Claims (14)
- 流体管理システムであって、

- 前記第1の感知要素及び前記第2の感知要素は、複数の圧力信号を前記コントローラに送信し、前記コントローラは、前記複数の圧力信号を監視又は比較して、前記複数の圧力信号が互いに予め選択された範囲内になければ、センサ誤作動の警告を与え、及び/又は、前記流体管理システムの任意の進行中の動作を終了させ又は調節するように構成される、請求項1に記載の流体管理システム。
- 前記コントローラは更に、前記部位における流体圧力の信号に応答して、前記流入ポンプ及び前記流出ポンプを作動させるように構成される、請求項1に記載の流体管理システム。
- 流体管理システムであって、
コントローラと、
前記コントローラによって作動され、かつ患者の体腔内の部位までの流路を通して流体の流入を行うように構成された流入ポンプと、
前記コントローラによって作動され、かつ患者の体腔内の前記部位からの流路を通して流体の流出を行うように構成された流出ポンプと、
圧力センサと、を含み、前記圧力センサは、第1の感知要素と、第2の感知要素を含み、前記第1の感知要素及び前記第2の感知要素は、前記部位から前記圧力センサまで存在する流体と接続し、
前記コントローラは、流入ポンプ速度、流出ポンプ速度、及び前記部位におけるターゲット圧力から構成される群から選択される少なくとも1つの作動パラメータを提供するように構成され、
前記コントローラは、更に、前記流入ポンプへの入力電圧が、前記流出ポンプが作動している間の予め選択された時間間隔にわたって予め定められた閾値電圧よりも低く且つ前記部位の圧力が比較的静止レベルに留まれば、流れ遮断警告を与えるように構成される、流体管理システム。 - 前記予め選択された時間間隔は、5〜120秒である、請求項6に記載の流体管理システム。
- 前記コントローラは、更に、前記流入ポンプへの入力電圧が予め選択された時間間隔にわたって予め定められたレベルよりも低下したら、前記流入ポンプ及び前記流出ポンプの少なくとも一方を不作動にする、請求項6に記載の流体管理システム。
- 前記コントローラは、更に、前記流入ポンプへの入力電圧が予め選択された時間間隔にわたって予め定められたレベルを超えたら、前記部位に配置された駆動式切除デバイスを不作動にする、請求項6に記載の流体管理システム。
- 前記第1の感知要素及び前記第2の感知要素は、複数の圧力信号を前記コントローラに送信し、前記コントローラは、前記複数の圧力信号を監視又は比較して、前記複数の圧力信号が互いに予め選択された範囲内になければ、センサ誤作動の警告を与え、及び/又は、前記流体管理システムの任意の進行中の動作を終了させ又は調節するように構成される、請求項6に記載の流体管理システム。
- 前記コントローラは更に、前記部位における流体圧力の信号に応答して、前記流入ポンプ及び前記流出ポンプを作動させるように構成される、請求項6に記載の流体管理システム。
- 流体管理システムであって、
コントローラと、
前記コントローラによって作動され、かつ患者の体腔内の部位までの流路を通して流体の流入を行うように構成された流入ポンプと、
前記コントローラによって作動され、かつ患者の体腔内の前記部位からの流路を通して流体の流出を行うように構成された流出ポンプと、
圧力センサと、を含み、前記圧力センサは、第1の感知要素と、第2の感知要素を含み、前記第1の感知要素及び前記第2の感知要素は、前記部位から前記圧力センサまで存在する流体と接続し、
前記コントローラは、流入ポンプ速度、流入流量、流出ポンプ速度、及び流出流量から構成される群から選択される少なくとも1つの作動パラメータを維持するように構成され、
前記コントローラは、更に、流出ポンプへの測定電流が予め選択された時間間隔にわたって予め定められた電流限界を超え且つ前記部位の圧力が前記ターゲット圧力を超えたら、流れ遮断警告を与えるように構成される、流体管理システム。 - 前記コントローラは更に、前記部位における流体圧力の信号に応答して、前記流入ポンプ及び前記流出ポンプを作動させるように構成される、請求項12に記載の流体管理システム。
- 前記第1の感知要素及び前記第2の感知要素は、複数の圧力信号を前記コントローラに送信し、前記コントローラは、前記複数の圧力信号を監視又は比較して、前記圧力信号が互いに予め選択された範囲内になければ、センサ誤作動の警告を与え、及び/又は、前記流体管理システムの任意の進行中の動作を終了させ又は調節するように構成される、請求項12に記載の流体管理システム。
