Description
この装置の欠点は、フィルター表面の洗浄効率が十分でないことである。ブラシの形にした洗浄装置は、穴あき円筒形管の外面からのデブリを十分に洗浄せず、デブリを網状円筒の穴に押し込むため、穴が詰まる。さらに、一定の液体流量のタービンを使用することが、液体の流れを一定に均等に遅くし、網に異物がなくても、または少量の異物が入っていても、流れのエネルギーの一部が取り除かれる。
原子力発電所の通常運転中には、冷却剤の漏れが発生しないため、アクティブフィルターを通る流体の流れはない。
Claims (5)
- 原子力発電所のピットタンクのアクティブフィルターであって、
カバー、フィルター要素の態様で作られた底面及び側面を備えたハウジングと、
アクティブフィルターの中央垂直軸の一端に固定された複数のチャネルを備えたパイプとを備え、
浄化流体をストレーナーの中央部から、複数のチャネルを介してパイプの他端からフィルター要素に供給するように構成され、
前記ハウジングは、上部部分と下部部分の2つの部分で構成され、
各部分には少なくとも1つのフィルター要素が装備され、
前記上部部分と前記下部部分の間に、タービンが設置され、流体が通過する間に回転するように構成され、
タービンシャフトがパイプに接続され、
前記タービンの回転中に、前記ハウジングから浄化された流体をサンプリング可能とされている

請求項1に記載の原子力発電所のピットタンクのアクティブフィルター。 - 前記底面は、フランジ形状に形成され、前記ピットタンクの基部に、取り付けられる
