Description
NF(CF3)(C2F5)は、Sartori,P.,Journal of Fluorine Chemistry,1997,83,pp.1−8に従って合成される。
国際特許出願公開第98/23363号明細書に記載の通り、1:4の体積比のNF(CF3)(C2F5)とN2とからなる均質な混合物は、スタティックミキサーとコンプレッサーとを含む装置の中で製造する。
ケーブルの中の全圧が10バール(絶対圧)に達するまで、実施例1bの組成物を高電圧用アースケーブルに直接供給する。
気密金属ケースで取り囲まれた開閉器を含む開閉装置が使用される。実施例b1の組成物を、18バール(絶対圧)の圧力に達するまでバルブを通して気密金属ケースに注入する。
Claims (13)
- 電気活性部品の誘電絶縁化方法であって、前記電気活性部品が、一般式(I):
F−N(CnHmF(2n+1)−m)(Cn’Hm’F(2n’+1)−m’) (I)
(式中、nは1、2、3、4、又は5であり、mは0〜2nの整数であり、n’は2、3、4、又は5であり、m’は0〜2n’の整数である)の化合物からなる、又はこれから本質的になる、又はこれを含有する絶縁媒体を含む気密ハウジングの中に配置される、方法。 - nが1である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- n’が2である、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- mが0である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- m’が0である請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記化合物がペンタフルオロエチル−トリフルオロメチルフルオロアミンNF(CF3)(C2F5)である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 一般式(I):
F−N(CnHmF(2n+1)−m)(Cn’Hm’F(2n’+1)−m’) (I)
(式中、nは1、2、3、4、又は5であり、mは0〜2nの整数であり、n’は2、3、4、又は5であり、m’は0〜2n’の整数である)の、少なくとも1種の化合物と、
不活性ガス、全フッ素化若しくは部分フッ素化されているケトン、全フッ素化若しくは部分フッ素化されているエーテル、全フッ素化若しくは部分フッ素化されているエステル、全フッ素化若しくは部分フッ素化されているシアノ化合物、及び炭化水素化合物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の別の化合物と、
からなる、又はこれらから本質的になる、又はこれらを含有する、電気活性部品の誘電絶縁化のための組成物。 - NF(CF3)(C2F5)と;不活性ガス、全フッ素化若しくは部分フッ素化されているケトン、全フッ素化若しくは部分フッ素化されているエーテル、全フッ素化若しくは部分フッ素化されているエステル、全フッ素化若しくは部分フッ素化されているシアノ化合物、及び炭化水素化合物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の化合物と;からなる、又はこれらから本質的になる、又はこれらを含有する、請求項7に記載の組成物。
- NF(CF3)(C2F5)と;空気、合成空気、空気成分、N2、O2、CO2、N2O、He、Ne、Ar、Xe、又はSF6からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の化合物と;からなる、又はこれらから本質的になる、又はこれらを含有する、好ましくは、NF(CF3)(C2F5)とN2とからなる、又はこれらから本質的になる、又はこれらを含有する、請求項8に記載の組成物。
- 電気エネルギーの発生、分配、及び/又は使用のための装置であって、前記装置が気密ハウジングの中に配置されている電気活性部品を含み、前記気密ハウジングが、一般式(I):
F−N(CnHmF(2n+1)−m)(Cn’Hm’F(2n’+1)−m’) (I)
