 23, and the fourth cover member 24 are provided with a rectangular handle through-hole 13 having a size almost the same as or slightly larger than the outer size of the handy handle 1 in the state of being attached to the first cover member 21 so that the handy handle 1 can penetrate through them when they are closed.
In a state where all of the four cover members 21, 22, 23, 24 are horizontally unfolded, the handle attachment plate 4 is attached to the back surface of the first cover member 21 (the inner surface side of the package box 11 when the first cover member 21 is closed, and the upper surface when the first cover member 21 is horizontally unfolded) (fig. 18 and 19).
Next, in the first cover member 21, the carrying handle bases 5 provided at both ends of the handle main body 1A of the carrying handle 1 are inserted through the handle through-holes 14 of the first cover member 21 and the carrying handle base insertion holes 6 of the handle attachment plates 4 from the outer surface (the surface on the outer surface side of the package box 11 in the case where the first cover member 21 is closed, the lower surface in the horizontally-expanded state) side thereof, and the carrying handle 1 and the handle attachment plates 4 are connected to each other through the first cover member 21 (fig. 20 and 21).
After the first cover member 21 is closed (fig. 22 and 23), the cover 20 is closed in the order of the second cover member 22, the third cover member 23, and the fourth cover member 24.
As described above, in a state where the lid 20 of the package box 11 is closed, as shown in fig. 11, the handle attachment plate 4 is disposed below the lid 20, and the box body 11A of the package box 11 is supported via the carrying handle base 5 disposed below.
In a state where the lid 20 of the package box 11 is completely closed, the top of the carrying handle 1 and the like can be pushed in from both ends of the carrying handle 1 into the carrying handle base insertion hole of the handle attachment plate 4. This makes it possible to make the position of the upper surface of the carrying handle 1 substantially the same as the position of the surface of the lid 20 of the package box 11, or to store the upper surface of the carrying handle 1 at a position lower than the position of the surface, and therefore, the package box 11 is not projected from the surface of the package box 11, and therefore, the package box 11 is easily stacked.
In addition, since the box body 11A of the package box 11 is mostly made of thick paper and/or corrugated cardboard (made of paper), and strength may be insufficient depending on the weight of the stored goods, etc., in the above embodiment, the handle attachment plate 4 made of synthetic resin is disposed below the cover 20.
However, when the box body 11A has sufficient strength in relation to the commodity to be stored and the selection of the material of the box body 11A of the package box 11, the following configuration is possible: instead of using the handle attachment plate 4, a hole having a position, shape, and size corresponding to the carrying handle base insertion hole 6 (in the handle attachment plate 4) is provided in the fourth cover member 24, and the carrying handle base 5 is inserted through the hole to connect the first cover member 21 and the carrying handle 11.
In addition, when the box main body 11A of the package box 11, particularly the lid 20, has sufficient strength, the handle attachment plate 4 may not be provided below all of the four lid members 21, 22, 23, 24, but may be provided below three, two, or one of the lid members (for example, the handle attachment plate 4 may be attached to the second lid member 22, the third lid member 23, or the fourth lid member 24). In this case, if the strength of the cover 20 is further sufficient, the carrying handle 1 may be directly coupled to the second cover member 22, the third cover member 23, or the fourth cover member 24 without using the handle attachment plate 4.
