Claims (1)
- 金属粉末と熱可塑性高分子材料を含むバインダーとの混和物を用いて、一対の面を有し、前記一対の面の一方の面に開口部を有し、前記一対の面の他方の面まで0.1mm以上隔てた位置に尖端部を有するテーパ構造の少なくとも一つの溝を有する、成形体を成形する成形工程と、前記成形体に脱バインダー及び焼結を施して焼結体を得る熱処理工程と、前記焼結体の前記他方の面を前記尖端部が露出するまで研磨する研磨工程を有することを特徴とする、射出成形またはトランスファーモールドで発生するガスを金型の外部に排出するベント部材の製造方法。
