Description
Claims (11)
- 植物栽培施設内の条件を制御するための装置であって、
環境的に密閉可能であり、かつ閉鎖可能な栽培施設(K)内に存在する植物に関連して配置され、外部電源で動作するいくつかの電気照明器具(1a)からなり、該照明器具は照明機能を提供する1または複数の電気部品(1a1)を含む、照明システム(1)と、
栽培施設内の温度上昇を低下させるまたは妨げるための循環式の冷却装置(2)であって、栽培施設(K)内の植物に関連して存在する冷却マニホールド(2)を含み、冷却マニホールド(2)によって照明システムに含まれる照明器具(1a)がポンプ作用(P1)によってマニホールド内に導かれる冷却水で冷却されるように構成される、冷却装置(2)と、
冷却装置の循環水に伝達される、栽培施設で発生した余剰熱を利用するための熱回収装置(3)であって、熱回収装置(3)によって回収された熱を貯蔵するための、水タンクおよび/または蓄熱ユニットを含む蓄熱システム(3b)を含む、熱回収装置(3)と、を少なくとも含む装置において、
熱回収装置(3)は、栽培施設の室内空気内に吸収された水および/または熱を収集する1または複数の凝縮器乾燥機/冷却器(3a)と、冷却装置の循環水(2; 2p)お
よび/または凝縮器乾燥機/冷却器の循環水(3;3d)を介して蓄熱システム(3b)に蓄積された熱を、1または複数の水循環ループ(2p,3d)に関して独立した二次回路(tp)に伝達させるためのヒートポンプアセンブリ(3c)とを含むことを特徴とする装置。 - 熱交換器(LV)であって、凝縮器乾燥機/冷却器(3a)の出口空気を、二次回路(tp)に含まれるヒートポンプアセンブリ(3c)から、および/または冷却装置(2)から熱交換器に導かれる循環水(tp1および/または2p)で予熱するための熱交換器(LV)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- ヒートポンプアセンブリ(3c)は、ポンプ作動式(P3)の二次回路(tp)に含まれる1または複数の水−水ヒートポンプを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 植物は、栽培施設の長手方向(Ks)に、重ね合わせた複数のレベルで植物を栽培施設(K)内で反対方向に移動させることによって多段栽培で成長されるように構成され、冷却マニホールド(2)は、プラスチック、金属および/または磁性材料から製造され、栽培施設(K)内の植物の間を実質的に一定の断面で連続的に延び、光を生成しながら発生した熱のために、少なくとも照明器具の光生成部品(1a1)を冷却するための、熱伝導冷却導管または熱伝導冷却プロファイル体からなり、これによって、冷却マニホールドは、供給される側と戻り側とが熱回収装置(3)の蓄熱システム(3b)に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 装置に含まれる照明システムの照明器具(1a)は、照明器具を、冷却マニホールド(2)に使用される、シャフト、チューブおよび/またはプロファイル体に連結するための連結システムを含み、それらをその長手方向およびその断面で見たときに、半径方向の任意に選択された位置で連結されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 植物栽培施設(K)内に強固に支えられ、1または複数の区画に植物の間に並んでおよび/または重なり合って存在する冷却マニホールド(2)を含み、該冷却マニホールドに照明システムの照明器具(1a)が固定される/固定可能である、ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 熱回収装置(3)の蓄熱システム(3b)から導かれる循環水をポンプ作用(P2)によって供給可能である凝縮器乾燥機/冷却器(3a)は、栽培施設の室内空気から凝縮される凝縮水と冷却水とを含む収集空間と、収集空間に蓄積された循環水および熱を蓄熱システム(3b)に搬送するための蓄熱システム(3b)への接続パイプ(3d)と含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 装置に含まれる冷却マニホールド(2)は、単一の断面に少なくとも2つの流路(2a”)を含む導管プロファイル体(2’)からなり、一方の流路は、冷却水供給側(2s)から進む入口流を生じる場所であり、他方の流路は、戻り側(2p)に進む戻り流に関することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 凝縮器乾燥機/冷却器(3a)は、導管プロファイル体(2)の表面に凝縮した水を吸収するための、冷却マニホールド(2)の導管プロファイル体(2’)に含まれる単一または複数区画の真空空間(A)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 冷却マニホールド(2)の導管プロファイル体(2’)は、導管プロファイル体の表面に凝縮した水を吸収するための単一または複数区画の真空空間(A)、二酸化炭素圧力分配室(B)、ミスト灌漑分配室(C)および/または単一または複数区画の内部、照明器具の配線のための表面溝(D)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 導管プロファイル体(2;2’)は、それを栽培施設(K)に固定するための結合装置(E1)および/または植物の灌漑用のミストノズルを含む器具を固定するための結合装置(K2)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項9または10に記載の装置。
