Claims (18)
- 粉末化された細胞培養培地を復元するための混合装置であって、
少なくとも1つの流体チャンバーと、
前記流体チャンバーの下部を囲む第1キャップと、
前記第1キャップにある第1流入ポートと、
前記第1キャップに配置された第1幾何学的流体流れ補助具と、
前記流体チャンバーの上部を囲む第2キャップと、
前記第2キャップにある第2流入ポートと
前記流体チャンバーの上部にある流出ポートと
を含み、
前記第1及び第2流入ポートによって提供される流体と混合されるために前記流体チャンバーに粉末化された細胞培養培地が供給され、
前記流出ポートは、復元された培地が前記流体チャンバーを出ることを可能にするように構成され、
前記第1及び第2流入ポートは、前記流体チャンバーの内壁に対して接線方向に配向されている、混合装置。 - 前記第2キャップに配置された第2幾何学的流体流れ補助具を更に含み、
前記第1及び第2幾何学的流体流れ補助具は、前記流体チャンバーの中心に向かう方向に減少する直径を有する幾何学的形状を含む、請求項1に記載の混合装置。 - 前記第1及び第2幾何学的流体流れ補助具は実質的に円錐形である、請求項2に記載の混合装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの流体チャンバーは第1流体チャンバーであり、

- 粉末化された細胞培養培地を復元する方法であって、
少なくとも1つの流体チャンバーと、前記流体チャンバーの下部を囲む第1キャップと、前記第1キャップにある第1流入ポートと、前記第1キャップに配置された第1幾何学的流体流れ補助具と、前記流体チャンバーの上部を囲む第2キャップと、前記第2キャップにある第2流入ポートと、前記流体チャンバーの上部にある流出ポートとを有する混合装置を提供することと、
前記流体チャンバーに流体を導入する前に、前記流体チャンバーに粉末化された細胞培養培地を供給することと、
前記第1及び第2流入ポートを通して前記流体チャンバーに流体を導入することと、
十分な流量で流体を導入することによって前記流体チャンバー内に渦流を生じさせることと、
前記流体チャンバーの壁の周りの前記流体を前記第1幾何学的流体流れ補助具の周りに更に流すことによって、前記第1幾何学的流体流れ補助具を用いて前記渦流を増強することと、
流体を前記流体チャンバーに導入し続け、前記流出ポートを通って前記流体チャンバーを出る復元された培地を収集することと
を含み、
