Description
構築の好ましい方法において、複合体は、担体の上面および下面に対してマトリックス中に垂直に配置された少なくとも80%、好ましくは少なくとも90%、より好ましくは100%の長いUD繊維を含む。
・架橋されたポリマーマトリックスに埋め込まれた長い長手方向一方向繊維を形成するシリンダーまたはロッド部分が配置され、
・各シリンダー間に樹脂を注入し、
・前記樹脂は架橋され、
・ロッドを含む架橋樹脂によって形成される担体は、成形されない。
Claims (11)
- 上面および下面を有するCAD/CAM機械加工装置用のプレフォームであって、CAD/CAMによって機械加工される複合材料によって充填された少なくとも1つのセルを有し、前記材料は担体の上面および下面に垂直なマトリックス中に配置された架橋ポリマー繊維マトリックスに埋め込まれた少なくとも80%の長い一方向繊維を含む、上記プレフォーム。
- 前記セルは、前記担体の各面に当接し、前記セルの全容積が前記複合材料で充填されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のプレフォーム。
- 前記セルが、円筒型である、請求項1〜2のいずれか一項に記載のプレフォーム。
- セルが、直径3〜20mmであり、深さ10〜24mmであることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のプレフォーム。
- 前記担体は、円盤形態であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のプレフォーム。
- ポリマーマトリックス及び担体を構成する材料が、同一であるか、または互換性があり、PMMA、TEGDMA、BISGMA、BDMA、HDDMA、UDMA、エポキシおよびビニルエステルを含む熱硬化性樹脂の群から、または熱硬化性樹脂から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のプレフォーム。
- 繊維が、ガラス繊維E、R、S、AR、およびXRO、シリカ(石英)を含む群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のプレフォーム。
- 繊維は、ポリマーマトリックの40〜80体積%を表し、マトリックスは、100%に充填されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のプレフォーム。
- 金型内に、
・架橋ポリマーマトリックスに埋め込まれた長い長手方向の一方向繊維から構成されるシリンダーを位置決めし、
・各シリンダーの間に樹脂を注入し、
・前記樹脂を架橋し、
・ロット部分を含む架橋樹脂から形成されるプレフォームを型から外す
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれかの対象であるプレフォームの製造のためのプロセス。 - 架橋ポリマーマトリクス中に埋め込まれた長い長手方向一方向(UD)繊維により構成されるモノブロック複合繊維インレイコア。
- セルを充填する複合材料からCAD/CAMにより機械加工されたインレイコア、ほぞまたはインプラントのねじを製造するための請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のプレフォームの使用。
