Description
本発明は、低水溶解度の農薬活性成分を含有する水性懸濁状農薬組成物に関する。さらに詳しくは、製造後の保管状態にあっても、活性成分の粒子成長が抑制される水性懸濁状農薬組成物に関する。 The present invention relates to an aqueous suspension pesticide composition containing a pesticide active ingredient with low water solubility. More specifically, the present invention relates to an aqueous suspension pesticide composition in which particle growth of the active ingredient is suppressed even in a storage state after production.
Conventionally, the main pesticide formulations have been powders, wettable powders, emulsions, water solvents, granules and the like. Of these formulations, powders and wettable powders may cause health problems for workers due to powdering of solid chemicals during production and application, and the emulsion should be placed in the environment due to the solvent contained in the emulsion. It has been pointed out that there is a problem of load and the problem of fire danger due to flammable solvent. Therefore, in recent years, aqueous suspension compositions and granular wettable powders, which have less such problems, are becoming the center of new formulations.
The aqueous suspension composition is particularly excellent in terms of safety and environment because it does not dust when handled, is easy to measure, and has a low risk of ignition due to a flammable solvent. However, since the pesticide active ingredient is dispersed and suspended in water by the surfactant and the thickener in the aqueous suspension composition, the existing aqueous suspension composition is in a storage state after production. There is a problem that the particles of the pesticide active ingredient tend to grow and the particle size tends to increase, or the pesticide active ingredient tends to settle and form a solidified layer that is difficult to redisperse. In particular, aqueous suspension compositions with larger particles can lead to a significant reduction in biological effects.
製造後の保管状態で、粒子成長を抑えた技術として知られ、本発明に最も近い組成物は、特定のスルホニルウレア除草活性化合物、カルボキシメチルセルロース塩、リグニンスルホン酸塩、界面活性剤、及び水を含有する水性懸濁状除草剤組成物(但し、有効成分量のピラクロニルを含有する水性懸濁状除草剤組成物を除く)(特許文献1)が挙げられる。 Known as a technique for suppressing particle growth in post-production storage, the composition closest to the present invention contains certain sulfonylurea herbicidal active compounds, carboxymethyl cellulose salts, lignin sulfonates, surfactants, and water. Examples thereof include an aqueous suspension herbicide composition (excluding an aqueous suspension herbicide composition containing an active ingredient amount of pyracronyl) (Patent Document 1).
しかしながら、特許文献1の方法では、農薬活性成分の種類や保管条件によっては十分に粒子成長を抑制できない場合や、粒子成長は抑制されるものの、希釈液の植物への濡れ性が何ら評価さていない場合や評価された当該濡れ性が十分でない場合があった。また特に希釈液の植物への濡れ性を高めるために表面張力を低下させる界面活性剤を配合した場合、粒子成長が大きくなり易いなど、既存の製剤は、満足のいくものではなかった。 However, in the method of Patent Document 1, there are cases where particle growth cannot be sufficiently suppressed depending on the type of pesticide active ingredient and storage conditions, and although particle growth is suppressed, the wettability of the diluted solution to plants has not been evaluated at all. In some cases, the evaluated wettability was not sufficient. Further, in particular, when a surfactant that lowers the surface tension is added in order to improve the wettability of the diluted solution to the plant, the particle growth tends to increase, and the existing preparation is not satisfactory.
本発明の課題は、希釈液の植物への濡れ性が高く、また保管後も粒子成長が少ない水性懸濁状農薬組成物を提供することにある。 An object of the present invention is to provide an aqueous suspension pesticide composition having high wettability of the diluted solution to plants and low particle growth even after storage.
発明者らは、上記課題を解決するために鋭意検討した結果、20℃における水溶解度が100ppm以下で固体の農薬活性成分と特定の界面活性剤とを組み合わせることで、保管後も粒子成長が少ないことを見出して本発明を完成するに至った。 As a result of diligent studies to solve the above problems, the inventors have found that the combination of a solid pesticide active ingredient with a water solubility at 20 ° C. of 100 ppm or less and a specific surfactant causes less particle growth even after storage. We found that and came to complete the present invention.
