Description
図13は、クラウドを利用した設計支援システムについて例示する図である。図13で例示するように、設計支援システムは、入力機器104および表示装置105を備える端末301がインターネットなどの電気通信回線302を通じてクラウド303と接続された構成を有する。クラウド303は、図2(b)のCPU101、RAM102、記憶装置103などを備え、図2(a)の各部としての機能を実現する。なお、クラウド303の代わりに、イントラネットなどを介して接続されたサーバを用いてもよい。

Claims (6)
- 組立に複数の作業を要する製品についての、各作業の順序制約と、各作業の作業時間と、各作業についてのロボット作業可否とを示す情報を受け取る受信部と、
ロボット作業不可の各作業について、前記順序制約と前記ロボット作業可否とに基づいて、ロボット作業可にした場合のロボットによる連続作業数を第1指標として計算する第1指標計算部と、
ロボット作業不可の各作業について、前記順序制約と前記作業時間と前記ロボット作業可否とに基づいて、ロボット作業可にした場合の配置自由度を第2指標として計算する第2指標計算部と、
前記第1指標と前記第2指標とに基づく情報と、当該第1指標および第2指標の対象作業とを関連付けて提示する提示部と、を備えることを特徴とする設計支援装置。 - 前記第2指標計算部は、設定された複数のタクトタイムのそれぞれについて、前記複数の作業を、ロボットが行う作業のみを含むグループを含む複数のグループのそれぞれに割り振った場合に、ロボットが行う作業のみを含むグループに割り振られる回数を基に、前記配置自由度を計算することを特徴とする請求項1記載の設計支援装置。
- 前記第2指標計算部は、前記配置自由度を計算する対象を、前記第1指標が閾値以上となる作業に限定することを特徴とする請求項2記載の設計支援装置。
- 前記提示部は、前記第1指標と前記第2指標とに重み付けをすることで、各作業の優先度を計算し、当該優先度を各作業に関連付けて提示することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の設計支援装置。
- 組立に複数の作業を要する製品についての、各作業の順序制約と、各作業の作業時間と、各作業についてのロボット作業可否とを示す情報を受け取り、
ロボット作業不可の各作業について、前記順序制約と前記ロボット作業可否とに基づいて、ロボット作業可にした場合のロボットによる連続作業数を第1指標として計算し、
ロボット作業不可の各作業について、前記順序制約と前記作業時間と前記ロボット作業可否とに基づいて、ロボット作業可にした場合の配置自由度を、第2指標として計算し、
前記第1指標と前記第2指標とに基づく情報と、当該第1指標および第2指標の対象作業とを関連付けて提示する、処理をコンピュータが実行することを特徴とする設計支援方法。 - コンピュータに、
組立に複数の作業を要する製品についての、各作業の順序制約と、各作業の作業時間と、各作業についてのロボット作業可否とを示す情報を受け取る処理と、
ロボット作業不可の各作業について、前記順序制約と前記ロボット作業可否とに基づいて、ロボット作業可にした場合のロボットによる連続作業数を第1指標として計算する処理と、
ロボット作業不可の各作業について、前記順序制約と前記作業時間と前記ロボット作業可否とに基づいて、ロボット作業可にした場合の配置自由度を第2指標として計算する処理と、
前記第1指標と前記第2指標とに基づく情報と、当該第1指標および第2指標の対象作業とを関連付けて提示する処理と、を実行させることを特徴とする設計支援プログラム。
