・ ケース(2)と内部空間(20)との間に配置され、管状部材の端部の外面上の複数の位置E(i,j)における温度の変化を測定するように配置された複数の温度センサ(5)を備えるコンタクト層(4)を含む少なくとも1つの測定手段(3)。
・ 複数のセンサ(5)に接続され、センサ(5)によって生成された信号の少なくとも一部を処理することができる取得用の第1電子機器(33)。
・ 対応する別の管状部材への組込み開始時に、管状部材の一端(11)の外面の複数の位置E(i,j)における温度を表す値セットT0(i,j)を決定するステップ。
・ 組込み中に、一端(11)の外面の複数の位置E(i,j)における温度を表す別の値セットT(i,j)を決定するステップ。
・ 各位置E(i,j)について、組込み中の温度T(i,j)と組込み開始時の温度T0(i,j)との差を計算するステップ。
・ 差T0(i,j)-T0(i,j)が、少なくとも1つの位置E(i,j)の所定の閾値ΔTthreshold(i,j)を超えたときに、かじりの発生を判定するステップ。
・ 少なくとも1つの位置のセットΣE(i,j)に対する温度VT(i,j)の変化速度を計算するステップ。
・ 温度VT(i,j)の変化が、変化の所定の閾値ΔVT(i,j)を超えたときに、かじりの発生を判定するステップ。
Claims (17)
- ねじ込み管状部材の接続品質を判定する装置であって、
軸(21)を有する円筒形の内部空間(20)を含み、前記ねじ込み管状部材の外面の一部に取り付けられるように構成されたケース(2)と、
前記ケース(2)と前記内部空間(20)との間に配置された少なくとも1つの測定手段(3)であって、前記測定手段(3)は、複数の測定片(31)を備え、各測定片(31)は、フレキシブル基板(44)上に配置された複数の温度センサ(5)を備えるコンタクト層(4)を含み、前記複数の温度センサ(5)は、前記管状部材の端部の外面上の複数の位置E(i,j)における温度の変化を測定するように配置されている、前記少なくとも1つの測定手段(3)と、
前記複数のセンサ(5)に接続され、前記センサ(5)によって生成された信号の少なくとも一部を処理することができる取得用の第1電子機器(33)と、
を備え、
前記少なくとも1つの測定手段(3)は、前記軸(21)の周りに広がるように配置された前記複数の測定片(31)を備え、
前記温度センサ(5)は、前記フレキシブル基板(44)上に配列配置される、装置。 - 油井作動用の管状部材のためのスタビングガイドであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記温度センサ(5)は、熱電対、サーミスタおよびマイクロボロメータから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記温度センサ(5)はサーミスタであり、前記フレキシブル基板(44)はポリイミド製であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記コンタクト層(4)は、前記温度センサ(5)と前記内部空間(20)との間に少なくとも部分的に配置された熱伝導性絶縁層を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記コンタクト層(4)は、前記温度センサ(5)を保護するように配置された保護層(41)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記保護層(41)は、丸みを帯びた輪郭を有するように形成された鋼板である、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記ケース(2)と前記コンタクト層(4)との間にクッション層(9)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記クッション層(9)は、ガーターばね、クローバドーム型ばねワッシャ、波形ワッシャ、ドーム型ばね、弾性材、およびネオプレンまたはシリコーンからなる発泡体の群から選択される弾性手段を含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記クッション層(9)は、剛性に形成された要素(92)を有することを特徴とする、請求項8または請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記ケース(2)は、位置決め当接部(7)を有する、請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記取得用の第1電子機器(33)は、FPGAプログラマブル電子回路タイプの収集用電子機器(35)に接続された複数の取得用電子ユニット(34)を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 時間に基づいた少なくとも1つの検出関数に従って、2つの前記ねじ込み管状部材を互いに組み込む間に、かじりの発生または管状接続部の要素の少なくとも一部の劣化を判定することができる処理用の第2電子機器(36)を備える、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記取得用の第1電子機器(33)および前記処理用の第2電子機器(36)は、無線wifiまたはBluetoothリンクまたは有線イーサネットタイプのリンクを介して接続されている、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記処理用の第2電子機器は、前記測定値を処理して記憶するためのソフトウェアを含む、請求項13または14に記載の装置。
- 請求項1~15のいずれか1項に記載の装置を使用した方法であって、
対応する別の管状部材への組込み開始時に、管状部材の一端(11)の外面の複数の位置E(i,j)における温度を表す値セットT0(i,j)を決定するステップと、
組込み中に、前記一端(11)の外面の前記複数の位置E(i,j)における温度を表す別の値セットT(i,j)を決定するステップと、
各位置E(i,j)について、組込み中の温度T(i,j)と組込み開始時の温度T0(i,j)との差を計算するステップと、
差T0(i,j)-T0(i,j)が、少なくとも1つの位置E(i,j)について所定の閾値ΔTthreshold(i,j)を超えたときに、かじりの発生を判定するステップと、
を備える、方法。 - 少なくとも1つの位置のセットΣE(i,j)に対する温度VT(i,j)の変化速度を計算するステップと、
温度VT(i,j)の変化が、変化の所定の閾値ΔVT(i,j)を超えたときに、かじりの発生を判定するステップと、
