(1) 近視の進行を遅延、抑制又は予防することのうちの少なくともいずれか1つ、及びハロー効果を最小限に抑えることを目的とする眼科用レンズであって、
近視の矯正のための負のパワーを有する中心ゾーン、及び
前記中心ゾーンを取り囲む少なくとも1つの処置ゾーン、を含み、前記少なくとも1つの処置ゾーンが、前記中心ゾーンの外縁部から、前記少なくとも1つの処置ゾーン内における+5.0Dより大きい正のパワーへ増加するパワー特性を有することを特徴とする、眼科用レンズ。
(2) 前記少なくとも1つの処置ゾーンが、約+5D~約+15Dの正のパワーを有することを特徴とする、実施態様1に記載の眼科用レンズ。
(3) 前記中心ゾーンの直径が、約3mm~約7mmであることを特徴とする、実施態様1に記載の眼科用レンズ。
(4) 前記少なくとも1つの処置ゾーンが、前記中心ゾーンの前記外縁部から、前記レンズの中心から約3mm~約4.5mmにおける+5.00Dより大きい前記正のパワーへ連続的に増加するパワー特性を有することを特徴とする、実施態様1に記載の眼科用レンズ。
(5) 前記少なくとも1つの処置ゾーンが、ジグザグの、又は揺動するパワー特性を有することを特徴とする、実施態様1に記載の眼科用レンズ。
(7) 黒/白エッジにおけるハロー効果を最小限に抑えることを特徴とする、実施態様1に記載の眼科用レンズ。
(8) 前記眼科用レンズが、コンタクトレンズを含む、実施態様1に記載の眼科用レンズ。
(9) 前記眼科用レンズが、眼鏡のレンズを含む、実施態様1に記載の眼科用レンズ。
(10) 前記眼科用レンズが、眼内レンズ、角膜インレー又は角膜オンレーを含む、実施態様1に記載の眼科用レンズ。
(12) 近視の進行の遅延、抑制又は予防のうち少なくともいずれか1つを目的とする方法であって、
近視の矯正のための負のパワーを有する中心ゾーン、及び前記中心ゾーンを取り囲む少なくとも1つの処置ゾーンを有する眼科用レンズを提供することであって、前記少なくとも1つの処置ゾーンは、前記中心ゾーンの外縁部から、前記少なくとも1つの処置ゾーン内における+5.00Dより大きい正のパワーへ増加するパワー特性を有する、ことと、
眼の成長を変化させることと、によるものであることを特徴とする、方法。
(13) 前記少なくとも1つの処置ゾーンが、約+5D~約+15Dの正のパワーを有することを特徴とする、実施態様12に記載の方法。
(14) 前記中心ゾーンの直径が、約3mm~約7mmであることを特徴とする、実施態様12に記載の方法。
(15) 前記少なくとも1つの処置ゾーンが、前記中心ゾーンの前記外縁部から、前記レンズの中心から約3mm~約4.5mmにおける+5.00Dより大きい前記正のパワーへ連続的に増加するパワー特性を有することを特徴とする、実施態様12に記載の方法。
(17) 前記少なくとも1つの処置ゾーンが、前記レンズの中心から3.0mm~4.5mmのところに外縁部を有することを特徴とする、実施態様12に記載の方法。
(18) 黒/白エッジにおけるハロー効果を最小限に抑えることを特徴とする、実施態様12に記載の方法。
(19) 前記眼科用レンズが、コンタクトレンズを含む、実施態様12に記載の方法。
(20) 前記眼科用レンズが、眼内レンズ、角膜インレー又は角膜オンレーを含む、実施態様12に記載の方法。
(22) 近視の進行の遅延、抑制又は予防のうち少なくともいずれか1つを目的とする眼科用レンズであって、
近視の矯正のための負のパワーを有するゾーン、及び
少なくとも1つの処置ゾーン、を含み、前記少なくとも1つの処置ゾーンは、近視の進行を実質的に抑制するのに、十分な領域、及び前記領域内の十分なパワーを有することを特徴とする、眼科用レンズ。
(23) 近視の進行が、50%未満であることを特徴とする、実施態様22に記載の眼科用レンズ。
(24) 前記処置ゾーン内のパワーが、前記処置ゾーンの少なくとも一部において+5D超であることを特徴とする、実施態様22に記載の眼科用レンズ。
(25) 前記近視の矯正のためのゾーンが、十分な視力を抑制しないように十分に広いことを特徴とする、実施態様22に記載の眼科用レンズ。
Claims (3)
- 近視の進行を遅延、抑制又は予防することのうちの少なくともいずれか1つ、及びハロー効果を最小限に抑えることを目的とするコンタクトレンズの設計方法であって、
前記コンタクトレンズは、
近視の矯正のための負のパワーを有する中心ゾーン、及び
前記中心ゾーンを取り囲む少なくとも1つの処置ゾーン、を含み、前記少なくとも1つの処置ゾーンが、前記コンタクトレンズの中心から半径2.15mmに対応する前記中心ゾーンの外縁部から、前記コンタクトレンズの中心から3.0mm以上4.5mm未満の距離で前記少なくとも1つの処置ゾーン内における5.0Dより大きく15Dより小さい正のパワーへ徐々に及び連続的に前記距離に応じてパワーの大きさが増加し、そして、前記コンタクトレンズの中心から半径4.5mm以上に対応する視覚ゾーンの周縁まで一定のままである、パワー特性を有し、前記パワー特性は、患者の瞳孔径に対して調整されていることを特徴とする、コンタクトレンズの設計方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの処置ゾーンにおける前記パワー特性により、黒/白エッジにおけるハロー効果を最小限に抑えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコンタクトレンズの設計方法。
- 前記コンタクトレンズは、1つ又は2つ以上の安定化機構を更に含む、請求項1に記載のコンタクトレンズの設計方法。
