Description
The present invention relates to an olefin-based decorative sheet and a polyester-based decorative sheet to be bonded to a base material such as a wood-based base material, an inorganic-based base material, a synthetic resin base material, a metal-based base material, etc. Regarding decorative sheets used in parts that require non-combustible performance, such as hotels.
Conventionally, as a decorative sheet used for such an application, a sheet obtained by printing an appropriate pattern on a polyvinyl chloride resin film has been the mainstream. In recent years, in addition to that, in consideration of environmental issues, a decorative sheet using a non-chlorine resin film such as a polyolefin resin, which does not generate harmful substances such as hydrogen chloride or dioxin during combustion. Has also been developed and is becoming widely used.
By the way, in the above-mentioned applications such as high-rise buildings, hospitals and hotels, non-combustible performance is required as compared with other ordinary applications. Specifically, it is required that it does not burn, that it does not cause any deformation, melting, cracking or other damage that is harmful to fire protection, and that it does not generate smoke or gas that is harmful to evacuation. ..
Non-chlorine resin films such as polyolefin resins burn easily and have high combustion energy, so fire spread to the base material is likely to occur. Therefore, it has been very difficult to provide non-combustible performance with a non-chlorine resin film.
The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and during combustion without impairing the design, processability, surface performance, and environmental resistance of a conventional decorative sheet based on a thermoplastic resin. An object of the present invention is to provide a decorative sheet capable of preventing the spread of fire to a base material and having non-combustible performance.
As a means for solving the above problems, the invention according to
The backer layer has a thickness of 25 to 100 μm, and the backer layer is subjected to galvanization treatment of 3 to 20 g / m 2 per side, and the surface thereof is further protected against an organic resin thin film or an inorganic film. It is a decorative sheet characterized in that it is composed of iron foil that has been subjected to chromate-free chemical conversion treatment containing a rust agent.
According to the present invention, the design, processability, surface performance, and environmental resistance of a conventional decorative sheet using a thermoplastic resin as a base material are not impaired, and fire spread to the base material during combustion is prevented to improve non-combustibility. It becomes possible to provide a decorative sheet that can be held.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings. As a specifically suitable steel sheet, for example, low carbon aluminum killed steel having a carbon content of 0.01% by mass to 0.15% by mass, which is generally used for cans, can be used. Further, non-aging ultra-low carbon aluminum killed steel having a carbon content of less than 0.01% by mass to which niobium or titanium is added can also be applied. These aluminum killed steel hot-rolled plates are pickled by electrolytic pickling or the like to remove surface scale, then cold-rolled, and then electrolytically washed, annealed, rolled, etc., and then cold-rolled steel sheets. Considering the plating thickness and the uniformity of plating of the present invention, it is preferable to use electrogalvanization.
