Description
Claims (13)
- 複数の螺旋の活性要素(11re)を備える無線充電パネルであって、前記パネル(11RE、20TR)は、積層パネルであり、前記螺旋の活性要素(11re)の各々は、螺旋形状の活性の導電性ストリップ(110)を有する活性領域(11AV)を備え、前記活性領域(11AV)は、誘電体層および導電層を備える多層回路である前記パネルの第1の面上に形成され、前記螺旋の活性要素(11re)の各々は、磁気遮蔽バックプレート(112r)を含み、前記磁気遮蔽バックプレート(112r)は、前記多層回路の第1の内層内に位置し、前記活性領域(11AV)の背面をカバーする、充電パネルにおいて、前記螺旋の活性要素(11re)の各々は、複数の第1の磁気遮蔽ストランド(112)を含み、前記複数の第1の磁気遮蔽ストランド(112)は、前記活性領域(11AV)の境界となり、前記磁気遮蔽バックプレート(112r)に接続されていること、および、前記パネルはまた、他の内層内の前記磁気遮蔽バックプレート(112r)の後ろに、導電性ストランド(110v)によって前記活性の導電性ストリップ(110)に接続されている接続導電性ストリップ(110r)を含み、前記活性の導電性ストリップ(110)は、前記活性の導電性ストリップ(110)の長さにわたり分布する複数の接続パッド(111A、111B、111)を含み、前記接続パッド(111A、111B、111)は、それぞれ、前記導電性ストランド(110v)によって前記接続導電性ストリップ(110r)に接続されていることを特徴とする、充電パネル。
- 前記螺旋の活性要素(11re)は、異なる積層平面(P11からP1n)内に配置され、螺旋の活性要素(11re)のいくつかの平面層を形成し、異なる平面層内の前記螺旋の活性要素(11re)は、整列配置されるまたはオフセットされることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の充電パネル。
- 前記螺旋の活性要素(11re)の各々は、複数の第2の磁気遮蔽ストランド(112)を含み、前記複数の第2の磁気遮蔽ストランド(112)は、前記活性領域(11AV)の中央に位置し、前記磁気遮蔽バックプレート(112r)に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の充電パネル。
- 前記磁気遮蔽ストランド(112)は、前記活性領域(11AV)と前記磁気遮蔽バックプレート(112r)との間に延在する高透磁性の材料で充填される開口部によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の充電パネル。
- 前記磁気遮蔽バックプレート(112r)および前記磁気遮蔽ストランド(112)は、ミューメタル、パーマロイまたは高透磁性の材料で充填されるエポキシから作られることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の充電パネル。
- 前記導電性ストランド(110v)は、前記接続導電性ストリップ(110r)と前記活性の導電性ストリップ(110)との間に延在する金属で充填される開口部によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の充電パネル。
- 前記導電性ストリップ(110、110r)および導電性ストランド(110v)は、銅から作られることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の充電パネル。
- 前記活性要素(11re)の前記螺旋は、正方形、長方形または六角形の螺旋であることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の充電パネル。
- 無線再充電可能な蓄電ユニットであって、前記蓄電ユニットは、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の充電パネルを備え、前記パネルは、受信充電パネル(11RE)であることを特徴とする、蓄電ユニット。
- 前記蓄電ユニットはまた、電圧整流サブユニット(11RC)、スイッチングサブユニット(11SW)、相互接続サブユニット(11IT)および制御回路(11CD)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の蓄電ユニット。
- 前記受信充電パネル(11RE)、電圧整流サブユニット(11RC)、スイッチングサブユニット(11SW)、相互接続サブユニット(11IT)および制御回路(11CD)は、少なくとも3つの積層プレート(P1、P2、P3)内に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の蓄電ユニット。
- 無線充電可能な電力供給システムであって、前記電力供給システムは、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の無線充電ユニットであって、前記パネルは、送信充電パネル(20TR)である、無線充電ユニットと、請求項9から11のいずれか一項に記載のエネルギー蓄積ユニット(1)と、を備えることを特徴とする、電力供給システム。
- 請求項9から11のいずれか一項に記載のエネルギー蓄積ユニット(1)を備えることを特徴とする、車両。
