Claims (16)
- 電気自動車又はハイブリッド電気自動車において車両の車輪を回転駆動するために使用される電動モータ・インバータアセンブリ(100)であって、
ハウジングを含む電動モータ(300)であって、冷却剤が冷却通路の中を流れることができるように前記冷却通路が前記ハウジングの壁に形成され、前記電動モータ(300)の前記ハウジングは、主シェル(310)、端部カバー(320)及び接続カバー(330)を含み、前記端部カバー(320)及び前記接続カバー(330)は、前記主シェル(310)の反対側の端部にそれぞれ接続される、電動モータ(300)と、
電力素子及び/又は電気デバイスを受け入れるハウジング(210)を含むインバータ(200)であって、前記接続カバー(330)と前記インバータ(200)の前記ハウジングとの間に境界部が画定されるように前記インバータ(200)の前記ハウジング(210)が前記接続カバー(330)と接触し、前記冷却通路を通って流れる前記冷却剤が前記境界部と接触することができる、インバータ(200)と
を含み、
前記境界部には、溝(332,212)が形成されており、前記溝(332,212)は、前記冷却通路と流体連通し、
前記主シェル(310)は、中空円筒形であり、複数の分離チャネル(311)が、前記主シェル(310)の円筒壁に長手方向に形成されており、前記冷却通路は、前記複数の分離チャネル(311)によって部分的に画定され、
前記主シェル(310)のフィン(311a)が延在しており、各フィン(311a)は、前記主シェル(310)より長手方向に短く、前記主シェル(310)の各分離チャネル(311)では、前記フィン(311a)が、前記電動モータ(300)の前記ハウジングの内側に隣接する前記分離チャネル(311)の側壁から半径方向外向きに延在し、
案内構造(311b)は、前記主シェル(310)の前記分離チャネル(311)に追加的に提供され、前記案内構造(311b)は、前記端部カバー(320)及び/又は前記接続カバー(330)に隣接しており、前記冷却剤は、前記端部カバー(320)及び/又は前記接続カバー(330)に流れる際に方向転換する、電動モータ・インバータアセンブリ(100)。 - 前記冷却剤が前記電動モータ(300)の前記ハウジングに入った後、前記冷却剤は、最初に、前記接続カバー(330)を通って流れ、次いで、前記主シェル(310)及び前記端部カバー(320)を通って流れる、請求項1に記載の電動モータ・インバータアセンブリ(100)。
- 前記電動モータ(300)の出力軸(340)は、部分的に外向きに突出するように前記端部カバー(320)を通じて延在する、請求項1又は2に記載の電動モータ・インバータアセンブリ(100)。
- 前記冷却剤は、前記主シェル(310)の長手方向長さ全体にわたって流れることができる、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電動モータ・インバータアセンブリ(100)。
- 前記境界部は、前記インバータ(200)の前記ハウジング(210)によって形成され、前記接続カバー(330)には、前記インバータ(200)の前記ハウジング(210)と接触する側に前記溝(332)が形成されている、請求項3又は4に記載の電動モータ・インバータアセンブリ(100)。
- 前記境界部は、前記接続カバー(330)によって形成され、前記接続カバー(330)に前記溝(332)が形成されている、請求項3又は4に記載の電動モータ・インバータアセンブリ(100)。
- 前記接続カバー(330)は、前記溝(332)を覆う別のカバープレートを含み、前記境界部は、前記別のカバープレートによって画定される、請求項6に記載の電動モータ・インバータアセンブリ(100)。

- 前記溝(332)と鏡面対称を成して、前記インバータ(200)の前記ハウジング(210)に溝(212)が形成され、前記インバータ(200)の前記ハウジング(210)が前記接続カバー(330)と接触すると、2つの前記溝(332と212)が互いに面する、請求項5に記載の電動モータ・インバータアセンブリ(100)。
- 複数の分離フィンが、前記インバータ(200)の前記ハウジング(210)の前記溝(212)に提供される、請求項10に記載の電動モータ・インバータアセンブリ(100)。
- 複数の分離フィンが、前記主シェル(310)の前記分離チャネル(311)に提供される、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の電動モータ・インバータアセンブリ(100)。
- 複数の円周方向に分離された溝(321)が、前記主シェル(310)に面する前記端部カバー(320)側に形成される、及び/又は、円周方向に分離された複数の別の溝が、前記主シェル(310)に面する前記接続カバー(330)側に形成されており、前記冷却通路は、前記円周方向に分離された複数の溝(321)及び/又は前記円周方向に分離された複数の別の溝によって部分的に画定される、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の電動モータ・インバータアセンブリ(100)。
- 複数の分離フィンが、前記端部カバー(320)の前記溝(321)、且つ/又は、前記接続カバー(330)の前記別の溝に提供される、請求項13に記載の電動モータ・インバータアセンブリ(100)。
- 前記フィン(311a)は、前記分離チャネル(311)の半径方向に反対側の側壁まで延在するか又は延在しない、請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載の電動モータ・インバータアセンブリ(100)。
- パワーアダプタ(334)及び信号アダプタ(333)が、前記電動モータ(300)の前記ハウジングに提供され、前記パワーアダプタ(334)及び前記信号アダプタ(333)を前記インバータの前記電力素子及び/又は前記電気デバイスにそれぞれ電気的に接続する電線が、前記インバータ(200)の前記ハウジング(210)内及び前記電動モータ(300)の前記ハウジング内に配置される、請求項1~15のいずれか一項に記載の電動モータ・インバータアセンブリ(100)。
