実施例1 ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂(1)の製造
四つ口フラスコにエチレンオキサイド変性ビスフェノールA(三洋化成工業株式会社製「ニューポールBPE-20T」、前記構造式(2)におけるqの平均値は1.1)330質量部、ヒドロキシプロピルアクリレート280質量部、触媒である亜鉛オクテート0.1質量部、メトキノン0.3質量部、およびジブチルヒドロキシトルエン2.9質量部を加え、フラスコの内温が90℃になるまで加温した。次いで、キシリレンジイソシアネート(三井化学株式会社製「タケネート500」)390質量部を約2時間かけて分割投入し、80℃で2時間反応させた。赤外吸収スペクトルにてイソシアネート基の消失を確認した後、プロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテルを用いて不揮発分を80質量%に調整し、ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂(1)を得た。ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート(1)の質量平均分子量(Mw)は2,710、(メタ)アクリロイル基含有量は2.14mmol/gであった。

なお、実施例3においてエチレングリコールはエチレンオキサイド変性ビスフェノールA同時に仕込んだ。
表1中の各反応原料の詳細は以下の通り。

・「ニューポールBP-23P」:三洋化成工業株式会社製「ニューポールBP-23P」、プロピレンオキサイド変性ビスフェノールA、前記構造式(2)におけるqの平均値は1.2
・「M-215」:東亜合成株式会社製「アロニックス M-215」、エチレンオキサイド変性イソシアヌル酸ジアクリレート
・「M-305」:東亜合成株式会社製「アロニックス M-305」、ペンタエリスリトールポリアクリレート組成物、トリアクリレート含有量約60%
・「P-530」:クラレ株式会社製「クラレポリオール P-530」、3-メチル-1,5-ペンタンジオールイソフタレート、質量平均分子量(Mw)500
