Description

The present invention relates to width timber arranged outside along a scaffolding board laid between stanchions for temporary scaffolding.

Temporary scaffolding constructed at construction sites, etc. is assembled by installing scaffolding boards in a framework consisting of a combination of columns and horizontal columns (also called horizontal timbers, timbers, horizontal rails, etc.). The scaffolding board is mainly assembled on the horizontal lumber, and the temporary scaffolding is completed. Since such temporary scaffolding involves work at heights, it is necessary to give sufficient consideration to the safety of the scaffolding. For example, it is necessary to prevent the scaffolding plate from being stepped off by an operator and tools from falling.

Therefore, in order to enhance the safety near the scaffolding board in the temporary scaffolding, width wood or the like is installed on one side or both sides of the scaffolding board. Such width wood is made of a long plate material that is substantially equal to the length of the scaffolding plate, and is fixedly attached to a support column, a horizontal column, or the like in order to prevent falling off.

Then, in order to eliminate the gap generated between the width wood and the scaffolding material, a width wood board in which the width wood board is provided with an auxiliary board material for eliminating the gap has been proposed (see Patent Document 1 and the like). ). In this way, in order to improve the safety near the scaffolding board of the temporary scaffolding, the installation of width timber is widely used.

In recent years, in order to ensure safety near the scaffolding of the temporary scaffolding, the number of members such as width timber and handrails has increased, and as a result, the time and effort required to assemble the temporary scaffolding has become a problem. Therefore, there has been a demand for a width timber for a temporary scaffold that is easy to install while improving the safety near the scaffold plate of the temporary scaffold.

It is characterized in that a stopper portion for positioning is formed and a stopper portion for positioning the engagement release position by contacting the rotating member at a parallel position standing 90 degrees upward with respect to the second support column is formed. It is related to the width wood of the temporary scaffold.

The invention of claim 2 relates to the width timber of the temporary scaffold according to claim 1, wherein the movable engaging portion is provided with a joining member having a curved surface to be joined to the circumferential surface of the second support column.

According to the width timber of the temporary scaffold according to the invention of claim 1, the width timber is arranged outside the temporary scaffold along the scaffold board laid between the adjacent first and second columns of the temporary scaffold. The width wood includes a width wood board main body and a rim plate material extending at a right angle from the lower end of the width wood board main body to the scaffold board side, and is attached to the first support column at one end in the longitudinal direction of the width wood board main body. A plate-shaped member is provided with a fixing engaging portion having a portion, and the other end of the widthwood board body in the longitudinal direction is bent and deformed in an L-shaped top view, and the board surface of the widthwood board body. Rotating in the direction, the movable engagement portion formed at the tip of the plate-shaped member moves between the engagement position where the attachment is attached to the second support column and the engagement release position where the engagement is released. It has a rotating member that engages the movable engaging portion with the second support column only by its movement, and the rotating member is coated with a coating around the rotation axis to regulate the rotation direction. A member is provided, and the rotating member is applied to the covering member at a position symmetrical to the position where the fixed engagement portion is attached to the first support column and at a position orthogonal to the second support column in the width wood board main body. A stopper portion that contacts and positions the engagement position and a stopper portion that abuts the rotating member at a parallel position that stands 90 degrees upward with respect to the second support column and positions the engagement release position are formed. Because it is made, it can be easily manufactured with a simple structure, and while improving the safety near the scaffold board, it is easy to attach and detach the width wood to the support, and the work efficiency can be improved and it is stable. It can be installed. In particular, the covering member stabilizes the movement of the movable engaging portion and rotates in parallel with the plate surface to save space, and suppresses bending of the rotating member due to impact on the width wood to release the engagement. Further, the rotating member comes into contact with the stopper portion and stops, so that the movable engagement portion and the second strut can be more firmly engaged, and the engagement release is also the engagement release position. Is easy to understand and easy to handle.

According to the width wood of the temporary scaffold according to the invention of claim 2, in the invention of claim 1, the movable engaging portion is provided with a joining member having a curved surface to be joined to the circumferential surface of the second support column. Therefore, it is possible to prevent lateral displacement of the width wood and to install it stably.

The width wood 10 of the temporary scaffold of the present invention is arranged on the outside along the scaffold plate P laid between the adjacent first column S1 and the second column S2. The width wood 10 includes a width wood board main body 20 and a plate-shaped edge plate material 40 extending at a right angle from the lower end 29 of the width wood board main body 20 to the scaffolding board side. Since the gap between the skirting board main body 20 and the scaffolding board P is covered by the edge board material 40, it is possible to prevent the operator from stepping on the scaffolding board P and dropping tools. The sill board main body 20 is made of a board having a constant height. It is possible to prevent tools from falling and workers from slipping.

One end 11 in the longitudinal direction of the skirting board main body 20 is provided with a fixed engagement portion 21 having an engagement portion 25 to the first support column S1. In the embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 1, the fixing engagement portion 21 is formed by bending and deforming a plate-shaped member. An engagement portion 25 is formed at the tip of the fixing engagement portion 21, and is fixed so as to be hooked on the first support column S1. At the other end 12 of the siding board main body 20 in the longitudinal direction, there is a movable engaging portion 31 that is hung on the second support column S2, and a rotating member 30 that rotates in the plate surface direction of the stile board main body 20. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, in the present embodiment, the rotating member 30 is formed by bending and deforming a plate-shaped member into an L-shaped combination, and a movable engaging portion 31 is formed at the tip thereof. .. In this embodiment, the reinforcing plate members 80 are attached to both ends 11 and 12 of the skirting board main body 20. Since one end 11 and the other end 12 of the siding board main body 20 are in contact with the columns S1 and S2 and are easily deformed by stress such as an impact from the scaffolding side, the reinforcing board member 80 prevents the sill board main body 20 from being deformed. be able to.

The rotating member 30 is pivotally attached to the width wood board main body 20 by a bolt member 70, and is rotatably attached to the width wood board main body 20 in the plate surface direction, that is, in parallel with the plate surface. Since it rotates in parallel with the plate surface, the width in the thickness direction of the skirting board main body 20 does not become larger than that in rotation at right angles to the plate surface, which saves space and is advantageous for transportation and the like. As shown in FIG. 2, a movable engagement portion 31 is formed at the tip of the rotating member 30, and the movable engagement portion 31 has an engagement position 35 and its engagement with the second support column S2. Moves between the engagement release position 36 and the engagement release position 36. Since the movable engaging portion 31 can be engaged with the second support column S2 only by moving the rotating member 30, the width timber 10 can be easily attached and the work efficiency can be improved.

Further, the engagement position 35 of the movable engagement portion 31 is an orthogonal position rp with respect to the second support column. When the movable engagement portion 31 is arranged at the engagement position 35, the movable engagement portion 31 and the fixed engagement portion 21 have the columns S1 and S2 at symmetrical positions on the timber board main body 20, as shown in FIG. Will be attached. As a result, the width timber 10 is stably installed. The engagement release position 36 of the movable engagement portion 31 that releases the engagement to the second support column is a parallel position pp that stands 90 degrees upward with respect to the second support column. The attachment of the movable engagement portion 31 to the second support column S2 can be easily released with a small amount of movement.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the rotating member 30 may be attached to the width timber main body 20 via the covering member 50. The covering member 50 can regulate the rotation direction by covering a part of the rotating member 30, particularly the vicinity of the rotating shaft, and can further stabilize the movement of the movable engaging portion 31. In addition, for example, when a strong impact or the like is applied to the width timber 10, it is possible to prevent the rotating member 30 from bending and being released from the engagement with the second support column S2. In addition, the covering member 50 is formed with stopper portions 51 and 52 for positioning the engagement position 35 and the engagement release position 36. Both stopper portions 51 and 52 are arranged in an L shape. As a result, the rotating member 30 abuts on the stopper portions 51 and 52 and stops at the engagement position 35 or the engagement release position 36, so that the movable engagement portion 31 and the second support column S2 can be more firmly engaged. It is possible, and even when the engagement is released, the engagement release position 36 is easy to understand and easy to handle. Although not shown, recesses, protrusions, and stripes are formed in the rotating member 30 or the covering member 50 so that a sense of moderation can be obtained at the engagement position 35 and the engagement release position 36 when the rotating member 30 moves. A portion or the like may be formed. If the covering members 50 are not provided, they are formed on the siding board body 20.

Then, as shown in FIG. 3, the movable engaging portion 31 is provided with a joining member 60 having a curved surface 61 to be joined to the circumferential surface Sf of the second support column S2. The joining member 60 is made of a metal plate having substantially the same thickness as the movable engaging portion 31. When the movable engagement portion 31 is arranged at the engagement position 35, the gap between the circumferential surface Sf of the second support column S2 and the movable engagement portion 31 is filled with the joining member 60. As a result, the possibility that the width timber 10 is prevented from laterally displaced and the support columns S1 and S2 are disengaged and fall off is reduced. Then, the rattling of the movable engaging portion 31 can be suppressed and the generation of noise and the like can be prevented.

When the joint member 60 is provided in the movable engagement portion 31, a notch 38 is formed in the movable engagement portion 31 as shown in FIGS. 2 and 4. When the movable engaging portion 31 overlaps the width timbers 10 with each other at the engagement release position 36, as shown in FIG. 4, a part of the joining member 60 of the other width timber 10 to the movable side notch 38. Is inserted. As a result, interference with other width timber is avoided, space is saved, and transportation and storage costs are suppressed. Further, since the movement of the rotating member 30 is restricted when the width timbers 10 are overlapped with each other, the rotating member 30 does not move during transportation, which is safer.

Then, as shown in FIG. 5, it is preferable that the fixed side notch 28 is also formed in the fixed engaging portion 21. At the same time, the reinforcing plate member 80 is formed in a substantially U-shape in the side view, so that when the width woods 10 are overlapped with each other, the reinforcing plate member 80 of the other width wood 10 is formed in the fixed side notch 28. The upper arm portion 81 is partially inserted. As a result, interference with other width timber is avoided, space is saved, and transportation and storage costs are suppressed. In particular, by forming the notches 28 and 38 in both the fixed engagement portion 21 and the movable engagement portion 31, when the width timbers 10 are overlapped with each other, the both ends 11 and 12 of the width wood board main body 20 The upper arm portion 81 and the joining member 60 are accommodated in both the notch portions 28 and 38, respectively. Since the width timbers 10 are stably stacked with each other, unexpected dropping and rattling are suppressed, and it is safe and easy to carry.

The end positions of the skirting board main body 20 and the reinforcing board member 80 are formed by bending. The bending force of the plate material is improved by bending the plate material, and the skirting board main body 20 and the reinforcing plate member 80 are less likely to be deformed. Further, by bending the tip of the edge plate material 40 downward, the tip of the edge plate material 40 is suppressed from jumping up, the step with the scaffolding plate P is reduced, and tripping by an operator or the like can be prevented.

Next, a method of attaching the width wood 10 of the present invention to the columns S1 and S2 will be described with reference to FIG. As shown in FIG. 6A, the fastening portion 25 of the fixing fastening portion 21 is diagonally fastened to the first support column S1 from the scaffolding plate P side (inside), and the width timber is centered on the first support column S1. The width wood board main body 20 is arranged between the columns S1 and S2 by moving the ten. At this time, as shown in FIG. 6B, the movable engagement portion 31 of the rotating member 30 is the engagement release position 36. Then, as shown in FIG. 6 (c), the movable engagement portion 31 of the rotating member 30 is rotated from the engagement release position 36 to the engagement position 35, and the movable engagement portion 31 with respect to the second support column S2. Is hung up. As described above, the width timber 10 of the present invention is attached to the columns S1 and S2 by a simple method. In addition, installation is easy because no tools are required for installation. Further, since the width wood 10 can be removed from the columns S1 and S2 in the reverse procedure, it is easy to attach and detach.

The fixed engagement portion 21 of the width wood 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention is made of a plate-shaped member, but other rod-shaped members may be bent and molded to form the fixed engagement portion. In the case of a rod-shaped member, if the tip of the fixed engagement portion 25 is formed so as to have two or more branches, stable engagement can be achieved.
