Claims (6)
- 光源と、
前記光源からの光を第1光と、計測対象である粒子を含む試料に照射する第2光と、に分離するビームスプリッタと、
前記第2光の前記粒子への照射によって生じる第3光と、前記第1光と、の合波による第1干渉パターンを撮像する第1撮像素子と、
前記第3光による第2干渉パターンを撮像する第2撮像素子と、
前記第1撮像素子によって撮像された第1干渉画像と、前記第2撮像素子によって撮像された第2干渉画像と、を用いて作成された合成画像と、前記試料中に単独で粒子が存在する場合に前記第1撮像素子で得られることが予想される単一粒子干渉画像を組み合わせて得られる計算画像とを比較する演算部と、を備え、
前記演算部は、前記第1干渉画像に記録された前記第1干渉パターンの光強度分布から、前記第2干渉画像に記録された前記第2干渉パターンの光強度分布と前記第1光単独の光強度とを差し引いた結果得られる画像を前記合成画像とする、
計測装置。 - 前記演算部は、粒子位置を含む粒子状態に前記単一粒子干渉画像を対応付けた単一粒子状態情報中からk個(kは自然数)の前記単一粒子干渉画像を選択する組み合わせを求め、求めたそれぞれの組み合わせについて、前記計算画像を生成し、生成した前記計算画像をそれぞれ前記合成画像と比較する請求項1に記載の計測装置。
- 前記演算部は、前記単一粒子干渉画像中からk個の前記単一粒子干渉画像を選択する組み合わせ中に、前記合成画像に一致する前記計算画像が存在しなかった場合に、粒子数kを所定の範囲で変化させる請求項2に記載の計測装置。
- 前記第3光は前記粒子での前記第2光の散乱によって生じ、前記第3光を透過する対物レンズをさらに備える請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の計測装置。
- 前記試料は、前記対物レンズの焦平面よりも対物レンズ側に配置される、あるいは前記焦平面を基準にして前記対物レンズの配置位置とは反対側に配置される請求項4に記載の計測装置。
- 光源からの光を第1光と、計測対象である粒子を含む試料に照射する第2光と、に分離するレーザ光分離工程と、
前記試料中の前記粒子で散乱された第3光と、前記第1光と、を合波する合波工程と、
前記第1光と前記第3光との合波による第1干渉パターンを第1撮像素子で撮像する第1干渉パターン撮像工程と、
前記第3光による第2干渉パターンを第2撮像素子で撮像する第2干渉パターン撮像工程と、
前記第1干渉パターンを撮像した第1干渉画像と、前記第2干渉パターンを撮像した第2干渉画像と、を用いて合成画像を生成する合成画像生成工程と、
前記試料中に単独で粒子が存在する場合に、前記第1撮像素子で得られることが予想される単一粒子干渉画像を合成して計算画像を生成する計算画像生成工程と、
前記合成画像と前記計算画像とを比較する比較工程と、を含み、
前記合成画像生成工程は、前記第1干渉画像に記録された前記第1干渉パターンの光強度分布から、前記第2干渉画像に記録された前記第2干渉パターンの光強度分布と前記第1光単独の光強度とを差し引いた結果得られる画像を前記合成画像とする、
