Description
−多数周期決定に基づく登録周期に属する全てのECG信号の記録。このサービスは、詳細なデータ記録の一部に過ぎず、短い結果条項には含まれない。
−同時に登録され、平均化される2つのPCGチャネルと一緒に、ECG上のP波から次の周期のR波の終了まで続く各登録周期(最大4周期)における多数ECG周期のセグメント。
−登録された及び/又は処理された信号の上に記された垂直のマーカー線を見ることができ、デバイス(スマートフォン)のアルゴリズムによって決定されたP波の開始、QRS波の開始及び終了、並びにT波の終了がマークされている。検査された患者のS1波及びS2波の開始及び終了、そして適用できれば、心雑音の開始及び終了が、平均化されたPCGチャネルの両方に提示される。
−診断評価のために、健康人集団に特有な第2のマーカー線ネットワーク、左心室QS1及びQS2間隔(医学用語ではPEP及びLVET)の値を、それらの標準偏差の帯域とともに提示するために、異なる色が用いられる。

Claims (11)
- ECGセンサを備える少なくとも1つの測定ヘッド、及びPCGセンサを備える少なくとも1つの測定ヘッドを含む測定ユニット(M)と、前記測定ユニット(M)との無線通信接続を有する評価ユニット(K)とを備える、ヒトの身体の特定の活動パラメータを監視するための測定装置であって、
前記測定ユニット(M)は、マスター及びスレーブ測定ヘッド(1,2)として設計された2つの測定ヘッド(1,2)を備え、前記測定ヘッド(1,2)それぞれは、2つ以上のECG電極及びPCG電極を備え、
前記測定ヘッド(1,2)の一方はマスター測定ヘッドとして動作し、前記測定ヘッド(1,2)の他方はスレーブ測定ヘッドとして動作し、
前記マスター測定ヘッド(1)は前記スレーブ測定ヘッド(2)を制御し、心臓の電気機械的活動を同時に獲得し、
前記マスター測定ヘッド(1)は、前記評価ユニット(K)との無線通信を提供する通信段を備える、測定装置。 - 前記測定ヘッド(1,2)は、エネルギー及び信号の伝送を行う多芯ケーブル(7)によって相互接続される、請求項1に記載の測定装置。
- 前記ケーブル(7)の長さにより、医師が2つの前記測定ヘッド(1,2)を備える前記測定装置(M)を彼/彼女の首にかけて持ち運ぶことができる、請求項2に記載の測定装置。
- 前記測定ヘッド(1,2)は、左心室監視及びデータ収集と同時に、12リードECGシステムのリードIIと同様の基準ECG測定を可能にするよう分けられた双極性ECG測定用の電極(3,4)を備える、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の測定装置。
- 僧帽弁の聴診点に割り当てられた前記マスター測定ヘッド(1)のECG電極(3)は、増幅段(18)の反転入力に接続される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の測定装置。
- 12リードECGの場合に右脚電極と呼ばれる接地電極(3F)は、マスター測定ヘッド(1)上に配置される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の測定装置。
- 前記ECG電極はECG信号を獲得し、前記PCG電極はPCG信号を獲得し、
前記評価ユニット(K)は、獲得される前記ECG信号を、アンカーすなわち前記PCG信号の監視に対する基準時点として利用し、前記マスター測定ヘッド(1)の前記通信段によって送信される信号を評価し、
前記評価ユニット(K)は、獲得される信号及び/又は評価結果を表示する表示手段を更に備え、
前記測定ヘッド(1,2)は、前記ECG信号及びPCG信号を同時に監視する、
請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の測定装置。 - 前記マスター測定ヘッド(1)は、前記獲得される信号の品質を表示するディスプレイ(8)を備える、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の測定装置。
- 前記評価ユニット(K)は、電気機械的活動の時間パラメータを正確に決定するために、前記ヒトの身体の特定の活動パラメータを、「多数拍動」すなわち文献標準による健常者のパラメータ及びそれらの同期化したノイズ低減平均値から導出する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の測定装置。
- 前記評価ユニット(K)は、前記評価ユニット(K)に内蔵された専門サービスを利用して、被測定者の機械的心周期パラメータを、文献標準による健常者のパラメータ及びそれらの標準偏差と比較することにより一次評価を行う、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の測定装置。
- 前記評価ユニット(K)は、表示手段上に結果を可視的に提示し、同時にPCG信号を聞き取れるようにする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の測定装置。
