Description
本出願は、その全体が参照により本明細書に組み込まれる、2016年9月7日に出願の米国仮特許出願第62/384,433号、表題「Enzyme Stability and Phosphonate Types」に対する優先権を主張する。
本明細書で使用される場合、用語「組成物」は、製品または物品の化学成分を指す。製品または物品は、液体、固体、粉末形態、またはそれらの混合物であり得る。同じまたは同様の組成物は、組成物の各成分が製品または物品中で一緒にされる異なるプロセス、調整、または量に起因して、異なる製品または物品をもたらし得る可能性がある。
本明細書で使用される場合、用語「固体」は、当業者に既知の物質の状態を指す。固体は、結晶質、非晶質形態、またはそれらの混合物であり得る。固体では、単一の化合物または化合物の混合物であり得る。固体は、2つ以上の異なる固体の混合物であり得る。固体は、各々がいくつか、数十、数百マイクロメートルまたはナノメートルのサイズを有する粒子の集合体であり得る。固体は、一つ又は複数の化合物の粉末であり得る。
本明細書に開示の洗剤組成物は、特定のタイプのホスホネートもしくはその塩、または別の特定のタイプのホスホネートのアミン塩を含有する。出願人は、本明細書に開示のこれらの特定のタイプのホスホネートまたはその塩が、洗剤組成物中の酵素を安定化することを予想外に発見した。
本明細書に開示される開示は、酵素を含む洗剤組成物に関する。いくつかの実施形態では、酵素は、液体または固体の形態で供給され、スプレーまたは混合によって洗剤組成物の他の構成成分と混合される。
本開示に従った洗剤組成物および方法は、有効量のアルカリ源を含む。アルカリ源は、一つ又は複数のアルカリ化合物を含む。一般に、有効量のアルカリ源は、少なくとも約8のpHを有する使用溶液を提供する量とみなされるべきである。使用溶液が約8〜約10のpHを有すると、弱アルカリ性と見なされ得、pHが約12を超えると、使用溶液は腐食性と見なされ得る。一般に、腐食系の使用組成物よりもより安全であると考えられるので、使用溶液を弱アルカリ性浄化組成物として提供することが望ましい。
いくつかの実施形態では、本開示の組成物は、追加の成分を含有する。これらの成分は、固体または液体の形態であり得、したがって本開示の組成物の他の構成成分と混合され得る。
本開示に従った洗剤組成物の固体洗剤ブロックの分配速度を調整する方法、所定の分配速度で固体洗剤ブロックまたは圧縮固体組成物を生成するプロセスは、有効量の一つ又は複数のアニオン界面活性剤を含む第1の固体を含む。
有用な非イオン界面活性剤は、一般に、有機疎水性基および有機親水性基の存在を特徴とし、典型的には、有機脂肪族、アルキル芳香族、またはポリオキシアルキレン疎水性化合物と、一般的には、エチレンオキシドまたはその多水和生成物(polyhydration product)、ポリエチレングリコールである親水性アルカリ性オキシド部分との縮合によって生成される。実際には、反応性水素原子を有するヒドロキシル、カルボキシル、アミノ、またはアミド基を有する任意の疎水性化合物が、エチレンオキシド、またはその多水和付加物、またはプロピレンオキシドなどのアルコキシレンとのその混合物と縮合して、非イオン性表面活性剤を形成し得る。任意の特定の疎水性化合物と縮合する親水性ポリオキシアルキレン部分の長さは、親水性特性と疎水性特性との間の所望の程度のバランスを有する水分散性または水溶性化合物を生成するように、容易に調節され得る。有用な非イオン界面活性剤は、以下を含む。
エチレンオキシドをエチレングリコールに追加して、指定される分子量の親水性物質を提供し、次にプロピレンオキシドを追加して、分子の外側(端部)上に疎水性ブロックを得ることによって、改質され、本質的に逆にされた(1)からの化合物を含む。分子の疎水性部分は、約1,000〜約3,100の分子量を有し、中心の親水性物質は、最終的な分子の10重量%〜約80重量%を含む。これらの反転Pluronics(商標)は、BASF CorporationによりPluronic(商標)R界面活性剤の商標で製造されている。同様に、Tetronic(商標)R界面活性剤は、BASF Corporationにより、エチレンオキシドおよびプロピレンオキシドのエチレンジアミンへの逐次的付加によって製造されている。分子の疎水性部分は、約2,100〜約6,700の分子量を有し、中心の親水性物質は、最終的な分子の10重量%〜約80重量%を含む。
米国特許第2,903,486号のアルキルフェノキシポリエトキシアルカノールは、1959年9月8日にBrownらに対して発行され、
半極性タイプの非イオン表面活性剤は、本開示の組成物において有用な別のクラスの非イオン界面活性剤である。一般に、半極性非イオン性物質は、高発泡物質および泡安定剤であり、これはCIPシステムにおけるそれらの適用を制限し得る。しかしながら、高発泡浄化方法用に設計された本開示の組成上の実施形態では、半極性非イオン性物質は、即時的な実用性を有する。半極性非イオン界面活性剤は、アミンオキシド、ホスフィンオキシド、スルホキシドおよびそれらのアルコキシル化誘導体を含む。
表面活性物質は、分子のヒドロトロープ部分上の電荷が正である場合、カチオン性と分類される。ヒドロトロープは、pHが中性近く、またはそれ以下まで下げられない限り電荷を帯びないが、その後陽イオン(例えばアルキルアミン)である界面活性剤も、この群に含まれる。理論的には、カチオン界面活性剤は、「オニウム」構造RnX+Y−−を含有する元素のいずれの組み合わせからも合成され得、リン(ホスホニウム)および硫黄(スルホニウム)などの窒素(アンモニウム)以外の化合物を含み得る。実際には、カチオン界面活性剤の分野は、恐らく、窒素のカチオン界面活性剤への合成経路が単純かつ容易であり、高収率の生成物を与え、これが、窒素のカチオン界面活性剤をより安価にするために、窒素含有化合物によって支配されている。
両性(Amphoteric)または両性(ampholytic)界面活性剤は、塩基性親水性基および酸性親水性基の両方、ならびに有機疎水性基を含有する。これらのイオンの実体は、他のタイプの界面活性剤に関して本明細書に説明される陰イオン基または陽イオン基のうちのいずれかであり得る。塩基性窒素および酸性カルボキシレート基は、塩基性親水性基および酸性親水性基として用いられる典型的な官能基である。少数の界面活性剤において、スルホネート、スルフェート、ホスホネート、またはホスフェートは、負電荷をもたらす。
両性スルホネート
双性イオン性界面活性剤は、両性界面活性剤のサブセットと捉えられ得、陰イオン電荷を含み得る。双性イオン性界面活性剤は、第二級および第三級アミンの誘導体、複素環式の第二級および第三級アミンの誘導体、または第四級アンモニウム、第四級ホスホニウム、もしくは第三級スルホニウム化合物の誘導体と広く説明され得る。典型的には、双性イオン性界面活性剤は、正電荷を持つ第四級アンモニウム、または場合によっては、スルホニウムもしくはホスホニウムイオンと、負電荷を持つカルボキシル基と、アルキル基とを含む。双性イオンは、一般に、分子のなど電領域で略等しい度合いまでイオン化し、正電荷−負電荷中心の間に強い「分子内塩」引力を発生し得る陽イオン基および陰イオン基を含有する。そのような双性イオン性の合成界面活性剤の例としては、脂肪族ラジカルが直鎖であっても分岐であってもよく、脂肪族置換基のうちの1つが8〜18個の炭素原子を含有し、1つが陰イオン性水溶化基、例えば、カルボキシ、スルホネート、スルフェート、ホスフェート、またはホスホネートを含有する、脂肪族第四級アンモニウム、ホスホニウム、およびスルホニウム化合物の誘導体が挙げられる。
泡の安定性を低減するための消泡剤はまた、食器洗浄組成物中に含まれ得る。消泡剤の例としては、これらに限定されないが、Pluronic N−3の名前で入手可能なものなどのエチレンオキシド/プロピレンブロックコポリマー;ポリジメチルシロキサン、ポリジメチルシロキサン、およびAbil B9952の名前で入手可能なものなどの官能化ポリジメチルシロキサン中に分散されたシリカなどのシリコーン化合物;脂肪アミド、炭化水素ワックス、脂肪酸、脂肪エステル、脂肪アルコール、脂肪酸石鹸、エトキシレート、鉱物油、ポリエチレングリコールエステル、およびリン酸モノステアリルなどのアルキルリン酸エステルが挙げられる。消泡剤についての考察は、例えば、Martinらの米国特許第3,048,548号、Brunelleらの米国特許第3,334,147号、およびRueらの米国特許第3,442,242号に見出され得、これらの開示は参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。濃縮物が消泡剤を含むとき、消泡剤は、およそ0.0001%重量%〜およそ10重量%、およそ0.001重量%〜およそ5重量%、またはおよそ0.01重量%〜およそ1.0重量%の量で提供され得る。
ブロックに提供される洗剤組成物は、濃縮組成物である。概して、濃縮物は、水で希釈されて、物体に接触して所望の浄化、すすぎなどを提供する使用溶液を提供することを意図される組成物を指す。
別の態様では、アルカリ源、酵素、および特定のタイプのホスホネートまたはアミンホスホネート塩を含む、本開示の組成物の使用溶液を生成することを含む、浄化、殺菌および/または漂白方法が、本明細書に開示されている。

使用溶液が洗剤組成物から生成された後、4時間以内に収集した様々な時点で、120°Fの水1ガロン当たり5粒(GPG)の4000ppmで、異なるホスホネートレベルを有する洗剤中の酵素活性を試験した。試験中、異なる時点で試料を収集し、直ちにアセトン/ドライアイス浴で冷凍し、酵素活性を評価する前に−80℃で保存した。かかるアッセイの使用には、t=0分を100%酵素活性の基準点とした。

Claims (18)
- プロテアーゼ、アミラーゼ、リパーゼ、セルラーゼ、ペルオキシダーゼ、グルコナーゼ、またはそれらの混合物を含む、酵素と、
金属炭酸塩、金属重炭酸塩、またはそれらの混合物を含む、50重量%〜95重量%のアルカリ源と
を含む、固体洗剤組成物であって、
式中、R10およびR11は、独立して、水素、置換アルキル、2−(EO)n−ビホスホネートアミン−エチル、2−(PO)n−ビホスホネートアミン−イソプロピル、ホスホネート、ホスホネートエステル、またはそれらの誘導体であり、ただし、R10およびR11は、両方とも−CH2−PO(OH)2基ではなく、

- 前記酵素が、プロテアーゼ、アミラーゼ、リパーゼ、またはそれらの混合物を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記ホスホネート又は前記第二のホスホネートの前記アミンホスホネート塩が、前記組成物の0.1〜35重量%であり、前記酵素が、前記組成物の0.1〜35重量%であり、前記アルカリ源が、前記組成物の60〜90重量%であり、前記組成物の使用溶液が、8〜12のpHを有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物の使用溶液中で、前記酵素が、120°F(48.9℃)で少なくとも4時間の間、その活性の少なくとも15%、又は少なくとも20%を保持する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物は前記第二のホスホネートの前記アミンホスホネート塩を含み、アミンをさらに含み、前記アミンが、前記組成物の0.1〜35重量%である、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記アミンに対する前記ホスホネートのモル比が、0.5:1〜1:0.5である、請求項11に記載の組成物。
- 前記アミンが、トリエタノールアミンである、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、金属水酸化物、トリポリホスフェート、またはそれらの混合物をさらに含む、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
