Description
[1-1.構成]
[1-1-1.全体構成]
以下、本発明の第一実施形態としての超低温フリーザの全体構成について図1及び図2を参照しながら詳細に説明する。図1は、超低温フリーザの全体構成を示す斜視図である。図2は、機械室の内部の構成を示す模式的な平面図である。
以下、本発明の第一実施形態に係る冷却ユニットの構成について図3を参照しながらさらに説明する。図3は、冷却ユニットの冷媒回路図である。なお、図3中の矢印は冷媒の流れる方向を示す。
以下、本発明の第一実施形態に係る冷却ユニットの制御について図4~図6を参照しながら詳細に説明する。
先ず、図4を参照して、冷却ユニットの制御装置の機能構成について説明する。図4は、冷却ユニットの制御装置の機能ブロック図である。
本発明の第一実施形態の作用効果について図6を参照して説明する。図6は、冷却装置1の電源がオンされてからの経過時間tを横軸とし、縦軸を庫内温度Tとしたグラフに、本実施形態の超低温フリーザ1と、従来の超低温フリーザとにおける各庫内温度の変化の一例を示す図である。図6では、本実施形態の超低温フリーザ1の庫内温度が実線で示され、従来の超低温フリーザにおける各庫内温度が二点鎖で示されている。ここでいう従来の超低温フリーザとは、経過時間tに拘わらずファンモータ出力Pfが一定のものをいう。
以下、本発明の第二実施形態に係る冷却ユニットの制御について図4及び図7を参照しながら詳細に説明する。図7は、冷却ユニットの制御装置の圧縮機制御及びファン制御の一例を示す図である。
(1)上記実施形態では、本発明を、各貯蔵室22の冷却用に圧縮機60が一つずつ設けられる冷却装置に適用したが、本発明は、一つの貯蔵室の冷却用に2つの圧縮機を設けたタイプの冷却装置に適用することもできる。
(2)上記実施形態では、本発明を、前方に内扉3と外扉4とを備えた構成の冷却装置に適用したが、本発明はこのような構成の冷却装置への適用に限定されない。例えば、本発明は、貯蔵庫の前方上段に上段の外扉、貯蔵庫の前方下段に下段の外扉をそれぞれ備えた冷却装置、すなわち貯蔵庫の前方に上下二段に外扉を設けた冷却装置にも適用できる。また、本発明は、上方に開口した貯蔵庫の当該開口を開閉する上蓋のような扉を備えた冷却装置に適用することもできる。

Claims (2)
- 開口を有する貯蔵庫と、
前記開口を開閉する扉と、
前記貯蔵庫の内部を冷却する冷却ユニットとを備え、
前記冷却ユニットは、
圧縮機と、
凝縮器と、
前記凝縮器及び前記圧縮機に送風する送風装置と、
前記開口の近傍に配設され、前記圧縮機から吐出され前記凝縮器に到達する前の冷媒が流れるフレームパイプとを有し、
前記圧縮機の起動と停止を行わない状態において、前記貯蔵庫の内部の温度である庫内温度が所定の上限値を超える期間については、前記送風装置の送風量を増大させ、前記庫内温度が所定の下限値を下回る期間については、前記送風装置の送風量を減少させる冷却装置。 - 前記圧縮機の出力を一定とし
前記庫内温度が低いほど、前記送風装置の送風量を減少させる請求項1記載の冷却装置。
