- 前記試料ブロック(12)は少なくとも1つの固定穴(66)を備え、前記電着型熱電要素(48)は少なくとも1つの固定穴(68)を備え、前記ヒートシンク(30)は少なくとも1つの固定穴(70)を備え、少なくとも1つのねじの切られたボルト(72)が前記試料ブロック(12)の前記固定穴(66)と前記電着型熱電要素(48)の前記固定穴(68)と前記ヒートシンク(30)の前記固定穴(70)を係合している、請求項1から請求項3の何れか一項に記載の組立体(10)。
- 前記試料ブロック(12)は試料容器(96)を受け入れるように構成されている少なくとも1つの凹部(14)を備え、前記凹部(14)はその底端(28)に貫通孔(26)を備え、前記電着型熱電要素(48)は少なくとも1つの貫通孔(62)を備え、前記ヒートシンク(30)は少なくとも1つの貫通孔(44)を備え、前記凹部(14)の前記貫通孔(26)と前記電着型熱電要素(48)の前記貫通孔(62)と前記ヒートシンク(30)の前記貫通孔(44)は共通の軸(65)上に整列している、請求項1から請求項4の何れか一項に記載の組立体(10)。

- 前記電着型熱電要素(48)は熱電ゾーン(82)を備え、前記ゾーン(82)は個別に作動できる、請求項1から請求項7の何れか一項に記載の組立体(10)。
- 前記熱電ゾーン(82)は同一の又は異なる冷却パワー又は加熱パワー特性を備えている、請求項8に記載の組立体(10)。
- 前記熱電ゾーン(82)の各々はサブ部分を備え、前記サブ部分は同一の又は異なる冷却パワー又は加熱パワー特性を備えている、請求項8又は請求項9に記載の組立体(10)。
- 請求項1から請求項10の何れか一項に記載の組立体(10)と、少なくとも1つのラボラトリ装置(86)と、を備え、前記ラボラトリ装置(86)は、試料に対して光を発するように構成される光源(88)と、前記試料から発された光を検出するように構成された検出器(90)と、を備えている、温度依存性反応を遂行するための器具(84)。
- 請求項1から請求項10の何れか一項に記載の組立体(10)での又は請求項11に記載の器具(84)での温度依存性反応を遂行するための方法であって、前記電着型熱電要素(48)を作動させることによって、試料ブロック(12)の凹部(14)に配置されている試料容器(96)内に備えられている試料を1つ又は複数の指定温度に曝す段階、を備えている方法。
