Description

・Nの単電荷イオンおよび多電荷イオンの混合物を加速電圧で加速して、Nの単電荷イオンおよび多電荷イオンのビームを形成すること、ただし加速電圧Aは、20kV〜25kVであり、線量Dは、6×1016イオン/cm2〜−5.00×1015×A/kV+2.00×1017イオン/cm2である、
・ガラス基板を提供すること、
・Nの単電荷および多電荷イオンのビームの軌道にガラス基板を配置すること
を含む方法に関する。
SiO2 35〜85%、
Al2O3 0〜30%、
P2O5 0〜20%、
B2O3 0〜20%、
Na2O 0〜25%、
CaO 0〜20%、
MgO 0〜20%、
K2O 0〜20%、および
BaO 0〜20%
を有する、いずれの厚さのガラスシートでもあり得る。
以下の表中に詳述された種々のパラメーターに従って、単電荷および多電荷イオンのビームを発生するためにRCEイオン供給源を使用してイオン注入実施例を調製した。使用されたイオン供給源は、Quertech Ingenierie S.A.からのHardion+RCEイオン供給源であった。
Claims (4)
- ガラス基板の反射率を減少させ、かつ同時に反射における色を中間に保持するための、Nの単電荷および多電荷イオンの混合物の使用であって、前記単電荷および多電荷イオンの混合物は、前記ガラス基板の前記反射率を最大で6.5%まで低減し、かつ同時に−1≦a * ≦1および−1≦b * ≦1であるように前記反射における色を中間に保持するために有効なイオン線量および加速電圧で前記ガラス基板中に注入され、前記加速電圧は、20kV〜25kVであり、前記イオン線量は、6×10 16 イオン/cm 2 〜−5.00×10 15 ×A/kV+2.00×10 17 イオン/cm 2 である、使用。
- 前記単電荷および多電荷イオンの混合物は、前記ガラス基板の前記反射率を最大で6.5%まで低減し、かつ同時に−0.3≦a*≦0.3および−0.3≦b*≦0.3であるように前記反射における色を中間に保持するために有効なイオン線量および加速電圧で前記ガラス基板中に注入される、請求項1に記載のガラス基板の反射率を減少させ、かつ同時に反射における色を中間に保持するための、Nの単電荷および多電荷イオンの混合物の使用。
- 前記ガラス基板は、ガラスの全重量の重量パーセントとして表される以下の組成範囲:
SiO2 35〜85%、
Al2O3 0〜30%、
P2O5 0〜20%、
B2O3 0〜20%、
Na2O 0〜25%、
CaO 0〜20%、
MgO 0〜20%、
K2O 0〜20%、および
BaO 0〜20%
を有する、請求項1または2に記載のガラス基板の反射率を減少させ、かつ同時に反射における色を中間に保持するための、Nの単電荷および多電荷イオンの混合物の使用。 - 前記ガラス基板は、ソーダライムガラスシート、ボロシリケートガラスシートまたはアルミノシリケートガラスシートから選択される、請求項1または2に記載のガラス基板の反射率を減少させ、かつ同時に反射における色を中間に保持するための、Nの単電荷および多電荷イオンの混合物の使用。
