Description
Claims (12)
- 少なくとも一つ以上のチャンバーが具備されたプラットフォームと、前記チャンバーに連結されて流体を移送する少なくとも一つ以上の流路と、前記流路を開閉するバルブとを含む微細流動装置において、
前記バルブは、前記プラットフォームに設置されるボディーと、前記ボディーに設置され前記流路に接して前記流路を選択的に遮断する遮断板と、前記ボディー内部に移動可能に設置されて前記遮断板を加圧する加圧棒と、前記ボディーに設置されて前記加圧棒を遮断板加圧位置に固定する固定部とを含み、
前記固定部は、前記ボディー側面に弾性的に設置され、先端が前記ボディー内側に突出して前記加圧棒の先端を係止して固定する弾性ラッチを含み、
前記加圧棒を移動させて前記流路を開閉するバルブ作動部をさらに含み、
前記バルブ作動部は、前記バルブの前記加圧棒に外力を印加して前記加圧棒を前記弾性ラッチに係止して固定するための加圧部と、前記加圧棒の固定状態を解除させるための解除部とを含み、
前記加圧部は、前記ボディー上に位置し下端が開放されたハウジングと、前記ハウジング内に移動可能に設置され前記加圧棒を加圧して移動させる可動部材と、前記可動部材を前記ハウジングに対して移動させるための移動手段と、を含み、
前記解除部は、前記ハウジングを前記ボディー内部に沿って移動させる駆動部を含み、前記ハウジングが前記ボディー内部に移動したとき、前記弾性ラッチが外側に隔たり、前記加圧棒の先端に対する拘束を解除する、微細流動装置。 - 前記加圧棒は、先端に前記弾性ラッチに係止される係止顎が形成され、
前記係止顎は、直径が前記ボディーの内径より小さく、前記弾性ラッチの内径より大きい、請求項1に記載の微細流動装置。 - 前記加圧棒は、側面に形成され前記弾性ラッチに係止して前記加圧棒の離脱を防止する段顎をさらに含む、請求項2に記載の微細流動装置。
- 前記遮断板は弾性を有する材質からなり、前記加圧棒によって加圧変形して前記流路を開閉する、請求項1に記載の微細流動装置。
- 前記ボディー下端に突出形成されて前記遮断板を前記プラットフォームに加圧して密着させる突起をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の微細流動装置。
- 前記移動手段は、前記ハウジング内に設置される電磁石と、前記電磁石に電流を印加する電流供給部と、を含み、
前記可動部材が、前記ハウジング内に移動可能に設置され前記電磁石の磁力によって押し出されて前記加圧棒を加圧して移動させる磁性体である、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の微細流動装置。 - 前記磁性体の下端直径は、前記加圧棒の係止顎の直径より小さい、請求項6に記載の微細流動装置。
- 前記ハウジングは、前記ボディーに向かう下端直径が前記ボディーの内径以下であり、前記加圧棒の係止顎の直径以上に形成される、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の微細流動装置。
- 少なくとも一つ以上のチャンバーが具備されたプラットフォーム、前記チャンバーに連結されて流体を移送する少なくとも一つ以上の流路、および前記流路を開閉するバルブを含み、前記バルブは、前記プラットフォームに設置されるボディーと、前記ボディーに設置され前記流路に接して前記流路を選択的に遮断する遮断板と、前記ボディー内部に移動可能に設置されて前記遮断板を加圧する加圧棒と、前記ボディー側面に弾性的に設置され先端が前記ボディー内側に突出して前記加圧棒の先端を係止して固定する弾性ラッチとを含む微細流動装置の制御設備であって、
前記制御設備は、前記微細流動装置に具備されたバルブを開閉作動するためのバルブ作動部と、前記バルブ作動部を移動させるための移動部とを含み、
前記バルブ作動部は、前記バルブの前記加圧棒に外力を印加して前記加圧棒を前記弾性ラッチに係止して固定するための加圧部と、前記加圧棒の固定状態を解除させるための解除部とを含み、
前記加圧部は、前記ボディー上に位置し下端が開放されたハウジングと、前記ハウジング内に移動可能に設置され前記加圧棒を加圧して移動させる可動部材と、前記可動部材を前記ハウジングに対して移動させるための移動手段と、を含み、
前記解除部は、前記ハウジングを前記ボディー内部に沿って移動させる駆動部を含み、前記ハウジングが前記ボディー内部に移動したとき、前記弾性ラッチが外側に隔たり、前記加圧棒の先端に対する拘束を解除する、微細流動装置の制御設備。 - 前記移動手段は、前記ハウジング内に設置される電磁石と、前記電磁石に電流を印加する電流供給部と、を含み、
前記可動部材が、前記ハウジング内に移動可能に設置され前記電磁石の磁力によって押し出されて前記加圧棒を加圧して移動させる磁性体である、請求項9に記載の微細流動装置の制御設備。 - 前記磁性体の下端直径は、前記加圧棒の係止顎の直径より小さい、請求項10に記載の微細流動装置の制御設備。
- 前記ハウジングは、前記ボディーに向かう下端直径が前記ボディーの内径以下であり、前記加圧棒の係止顎の直径以上に形成される、請求項10または11に記載の微細流動装置の制御設備。
