Claims (6)
- 車両に用いられる操作ユニットであって、
操作パネルを含む操作要素(12)と、
車両のダッシュボード又は車両のセンターコンソールに取り付けられる筐体(10)と、
前記操作要素(12)の操作を検出するためのセンサ(19)と、
前記操作要素(12)の操作の検出時に前記操作要素(12)を機械的に励振するアクチュエータ(16)と、
補償錘(20)と、を含み、
前記操作要素(12)は前記筐体(10)に弾性設置され、
前記補償錘(20)は、前記操作要素(12)の操作の検出時に前記アクチュエータ(16)によって機械的に励振されるよう設計され、前記筐体(10)の内部に弾性設置され、
前記補償錘(20)は、前記アクチュエータ(16)が作動して前記操作要素(12)を機械的に励振する際の前記筐体(10)の移動を実質的に補償するように移動可能であり、
前記アクチュエータ(16)が、固定子(26)及び電機子(28)を含む電磁石として設計され、前記電機子(28)及び前記固定子(26)の一方が前記操作要素(12)に結合され、前記電機子(28)及び前記固定子(26)の他方が前記補償錘(20)に結合され、
前記固定子(26)又は前記電機子(28)が前記補償錘(20)の少なくとも一部を構成していることを特徴とする操作ユニット。 - 前記補償錘(20)が、前記操作要素(12)を機械的に励振する前記アクチュエータ(16)とは独立した要素として設計されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の操作ユニット。
- 前記補償錘(20)が、約180°の位相シフトで、すなわち前記操作要素(12)の作動移動と逆方向に移動可能であり、前記補償錘(20)の移動ストロークが、少なくとも前記補償錘(20)の質量に対する前記操作要素(12)の質量の関係を考慮して選択されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の操作ユニット。
- 前記筐体(10)に弾性設置されている前記操作要素(12)と、前記筐体(10)に弾性設置されている前記補償錘(20)とが、各々固有振動数を有し、両固有振動数が等しい又は略等しいことを特徴とする請求項1、請求項2、又は請求項3に記載の操作ユニット。
- 前記操作ユニットが表示操作ユニットとして設計されており、前記操作要素(12)が、操作機能以外に表示機能を有することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の操作ユニット。
- 前記操作パネルが、タッチスクリーン、タッチパッド、又はディスプレイである請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の操作ユニット。
