Description
Claims (15)
- 陰圧吸引補助脱血(VAVD)システム(100)であって、
貯血槽(104)に対しての陰圧の印加を容易にするように構成された調圧器バルブアセンブリ(124、212)と、
前記陰圧の印加の制御を容易にするために、前記調圧器バルブアセンブリを制御するように構成された制御ユニット(122、236)と、
前記貯血槽に結合されるとともに、前記貯血槽内の圧力測定値を得るように構成された少なくとも1つの圧力センサ(116、238)と、
前記調圧器バルブアセンブリを目標温度で目標持続時間にわたって加熱し、カビ及び細菌を殺すように構成された加熱要素(126、222)と、
前記調圧器バルブアセンブリの温度を決定するように構成された少なくとも1つの温度センサ(128、224)と、を含む、システム。 - 前記制御ユニットは、
前記加熱要素を使用して、前記調圧器バルブアセンブリを消毒するための熱消毒サイクルを実行するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記制御ユニットは、
前記調圧器バルブアセンブリを使用して、動作タスクを実行するように構成されているとともに、
前記加熱要素を使用して、前記動作タスクの少なくとも一部の実行時に、前記調圧器バルブアセンブリの前記温度を目標温度に維持するように構成されている、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。 - 前記制御ユニットは、
前記バルブアセンブリを目標温度へと加熱することによって、及び、
前記バルブアセンブリを、指定された時間にわたって前記目標温度に維持することによって、前記温度を維持するように構成されている、請求項3に記載のシステム。 - 前記調圧器バルブアセンブリを冷却温度へと冷却するように構成された冷却要素をさらに含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記冷却要素は、前記加熱要素である、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記加熱要素は、ペルチェ素子を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御ユニットは、さらに、前記冷却要素を使用して、前記調圧器バルブアセンブリを冷却温度へと冷却することを容易にするように構成され、前記冷却温度は、吸引された空気との接触に応答して前記バルブアセンブリの内表面上において結露が発生することを防止するように選択された温度である、請求項5若しくは6、又は請求項5若しくは6に従属する請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御ユニットは、ルックアップテーブル及びフィードバック制御機構の少なくとも一方を利用することにより、前記温度の維持を容易にするように構成されている、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記フィードバック制御機構は、比例積分微分(PID)アルゴリズムを含む、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記加熱要素は、冷却要素を含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御ユニットは、ペルチェ素子を制御して前記バルブアセンブリの冷却を容易にするようにさらに構成される、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの圧力センサは、前記貯血槽に直接的に連結された検知管を含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 冗長的圧力測定を提供するその他の圧力センサをさらに含む、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記調圧器バルブアセンブリは、大気圧側調圧器バルブ(214A)および/または陰圧側調圧器バルブ(216A)を含む、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
