Claims (7)
- 建物(HM)における電力の使用状況を監視する電力監視システム(10)であって、
前記建物には、電動車両(EV)との間で電力の授受を行う充放電スタンド(ST)が設けられており、
前記電動車両の蓄電池(BT)から出力された電力が、前記充放電スタンドを介することなく前記建物において不正使用されたか否かを判定する不正使用判定部(130)、を備えている電力監視システム。 - 前記電動車両の位置を検知する車両位置検知部(110)と、
前記電動車両の蓄電池から出力されている電力の値を検知する車両電力検知部(120)と、を更に備えており、
前記不正使用判定部は、
前記電動車両が前記建物の近傍となる位置に停車している状態で、前記車両電力検知部によって検知された電力が所定の上限値を超えた場合に、電力が前記建物において不正使用されたと判定する、請求項1に記載の電力監視システム。 - 前記車両電力検知部は、前記電動車両の蓄電池から出力されている電力のうち、前記電動車両の走行のために用いられない電力の値を検知する、請求項2に記載の電力監視システム。
- 前記電動車両の蓄電池から出力されている電力の値を検知する車両電力検知部と、
前記建物において使用されている電力の値を検知する建物電力検知部(160)と、を更に備えており、
前記電動車両の蓄電池から出力される電力の傾向を示すデータ、である出力パターンを記憶している第1記憶部(170)と、
前記建物において使用される電力の傾向を示すデータ、である使用パターンを記憶している第2記憶部(180)と、を備え、
前記不正使用判定部は、
特定時刻において前記車両電力検知部によって検知された電力が、前記出力パターンに示される電力を上回っており、且つ、
前記特定時刻において前記建物電力検知部によって検知された電力が、前記使用パターンに示される電力を下回っている場合に、
電力が前記建物において不正使用されたと判定する、請求項1に記載の電力監視システム。 - 前記車両電力検知部は、前記電動車両の蓄電池から出力されている電力のうち、前記電動車両の走行のために用いられない電力の値を検知し、
前記出力パターンは、前記電動車両の蓄電池から出力される電力のうち、前記電動車両の走行のために用いられない電力の傾向を示すデータとして前記第1記憶部に記憶されている、請求項4に記載の電力監視システム。 - 電力が前記建物において不正使用されたことを、外部サーバー(30)に報知する報知部(140)を更に備えている、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の電力監視システム。
- 前記不正使用判定部によって、電力が前記建物において不正使用されたとの判定がなされた場合に、前記建物の使用者に対して警告を行う警告部(150)を更に備えている、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の電力監視システム。
