Description

The present invention relates to a pseudo-water mirror-forming pavement in which a water mirror appearing on the surface of a river, sea, lake or the like is pseudo-formed on the pavement surface.

Conventionally, as a method of reproducing rivers, seas, lakes, etc. in the exterior of various facilities, the images of rivers, seas, lakes, etc. have been reproduced by actually storing or flowing water. On the other hand, in order to give a feeling of waterside without actually using water, the image of rivers, seas, and lakes was expressed by applying paint to the surface of the pavement.

(特許文献1の図5等参照) Further, as described in Patent Document 1, water is spouted from some parts of the surface of the paving stone pavement to form a puddle on the surface of the paving stone pavement to the extent that it does not interfere with the walking of pedestrians. .. (Refer to FIG. 5 etc. of Patent Document 1)

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2010-091993

However, in the conventional method of painting the pavement surface or the like to express the image of a river, the sea, or a lake, it can be seen that the painting is clearly applied on the appearance of the river, the sea, or the lake. It was far from the image, and of course, it was not something that the surrounding scenery was reflected and visible on the water mirror that appeared on the surface of the water.

Further, in the method according to Patent Document 1, since it is necessary to actually discharge water to the surface of the paving stone pavement, a spring water facility is required and a water mirror appearing on the water surface of a river, sea, lake, etc. is required. When trying to reproduce it, it is necessary to fill the entire paving stone pavement with water, and the function as a pavement that pedestrians can pass through is lost.

Under the above circumstances, the technical idea of reproducing the water mirror that appears on the surface of the pavement on the surface of the pavement without actually filling the surface of the pavement with water and reflecting the surrounding scenery to make it visible to pedestrians, etc. It doesn't exist so far.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a pseudo-water mirror-forming pavement that can be used for the passage of pedestrians and the like and can form a water mirror appearing on the water surface of a river, sea, lake or the like on the pavement surface. And.

(1) At least, a pseudo-water mirror-forming pavement (pavement mother body 1) composed of a pavement mother body (pavement mother body 1) and a resin layer (resin layer 6) formed on the surface (pavement mother body surface 2) of the pavement mother body (pavement mother body 1). In the pseudo-water mirror forming pavement 100), the resin layer (resin layer 6) is formed of a substantially transparent resin (resins 5) and has a smooth smooth surface (smooth resin layer surface 7). A pseudo-water mirror-forming pavement characterized in that a pseudo-water mirror is formed on the smooth surface (smooth resin layer surface 7) to project a mirror image of the surrounding environment.

According to the configuration of (1) above, by forming the resin layer 6 having the smooth resin layer surface 7 on the pavement body surface 2 of the pavement body 1, a pseudo water mirror is formed on the smooth resin layer surface 7. It is possible for pedestrians and the like to visually recognize mirror images of surrounding trees and structures that are formed and reflected on the water mirror. With such a characteristic configuration, it is possible to give the impression that a waterside exists while maintaining the function as a pavement without actually filling it with water.

(2) The pseudo-water mirror-forming pavement according to (1) above, wherein the surface (pavement body surface 2) of the pavement body (pavement body 1) has a surface texture of low brightness.

According to the configuration of (2) above, by making the pavement body surface 2 of the pavement body 1 a color tone close to black to a low brightness, the reflection of light on the pavement body surface 2 is suppressed and the bottom surface is reflected. Since the light 13 is suppressed, it becomes possible to visually recognize a mirror image of surrounding trees and structures more clearly.

(3) The pseudo-water mirror-forming pavement according to (1) or (2) above, wherein the surface (pavement body surface 2) of the pavement body (pavement body 1) is a ground smooth surface.

According to the configuration of (3) above, by grinding the pavement base surface 2 of the pavement base 1, the cross section of the aggregate 3 appears and it becomes possible to form a lithograph-like pavement surface. Further, the lithograph-like pavement surface can be visually recognized by a pedestrian or the like through the resin layer 6. Further, since the pavement base surface 2 is formed smoothly, it is possible to obtain a smoother resin layer surface 7 while suppressing the loss of the resins 5 constituting the resin layer 6.

(4) At least, a pseudo-water mirror-forming pavement (pavement mother body 1) composed of a pavement mother body (pavement mother body 1) and a resin layer (resin layer 6) formed on the surface (pavement mother body surface 2) of the pavement mother body (pavement mother body 1). In the pseudo-water mirror forming pavement 100), the resin layer (resin layer 6) is formed of a substantially transparent resin (resins 5) and has an undulating surface (undulating resin layer surface 7). The pseudo-water mirror-forming pavement is characterized in that a pseudo-water mirror is formed on the undulating surface (the undulating resin layer surface 7) to project a mirror image of the surrounding environment.

According to the configuration of (4) above, by forming the resin layer 6 having the undulating resin layer surface 7 on the surface of the pavement base 1, a pseudo water mirror is formed on the undulating resin layer surface 7. Therefore, it becomes possible for pedestrians and the like to visually recognize mirror images of surrounding trees and structures reflected on the water mirror. With such a characteristic configuration, it is possible to give the impression that a waterside exists while maintaining the function as a pavement without actually filling it with water. Further, by forming the undulations on the surface 7 of the resin layer, it is possible to reproduce an aspect in which surrounding trees and structures are projected on the surface of the ripples.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the pseudo-water mirror forming pavement of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

(Pavement of pavement mother)
FIG. 1 shows a flow chart of a construction procedure of the pseudo-water mirror forming pavement 100 of the present invention. First, the pavement base 1 is paved (S100). In this embodiment, first, as shown in FIG. 2A, a pavement base 1 that is a base of the pseudo-water mirror forming pavement 100 is paved. In this embodiment, open-grain asphalt concrete (hereinafter, may be referred to as “open-grain asphalt”) is used as the type of the pavement base 1.

The pavement base 1 of the pseudo-water mirror-forming pavement 100 of the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned open-grained asphalt pavement, and is, for example, fine-grained, dense-grained, coarse-grained asphalt pavement, colored asphalt pavement, concrete pavement, block pavement, and the like. It is possible to apply a washed-out pavement or the like containing ball gravel or the like as the pavement base 1. It is also possible to use the existing pavement already in service as the pavement base 1.

(Grinding of the surface of the pavement base)
Subsequently, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2 (b), the pavement base surface 2 is ground by the grinding device 40 shown in FIG. 3 to form the ground surface 4 (S110). As a result, the pavement base surface 2 is formed smoothly, and the cross section of the aggregate 3 appears on the pavement base surface 2, so that a lithograph-like pavement like a lithograph is formed.

The apparatus configuration of the grinding apparatus 40 used in this embodiment is shown in FIG. As shown in the figure, the grinding device 40 is mainly composed of a grinding blade 43, a motor 42, and an operation handle 41, and an operator operates the operation handle 41 to grind the surface 2 of the pavement base. Since dust is generated when the surface 2 of the pavement base 2 is ground by the grinding device 40, it is preferable to connect the dust collecting device 45 and the grinding device 40 by a flexible duct 44 for grinding.

Further, the specifications of the grinding device 40 are not particularly limited as long as they can grind the surface 2 of the pavement base. For example, by using a grinding blade that rotates in parallel with the pavement base surface 2, the grinding surface 4 can be formed very smoothly. Further, a grinding blade that rotates perpendicularly to the pavement surface may be used. That is, any grinding device 40 may be used as long as it can smoothly grind the surface 2 of the pavement base.

Further, the appearance of the ground surface 4 becomes coarser to denser as the grinding thickness increases. As a result, the color tone and the degree of smoothness when the ground surface 4 after grinding is visually different are different. Therefore, it is possible to set an arbitrary grinding thickness according to the desired color tone and the degree of smoothness, which is approximately 0.5. It is preferably ground within a range of ~ 5 mm.

(Formation of resin layer on the ground surface)
Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 2C, the resins 5 are applied to the ground surface 4 to form the resin layer 6 (S120). The resin layer 6 is one of the important components for forming a pseudo water mirror on the surface of the pavement. As the resins 5 used, various resins such as urethane-based, epoxy-based, and acrylic-based resins can be applied, and resins that are substantially transparent and have a smooth surface texture after curing are used. .. Further, considering the passage of pedestrians and vehicles, it is preferable to use resins 5 having high durability and anti-slip properties. For example, MMA (methyl methacrylate), which is a kind of acrylic resin, has high transparency and weather resistance. Since it is excellent, it can be suitably used. It is also possible to use a polyurea resin that is substantially transparent and has excellent durability and anti-slip properties.

As a method of forming the resin layer 6 on the grinding surface 4, depending on the type and properties of the resins 5 used, in addition to manual construction with a trowel, the resins 5 are sprayed on the grinding surface 4 using a spraying machine. It is also possible to take the method of doing.

(Pseudo water mirror formation mechanism)
FIG. 4 shows a schematic cross-sectional view of the enclosed broken line portion A of FIG. 2 (c), and illustrates the mechanism of forming a pseudo water mirror in the pseudo water mirror forming pavement 100 of the present invention. The phenomenon that the water surface of a river or lake actually becomes a water mirror and reflects the surrounding landscape on the water surface is generally understood by Fresnel's equations, but the mechanism of forming a pseudo water mirror of the present invention is also known. It is based on the same principle.

That is, as shown in FIG. 4, when the incident light 10 is incident on the resin layer surface 7 at a predetermined incident angle, the resin layer surface reflected light 11 reflected by the resin layer surface 7 is visually recognized by the visual 20. Become. As a result, the surrounding landscape and the like are projected on the resin layer surface 7 and can be visually recognized. The higher the smoothness of the resin layer surface 7, the more clearly the surrounding landscape and the like can be visually recognized.

On the other hand, a part of the incident light 10 reaches the grinding surface 4 as the refracted light 12, and a part of the reflected light reflected by the grinding surface 4 passes through the resin layer surface 7 as the bottom surface reflected light 13. It is visually recognized. Therefore, when the incident light 10 is strong, such as in the sunny daytime, the bottom surface reflected light 13 is also strong, so that it becomes difficult to visually recognize the surrounding landscape projected on the resin layer surface 7.

Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, the pavement base 1 is made of an asphalt mixture using crushed stone aggregate, and the ground surface 4 is made low in brightness to suppress the bottom surface reflected light 13. That is, the ground surface 4 (the surface of the pavement base 2 when not ground) has a color tone close to black to suppress the reflected light 13 on the bottom surface, so that the surrounding scenery projected on the surface 7 of the resin layer can be easily visually recognized. .. Therefore, even in a sunny daytime or the like, it is possible to visually recognize the surrounding landscape or the like relatively clearly through the resin layer surface 7.

Further, at night or in a dark place, the incident light 10 is very weak and the bottom reflected light 13 is also very weak. Therefore, even if the pavement has high brightness such as the pavement base 1 containing rust stones and limestone, the influence of the bottom reflected light 13 is small, so that the surrounding landscape illuminated by moonlight or streetlights covers the resin layer surface 7. It can be clearly seen through. By using such a configuration, it is possible to show pedestrians etc. the surrounding scenery reflected by a pseudo-formed water mirror at night while showing the pavement surface of bright colors to pedestrians etc. in the daytime. Will be.

(Other embodiments)
Although an embodiment of the pseudo-water mirror-forming pavement according to the present invention has been described above, the embodiment of the present invention is not necessarily limited to the above-mentioned embodiment.

For example, as shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 5, it is also possible to apply the resins 5 and form the resin layer 6 on the pavement base surface 2 without grinding the pavement base surface 2 of the pavement base 1. .. With such a configuration, it is possible for a pedestrian or the like to visually recognize the surrounding landscape projected on the surface of the resin layer while making the best use of the appearance of the pavement base 1.

Further, in the above embodiment, the resin layer surface 7 is formed smoothly, but as shown in the cross-sectional view in FIG. 6, the resin layer surface 7 may be formed with undulations at predetermined intervals. According to such a configuration, it is possible to form a surface texture on the surface of the resin layer 7 that imitates the ripples appearing on the water surface when the wind blows, and the surrounding scenery as reflected by the ripples can be given to pedestrians and the like. It is possible to make it visible. As a method of forming undulations on the resin layer surface 7, the resin is moved by pressing a trowel matching the shape of the undulations against the resin layer surface 7 in a state where the resins 5 have a predetermined viscosity. It is possible to form undulations on the layer surface 7.

Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above with reference to the drawings, the specific configuration is not limited to these embodiments. The scope of the present invention is shown by the scope of claims rather than the description of the embodiment described above, and further includes all modifications within the meaning and scope equivalent to the scope of claims.
