Description
この方法は、触媒がその重量の作用によって反応器から流出するように、反応器の底部(或いは、多層式反応器の場合には各触媒層の底部)に存在する1又は複数の側方廃棄管を開くことによって行われる。最良の場合、この方法では、反応器に含まれている使用済み触媒の80〜85%を引き出すことができる。
この方法は、一般に反応器の最上部から行われる。窒素を除去した状態で反応器の最上部を開き、一般に層の上方に存在する装填物分配トレイを取り除き、工業用抽出器を用いて触媒層を吸い出して窒素で補う。
この技術は、やや経験を伴うものであって一般にはあまり使用されないが、不活性雰囲気下の反応器内におけるあらゆる人間の介入を回避することができる。この方法は、反応器を水で満たし、反応器の底部に位置する側方廃棄管を介して濡れた触媒/水混合物を排出するものである。
− 廃棄管を介して反応器から触媒層の一定割合を流出させる第1のステップと、
− その後に連続して触媒の残存物を抽出する第2のステップと、
を含み、第2のステップは、廃棄管を介して反応器に挿入され且つ反応器の外側に存在する抽出システムに接続された柔軟な抽出スリーブを用いて、第1のステップの終了時に反応器内に残っている触媒粒子を吸い出すことによって行われ、スリーブは、外面に突起物を有するとともに、反応器内で廃棄管に対して並進運動及び回転運動することができる。

Claims (12)
- 少なくとも1つの使用済み触媒粒子の層(3)を含むとともに該粒子層(3)の底部又は下部において反応器(1)内に開口する少なくとも1つの廃棄管(2)を備えた反応器(1)を空にする方法であって、
前記廃棄管(2)を介して前記反応器から一定割合の前記触媒層(3)を流出させる第1のステップと、
その後に連続して触媒の残存物(3’)を抽出する第2のステップと、
を含み、前記第2のステップは、前記廃棄管を介して前記反応器に挿入され且つ前記反応器の外側に存在する抽出システム(6)に接続された可撓性抽出スリーブ(5)を用いて、前記第1のステップの終了時に前記反応器(1)内に残っている触媒粒子を吸い出すことによって行われ、前記スリーブ(5)は、前記反応器内で前記廃棄管(2)に対して並進運動及び回転運動するために、前記触媒の残存物の表面を掻き出す突起物を外面に有し、
前記スリーブの表面の前記突起物は、歯、又はスタッド、ピン、スパイク若しくは釘の形の突起物、を含む、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第1のステップは、前記廃棄管(2)を介して前記反応器から一定割合の前記触媒層(3)を重力下で流出させることによって重力下で実行される、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第1のステップ中、前記反応器から抽出される前記使用済み触媒層(3)の前記割合は、初期層の50重量%を上回り、好ましくは前記初期触媒層の60〜95重量%であり、さらに優先的には前記初期触媒層の70〜90重量%である、
請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 - 前記第2のステップ中、前記スリーブ(5)は、前記反応器(1)の外部に位置する誘導手段(8)によって移動する、
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記スリーブ(5)を誘導する前記誘導手段は、手動、自動又は半自動で制御される、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記反応器内に、前記スリーブ(5)の位置を検出する検出手段が存在する、
請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記検出手段は、前記反応器(1)の内壁及び/又は前記スリーブ(5)上に位置する1又は2以上のカメラを有する、
請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記突起物は、前記反応器に挿入された前記抽出スリーブ(5)の長さ全体にわたって、又は該長さの一部にわたって、例えば前記スリーブの吸い込みヘッドの領域のみに存在する、
請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記反応器に挿入された前記スリーブ(5)の端部は湾曲する、
請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記廃棄管(2)は水平であり、又は下向きに傾斜する、
請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記廃棄管(2)は、垂直方向に対して好ましくは0〜75度の傾斜角で、さらに好ましくは10〜60度の傾斜角で下向きに傾斜する、
請求項10に記載の方法。 - 前記第1のステップよりも前に、前記触媒層(3)に二酸化炭素又は窒素などの加圧不活性ガスを注入することによって前記触媒を脱凝集する予備ステップが行われる、
請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
