Description
本発明に係るコールドスプレーガンは、搬送ガスにより搬送した原料粉末を、当該原料粉末の融点又は軟化点以下の温度に加熱した作動ガスと共に超音速流でノズル出口から噴出して、当該原料粉末を固相状態のまま基材に衝突させて皮膜を形成するものであって、先端に当該ノズルが接続して当該ノズルに送出する当該作動ガスを収容するチャンバーを備え、当該チャンバー内に、通電により抵抗発熱する発熱抵抗体で構成されたガス加熱配管を配置し、当該ガス加熱配管内部に流入する作動ガスを加熱するものであり、当該ガス加熱配管は、内部に作動ガス流路を形成したコイルヒータであり、作動ガス入口側端部が当該チャンバー外に引き出され、作動ガス出口側端部が当該チャンバー内で開口することを特徴とする。
本発明に係るコールドスプレー装置は、上述したコールドスプレーガンを備えたことを特徴とする。

Claims (3)
- 搬送ガスにより搬送した原料粉末を、当該原料粉末の融点又は軟化点以下の温度に加熱した作動ガスと共に超音速流でノズル出口から噴出して、当該原料粉末を固相状態のまま基材に衝突させて皮膜を形成するコールドスプレーガンであって、
先端に当該ノズルが接続して当該ノズルに送出する当該作動ガスを収容するチャンバーを備え、当該チャンバー内に、通電により抵抗発熱する発熱抵抗体で構成されたガス加熱配管を配置し、当該ガス加熱配管内部に流入する作動ガスを加熱するものであり、
当該ガス加熱配管は、内部に作動ガス流路を形成したコイルヒータであり、作動ガス入口側端部が当該チャンバー外に引き出され、作動ガス出口側端部が当該チャンバー内で開口することを特徴とするコールドスプレーガン。 - 前記ガス加熱配管は、前記チャンバー内に絶縁部材を介して保持されると共に、前記作動ガス出口側端部が前記チャンバー内壁に当接して配置される請求項1に記載のコールドスプレーガン。
- 請求項1又は請求項2に記載のコールドスプレーガンを備えたことを特徴とするコールドスプレー装置。
