Description

The present invention relates to a steam-free packaging bag.

Conventionally, a packaging bag made of a film, as shown in FIG. 3A, has a steam port 103 formed of a groove that does not penetrate the film on the surface of the film, and is packaged when heated by a microwave oven. Moisture contained in the contents of the bag becomes steam and the internal pressure increases, and as shown in FIG. 3 (b), the steam port 103 opens, and steam is removed from the opened steam port to prevent the contents from bursting at the same time. A steam-free packaging bag 100 for steaming is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

By the way, when a steam-free packaging bag is made using a straight-cut film, when heated by a microwave oven, the water contained in the contents of the packaging bag becomes steam and the internal pressure increases, and as shown in FIG. 4, steam Along with the opening of the port 103, a rift 104 is also formed around the steam port 103, so that steam is excessively released and the contents cannot be steamed.

However, when the steam-free packaging bag is made without using a straight-line cut film, when the film is torn and an attempt is made to open the bag, the film may not be torn along the line to be opened (hereinafter, also referred to as the line to be opened). For example, as shown in FIG. 5, even though the straight line connecting the left and right notches is the scheduled opening line, the front film 101 and the back film 102 may be torn in the upside-down direction, or the phenomenon of tearing may occur. be.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2015-13441

The present invention has been made in consideration of such circumstances, and can prevent the contents from bursting by removing steam when heated by a microwave oven, and at the same time, the contents can be steamed and easily torn along the scheduled opening line. An object is to be able to provide a steam-free packaging bag that can be opened.

In order to solve the above problems in the present invention, first, in the invention of claim 1, the packaging bag is made of a laminated film in which a sealant layer and a layer other than the sealant are laminated.
The laminated film has a steam port that intersects or overlaps the planned opening line, and an easy-opening line on the planned opening line that avoids the steam port and its surroundings.
Both the steam port and the easy-open wire are grooves opened on the layer side other than the sealant, and the depth of the steam port, the thickness of the layer other than the sealant, and the depth of the easy-open line are the depth of the steam port. A steam-removing packaging bag characterized by satisfying the relationship of> thickness of layers other than sealant> depth of easy-opening wire.

Further, in the invention of claim 2, the laminated film is composed of two identical square films, the one having a steam port is used as a front film, and the other is used as a back film.
The front film and the back film are overlapped with the sealant layers facing each other, and have a left side seal portion, a right side seal portion, and a lower seal portion on the left side portion, the right side portion, and the lower portion, respectively.
The left side seal part and the right side seal part each have a notch at the same height from the bottom.
2. It was done.

In the invention according to claim 1, the depth of the steam port, the thickness of the layer other than the sealant, and the depth of the easy-open line are the depth of the steam port> the thickness of the layer other than the sealant> the depth of the easy-open line. Because of the relationship, when heated in a microwave oven, the water contained in the contents becomes steam and the internal pressure increases, the laminated film tears at the steam port and the steam port opens, but the laminated film does not tear at the easy-open line. Furthermore, since the easy-opening wire is provided so as to avoid the steam port and its surroundings, tearing of the laminated film is prevented from being transmitted from the steam port to the easy-opening wire, and steam is removed only from the steam port. It has the effect of preventing rupture and at the same time steaming the contents.

Further, in the invention of claim 1, since the easy-opening line is on the scheduled opening line, the laminated film can be torn along the scheduled opening line and easily opened, and the steam port is scheduled to be opened. Since it intersects or overlaps the line, the steam port is cut off, which has the effect of reducing the risk of burns due to spillage from the steam port when removing the contents after opening.

Further, in the invention of claim 2, in addition to the effect of the invention of claim 1, a straight line connecting the notch of the left side seal portion and the notch of the right side seal portion is formed along this line with the front film and the back film. Since the easy-opening line is on the scheduled opening line, the front film and the back film can be easily along the scheduled opening line by tearing the front film and the back film from the notch. It has the effect of being able to be opened without tearing and tearing.

As described above, it is said that the present invention can provide a steam-free packaging bag that can remove steam when heated by a microwave oven to prevent bursting and at the same time steam the contents, and can easily tear and open along the planned opening line. effective.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below.

In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, of two identical square laminated films 20 in which the sealant layer 21 and the layer 22 other than the sealant are laminated, the one having the steam port 9 is provided. As the front film 2 and the other as the back film 3.
The front film 2 and the back film 3 are overlapped with the sealant layers facing each other, and have a left side seal portion 4, a right side seal portion 5, and a lower seal portion 6 on the left side portion, the right side portion, and the lower portion, respectively. ,
The left side seal portion 4 and the right side seal portion 5 each have a notch 7 and a notch 8 at the same height from the lower portion.
A straight line connecting the notch 7 and the notch 8 is set as a planned opening line in which the front film 2 and the back film 3 are torn along this line to be opened.
The steam port 9 intersects or overlaps the planned opening line,
The front film 2 has an easy-opening line 10 on the line to be opened discontinuously, avoiding the steam port 9 and its surroundings, with the left end corresponding to the notch 7 and the right end matching the notch 8, and the back film 3 has an easy-opening line 10. , The easy-open line 12 has the left end corresponding to the notch 7 and the right end corresponding to the notch 8 on the planned opening line.
The steam port 9 and the easy-open lines 10 and 12 are both grooves opened on the layer 22 side other than the sealant, and the depth H of the steam port 9, the thickness of the layer 22 other than the sealant, and the easy-open line The depth h of 10 and 12 is a steam vent packaging bag 1 that satisfies the relationship of the depth H of the steam port 9> the thickness of the layer 22 other than the sealant> the depth h of the easily opened lines 10 and 12.

The sealant layer 21 is made of a heat-sealable thermoplastic resin, and examples of such a thermoplastic resin include unstretched polypropylene (CPP), low-density polyethylene (LDPE), and linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE). Can be mentioned. In particular, linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) has an impact fracture mass of 100 g (g) or more and 800 g or less, is easily stretchable, stores the contents from the upper part, and is sealed by providing an upper seal portion on the upper part. When heated in a microwave oven, a plurality of small holes are formed in the steam port 9, steam escapes to the outside without causing burst, the expanded state of the steam vent packaging bag 1 is maintained, and steaming is appropriately performed. It is preferable because it can be used.

The layer 22 other than the sealant is preferably made of a resin having relatively high rigidity from the viewpoint of protecting the contents as an outer layer, and examples of such a resin include polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and biaxially stretched polypropylene (OPP). ), Biaxially stretched nylon (ONy), and the like, but are not limited thereto.

The layer 22 other than the sealant does not necessarily have to be a single layer, and may be a laminated layer of a plurality of layers. For example, the design may be enhanced or various information may be displayed by performing secondary processing such as printing or thin film deposition. Such secondary processing may be performed on any surface of the layer 22 other than the sealant. Further, for example, a layer having a barrier property may be included.

The method of laminating the sealant layer 21 and the layer 22 other than the sealant is not particularly limited, and even if an adhesive layer is arranged between them and joined by performing a known dry lamination treatment, a sandwich sandwiching another resin is sandwiched. It may be laminated or co-extruded.

The notch 7 and the notch 8 are composed of a V-shaped notch and a U-shaped notch, respectively, in addition to the pentagonal (turtle shell) notch formed by the pentagonal notch as shown in FIG. A U notch, an I notch consisting of an I-shaped notch, a notch non (registered trademark) made of scratches, etc. may be used, but something with a width, such as a notch made of notches, notches the end of the easy-open line. It is preferable because it is easy to match with.

The vapor port 9 and the easy-opening wires 10 and 12 are formed by laser processing by laser irradiation from the layer 22 side other than the sealant of the laminated film 20. When laser processing is used, the shape and depth of the steam port 9 and the easy-opening wires 10 and 12 can be adjusted relatively easily by adjusting the output and scanning speed of the laser head.

When the steam-free packaging bag 1 of the embodiment of the present invention is continuously manufactured by stacking two laminated films 20, laser processing is performed substantially continuously in adjacent packaging bags.

The formation of the steam port 9 and the easy-opening wires 10 and 12 is not limited to laser processing, and other methods can also be used.

In the steam vent packaging bag 1 of the embodiment of the present invention, the contents are stored from the upper part, the upper seal portion is provided on the upper part and the steam vent packaging bag 1 is sealed, and then heated in a microwave oven to reach the depth H of the steam port 9. , The thickness of the layer 22 other than the sealant and the depth h of the easy-opening lines 10 and 12 are the depth H of the steam port 9> the thickness of the layer 22 other than the sealant> the depth h of the easy-opening lines 10 and 12. Since the relationship is satisfied, the laminated film 20 is torn at the steam port 9 and the steam port 9 is opened due to the increased internal pressure due to the water contained in the contents becoming steam, but the laminated film 20 is torn at the easy-opening lines 10 and 12. Furthermore, since the easy-opening wire 10 is provided discontinuously while avoiding the steam port 9 and its surroundings, it is possible to prevent the laminated film 20 from being transmitted from the steam port 9 to the easy-opening wire 10. Therefore, steam can be removed only from the steam port 9 to prevent rupture and at the same time the contents can be steamed.

Then, after heating in a microwave oven, when the front film 2 and the back film 3 are torn from the notch 7 or the notch 8, the left end of the easy-opening lines 10 and 12 coincides with the notch 7, and the right end coincides with the notch 8 to open. Since they are on the scheduled line, the front film 2 and the back film 3 can be easily torn and opened along the scheduled opening line, respectively, and the steam port 9 intersects or overlaps the scheduled opening line. , The steam port 9 is cut off, and when the contents are taken out after opening, the risk of burns due to spillage from the steam port 9 can be reduced.
