Description
本発明は、光起電力装置に関する。より詳細には、本発明は、民生用の電子機器を充電するのに適した光起電力装置に関する。
光起電力装置は、光を電気に変換する機能を提供する。典型的な光起電力装置は、1つまたは複数の太陽電池を備える。太陽電池は、太陽放射を電気エネルギーに変換するためのよく知られた装置である。太陽電池は、太陽放射を収集するために通常の動作中に太陽に面する前面と、前面とは反対面の背面とを有する。
本発明の目的は、上述の問題を少なくとも部分的に克服し、外部の装置に電力を供給するための改善された光起電力装置を提供することである。
ここで、添付の図面を参照して、本発明の異なる実施形態の説明により、本発明をより詳細に説明する。

Claims (13)
- 太陽電池ユニットの上面(2a)に配置された多孔質光吸収層(3)を備えた作用電極、
光吸収層(3)が第1導電層(4)の上に配置され、光吸収層(3)から光生成電子を取り出すための第1導電層(4)、
第1導電層(4)が多孔質基板(5)の一方の面に配置された、絶縁材料からなる多孔質基板(5)、
第2導電層(6)が多孔質基板(5)の反対面に形成された、太陽電池ユニットの底面(2b)に配置された第2導電層(6)を含む対向電極、
第2導電層(6)および光吸収層(3)の間で電荷を移動させるための導電媒体を含む
太陽電池ユニット(2)と、
第1導電層(4)と電気的に接触している第1導電体(7;7b)と、
第2導電層(6)と電気的に接触している第2導電体(8;8a、8b;8c)と、
前記太陽電池ユニットを封止し、前記太陽電池ユニットの上面(2a)を覆う少なくとも部分的に透明な上部シート(9a)と、前記太陽電池ユニットの底面(2b)を覆う下部シート(9b)とを備えた封止体(9)とを備え、第2導電体(8;8a、8b;8c)が第2導電層(6)と、太陽電池ユニット(2)の底面(2b)における封止体(9)の下部シート(9b)との間に配置され、第1導電体(7、7b)が、多孔質基板(5)と太陽電池ユニット(2)の底面(2b)における下部シート(9b)との間に配置され、前記第1導電体は、第2導電体層(6)と電気的に絶縁されており、多孔質基板(5)の部分(14)は、前記第1導電体と前記第1導電層との間に電気的接触を提供するために、第1導電体(7;7b)と第1導電層(4)との間に配置された導電材(12)を備えた光起電力装置。 - 第1導電体(7、7b)と第2導電層(6)との間に絶縁ギャップ(11;11b)が形成されている、請求項1に記載の光起電力装置。
- 第1導電体(7;7b)が多孔質基板(5)の部分(14)と機械的に接触し、前記多孔質基板の導電体(12)と電気的に接触している、請求項1または2に記載の光起電力装置。
- 導電材(12)が第1導電体(7;7b)と第1導電層(4)との間に導電路を形成する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の光起電力装置。
- 導電材(12)が導電性粒子を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の光起電力装置。
- 第2導電層(6)が下部シート(9b)に面する底面(6a)を有し、第2導電体(8;8a、8b;8c)が底面(6a)と機械的かつ電気的に接触している、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の光起電力装置。
- 第2導電層(6)がチタンまたはその合金を含み、第2導電体(8;8a、8b;8c)がチタンまたはその合金を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の光起電力装置。
- 多孔質基板(5)の導電材(12)がチタンまたはその合金を含み、第1導電体(8)がチタンまたはその合金を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の光起電力装置。
- 第1および第2導電体(7;7b、8)が導電箔を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の光起電力装置。
- 封止体(9)の下部シート(9b)が第1および第2導電体と電気的に接続するためのワイヤを受けるための複数の貫通開口部(16a−b)を含み、貫通開口部(16a−b)が第1および第2導電体(7b、8c)と接続するように配置されている、請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の光起電力装置。
- 第1および第2導電体(7b、8c)が、太陽電池ユニット(2)によって規定される領域内に配置され、貫通開口部(16a−b)が前記第1および第2導電体の下方に配置されている、請求項10に記載の光起電力装置。
- 第1および第2導電体(7b,8c)が円形の形状を有する、請求項1〜11のいずれか1つに記載の光起電力装置。
- 貫通開口部(16a−b)が第1および第2導電体(7b、8c)の中央部の下方に配置されている、請求項10に記載の光起電力装置。
