Claims (11)
- カテーテル(14)と、動脈血管系に導入するために前記カテーテル(14)の遠位端に設けられたポンプヘッド(16)と、を有し、
前記カテーテル(14)は、外側カテーテル(34)と、外側カテーテル(34)内に配置された内側カテーテル(36)と、前記ポンプヘッド(16)に設けられた拡張可能な搬送要素(18)を駆動するために前記内側カテーテル(36)内に回転可能に配置されたロータシャフト(38)と、前記カテーテル(14)の近位端に前記ロータシャフト(38)によって回転可能に設けられた作動部分(28)と、前記搬送要素(18)を囲むケージ(20)と、を有し、
前記ケージ(20)は、遠位スリーブ(22)および近位スリーブ(24)と、前記遠位スリーブ(22)および近位スリーブ(24)の間に延びるフィラメント(26)と、を有し、前記近位スリーブ(24)は前記遠位スリーブ(22)にむかって軸方向に移動することによって前記ケージ(20)を拡張するカテーテルポンプ(10)であって、
前記作動部分(28)は、前記内側カテーテル(36)に軸方向に移動可能に結合された基部(30)と、前記基部(30)上または前記基部(30)内を前記基部(30)に対して軸方向に相対移動可能な作動部(32)と、を有し、
前記作動部(32)を有する前記外側カテーテル(34)の近位端(40)と、前記近位スリーブ(24)を有する前記外側カテーテル(34)の遠位端とは、前記作動部(32)が前記基部(30)から離れる方向に移動すると、前記近位スリーブ(24)が前記遠位スリーブ(22)に向かって移動するように軸方向に移動可能に結合されており、且つ
前記作動部(32)は、前記搬送要素(18)の支承点に移送される灌注流体のための入口(44)を備え、前記基部(30)は、前記支承点から来る灌注流体のための出口(48)を有することを特徴とする
カテーテルポンプ(10)。 - 前記作動部(32)は、入口(44)に接続された入口チャンバ(52)を備え、前記入口チャンバ(52)を通って延びる前記内側カテーテル(36)と、前記入口チャンバ(52)とが、前記入口(44)を通って来る灌注流体が前記入口チャンバ(52)および入口ルーメンを介して前記搬送要素(18)の支承点に流れることができるように、前記外側カテーテル(34)と前記内側カテーテル(36)との間に設けられた入口ルーメンに接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテルポンプ(10)。
- 近位側の前記入口チャンバ(52)が、前記入口チャンバ(52)内で軸方向に変位可能である前記基部(30)のピストン部分(54)によって画定され、このピストン部分(54)上に、前記内側カテーテル(36)の近位端(58)が固定され、このピストン部分を通ってロータシャフト(38)が延在することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のカテーテルポンプ(10)。
- 前記基部(30)が、前記ロータシャフト(38、68)の近位端を回転可能に取り付けるための軸受点(66)が設けられた、収容チャンバ(62)を有するスリーブ状の軸受部分(60)を備えることを特徴とする、少なくとも請求項1に記載のカテーテルポンプ(10)。
- 軸受スリーブ(64)が前記収容チャンバ(62)内に設けられ、回転軸受(66)の形態の支承点が固定されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のカテーテルポンプ(10)。
- 前記回転軸受が、潅注流体を案内することができる切欠きを備えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のカテーテルポンプ(10)。
- 前記収容チャンバ(62)が、前記内側カテーテル(36)と前記ロータシャフト(38)との間に設けられた出口ルーメンに接続され、前記出口ルーメンを通って来る灌注流体が、前記収容チャンバ(62)を介して前記出口(48)に流れることができることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載のカテーテルポンプ(10)。
- 前記基部(30)が、前記出口(48)に接続された出口チャンバ(74)をその近位端に有し、前記収容チャンバ(62)から来る灌注流体が、前記出口チャンバ(74)を通って前記出口(48)に流出することを特徴とする、請求項4〜7のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテルポンプ(10)。
- ロータシャフト(38)の近位自由端が回転継手部分(78)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテルポンプ(10)。
- 前記作動部は、前記基部(30)のピストン状摺動部(84)のための円筒状の摺動レセプタクル(82)をその近位端に有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテルポンプ(10)。
- 前記ピストン状摺動部(84)は、少なくとも一部が軸受部(60)によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のカテーテルポンプ(10)。
