Description
-クーロン散乱のモデルを使用して、選択されたカットオフ角の上限値を有する第1の角度間隔の散乱角度に対してイオンの多重弾性散乱を決定するステップと、
-選択されたカットオフ角の下限値を有する第2の角度間隔の散乱角度に対してイオンの多重弾性散乱を決定するステップと、
-第1の角度間隔および第2の角度間隔に対して得られた結果それぞれに基づいて、第1の角度間隔の少なくとも一部と第2の角度間隔の少なくとも一部とを含む範囲の角度に対して散乱を決定するステップとを含む。
Claims (7)
- イオンベースの放射線治療の計画方法であって、イオン多重散乱をモデル化するステップを含み、
前記モデル化するための以下のステップ:
クーロン散乱のモデルを使用して、選択されたカットオフ角を上限値とする第1の角度範囲の散乱角度に対してイオンの多重弾性散乱を決定するステップaであって前記カットオフ角は、核弾性散乱によりクーロン相互作用が優勢でない角度に散乱された大部分の粒子に対して前記カットオフ角よりも大きい散乱角度が形成されるように、1°~15°の角度範囲で選択される、ステップa;
第2の角度範囲のクーロン力と核力の両方の正味の作用を反映して、前記選択されたカットオフ角を下限値とする第2の角度範囲の散乱角度に対してイオンの多重弾性散乱を決定する、ステップb;
前記第1の角度範囲および前記第2の角度範囲に対して得られた結果それぞれに基づいて、前記第1の角度範囲の少なくとも一部と前記第2の角度範囲の少なくとも一部とを含む範囲の角度に対して散乱を決定するステップc、
を含む、操作をコンピュータ内で実行する、計画方法。 - 前記第1の角度範囲における前記多重弾性散乱は、クーロン多重散乱のモデルを使用して実行される、請求項1に記載の計画方法。
- 前記第1の角度範囲における前記多重弾性散乱は、Goudsmit-Saundersonモデルに従って決定される、請求項1または請求項2に記載の計画方法。
- 前記第2の角度範囲における散乱角度分布は、データベースからの角度微分断面積に基づいて決定される、または適切なモデルによって計算される、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の計画方法。
- コンピュータ内で実行されたときに前記コンピュータに請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の計画方法を実行させるコンピュータ可読コード手段を備える、コンピュータプログラム。
- 第1のコンピュータデバイスで実行されたときに前記デバイスに請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の計画方法を実行させるコンピュータ実行可能命令で符号化された、非一時的なコンピュータ可読媒体。
- プロセッサ(33)と、データメモリ(34)と、請求項5に記載のコンピュータプログラムまたは請求項6に記載の非一時的なコンピュータ可読媒体を備えるプログラムメモリ(35)とを備える、コンピュータシステム。
