Description

The present invention relates to a packaging machine and a packaging body.

For example, a product in which a plurality of sliced hams are laminated is packaged using, for example, a deep drawing packaging machine. The deep-drawing packaging machine supplies a transport device that continuously transports a strip-shaped lower film, a molding device that forms a pocket that protrudes downward during transport, and a product in which a plurality of sliced hams are laminated in the pocket. The product supply device, the film supply device that is arranged on the downstream side of the product supply device and supplies the strip-shaped upper film so as to cover the lower film, and the film portion of the lower film and the upper film existing around the pocket portion. It is provided with a sealing device for heat-sealing the film, and a cutter device for cutting the portion sealed by the sealing device and separating it from the lower film and the upper film.

Since the upper film is supplied so as to cover the lower film, it also covers the upper part of the pocket in which the product is stored in the supplied state, and in the outer peripheral area of the pocket, the lower film and the upper film come into contact with or are close to each other. .. Then, when the sealing device heat-seals the film portions of the lower film and the upper film, the internal space of the pocket is sealed. Some sealing devices have a function of sucking and removing air in the pocket. This kind of deep drawing packaging machine is disclosed in, for example, Patent Document 1.

The user who has purchased the package containing the plurality of sliced hams described above peels off the upper film from the lower film, opens the package, and takes out the sliced ham in the pocket for consumption. Once the package is opened, the sealed state is released, so it is desirable to consume multiple sliced hams stored in the pocket at one time.

There is a demand that the amount stored in one package is not so small, the number of sheets consumed at one time is small, and the amount to be used is small. In response to such a request, for example, a small amount of sliced ham is first supplied to a pocket, a middle film is put on the pocket to cover it, and a small amount of sliced ham is put on the inner film, and then the upper film is put on. , There are packages manufactured by sealing and cutting the upper film, intermediate film, and lower film.

In the package thus produced, when the upper film is first peeled off, the sliced ham on the intermediate film is exposed. In this state, the intermediate film and the lower film are sealed, so that the slice ham on the lower film remains sealed. As a result, the user can open the package as much as necessary and use the stored sliced ham little by little.

The deep drawing packaging machine that manufactures the above-mentioned packaging body has a long machine length. In addition, the deep drawing packaging machine makes it difficult to supply sliced ham. Further, the deep drawing packaging machine requires a line for supplying on the lower film and a line for supplying on the intermediate film, which complicates the structure.

Further, the slicer for producing the sliced ham described above is configured to sequentially slice ham logs to a predetermined thickness from the tip using a rotating cutter blade. As a kind of such slicer, there is one that slices two logs side by side. In order to carry out the produced sliced ham in two rows, the slicer rearranges the sliced ham in one row and then supplies the sliced ham to the deep drawing packaging machine. The above-mentioned problem becomes even greater because of the process of rearranging the lines.

The above-mentioned problems have been described by taking sliced ham as an example, but foods other than sliced ham also have similar problems.

The above-mentioned problems are described as independent of each other, and the present invention does not necessarily have to be able to solve all of the described problems, as long as at least one problem can be solved. In addition, we have the intention to acquire the rights to the structure for solving this problem independently by divisional application, amendment, etc.

(1) In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the wrapping machine of the present invention is provided in a bag making machine in which both sides of a strip-shaped wrapping film are bent inward to form a tubular bag, and inside the folded wrapping film. , A supply means for supplying a product group composed of a plurality of products in two rows, and the tip portions of both sides of the folded packaging film arranged on the downstream side of the bag making device, respectively, in the transport direction, leaving the tip edge side. A side sealing device that seals along the wrapping film and a product group that is arranged on the downstream side of the side sealing device and is arranged in the front-rear direction with respect to the packaging film are sealed and cut in a direction orthogonal to the transport direction. A top-sealing device for manufacturing a package having two product storages arranged in a direction orthogonal to the transport direction was provided.

In this way, a package having two product storage units can be easily manufactured. Moreover, since each product storage portion is provided with an unsealed portion at the tip of the sealed portion, the product storage portion can be easily opened by holding and pulling the unsealed portion. Therefore, the packaging machine of the present invention can open the product storage parts one by one as needed and can be used little by little, and can manufacture a package that is easy to open.

(2) It is preferable to provide a device which is arranged on the downstream side of the top seal device and is folded between the two product storage portions so as to overlap the two product storage portions. In this way, a compact package can be easily and automatically manufactured.

(3) In the packaging body according to the present invention, both sides of the packaging film are bent, and the product is sandwiched in a state where the tip portions of both sides are located near the center of the packaging film, respectively, and the tip portions of both sides thereof are sandwiched. Is provided to each of the film portions of the packaging films facing each other, and two product storage portions formed by sealing the two side surfaces adjacent to the tip portion are provided, and the seal formed by sealing the tip portion. The portion was formed at a position recessed from the tip edge of the tip portion, and was configured to have an unsealed portion between the sealed portion and the tip.

According to the present invention, even if one product storage unit is opened and the product stored inside is taken out, the other product storage unit can be maintained in an unopened state. Therefore, even if the product requires freshness such as food, the freshness can be maintained if it is unopened. Therefore, a small amount of fresh product can be taken out from each product storage unit and used. Moreover, since the seal portion provided at the boundary portion between the two product storage portions has an unsealed portion formed between the seal portion and the tip edge thereof, the seal portion has the unsealed portion and the film portion facing the unsealed portion. When pulled in the direction of pulling away from the seal, the seal portion is peeled off and the seal can be easily opened.

(4) The two product storage portions are bent so as to overlap each other, and the two overlapping product storage portions are fixed to each other at the ends opposite to the bent side. It is good to stick and fix it. In this way, the package can maintain the state in which the two product storage portions overlap. Therefore, for example, when the package is transported or displayed at a store or the like, the two product storage units do not open, and a compact posture can be maintained. The fixing member corresponds to the adhesive tape 13 in the embodiment. The fixing member may be a member such as an adhesive tape or a seal for adhesive fixing.

(5) The fixing member may be a recloseable member that can be reattached. In this way, for example, even after the fixing member is peeled off, re-adhesion is possible. Therefore, for example, one product storage unit is opened, a part or all of the stored products are taken out, and then 2 again. The two product storage portions can be fixed to each other by a fixing member in a state where the two product storage portions overlap each other by bending between the two product storage portions. As a result, the package can be stored in a compact and beautiful appearance.

The present invention can provide a packaging body that can be easily opened one by one as needed and used in an appropriate amount, and a packaging machine that manufactures such a packaging body.

It is a figure which shows one preferable embodiment of the package which concerns on this invention. It is a front view which shows one preferable embodiment of the packaging machine which concerns on this invention. It is a top view which shows one preferable embodiment of the packaging machine which concerns on this invention.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The present invention is not construed as being limited to this, and various changes, modifications, and improvements can be made based on the knowledge of those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the present invention.

FIG. 1 shows a preferred embodiment of the packaging according to the present invention. As shown in the figure, the package 1 is formed by wrapping a product group 3 in which a plurality of products 2 are laminated with a packaging film 4 and sealing them. Product 2 is, for example, sliced ham.

In the packaging body 1, both sides of one packaging film 4 are bent, and the tip portions 4a on both sides are positioned near the center of the packaging film 4, and the packaging film 4 faces the tip portions 4a. The film portion of the film is heat-sealed, and the two side surfaces adjacent to the tip portion 4a are also heat-sealed. As a result, the first sealing portion 6 formed by sealing the tip portion 4a, the two second sealing portions 7 formed by sealing the side sides, and the four sides of the folded side 8 of the packaging film 4 An enclosed sealed space is constructed.

As described above, since the sealed space is formed by bending both sides of the packaging film 4, the packaging body 1 of the present embodiment has two product storage units (first product storage units 10, first) having a sealed space. (2) A product storage unit 11) is provided. In the first product storage unit 10 and the second product storage unit 11, a product group 3 in which a small amount of products 2 are laminated is stored. In this embodiment, the small amount is, for example, four. The first seal portion 6 is formed at a position slightly recessed from the tip edge of the tip portion 4a. As a result, the unsealed portion 12 is formed on the tip end side of the first sealed portion 6.

The package 1 of the present embodiment is bent at the connecting portion between the first product storage unit 10 and the second product storage unit 11 so that the first product storage unit 10 and the second product storage unit 11 overlap each other. Then, the first product storage unit 10 and the second product storage unit 11 are fixed by sticking the adhesive tape 13 to the end portion on the opposite side to the connection portion (see FIGS. 1A and 1B). As the adhesive tape 13 of the present embodiment, for example, a re-adhesive reclose tape is used.

In this way, in a state where both ends of the first product storage section 10 and the second product storage section 11 are adhered to each other with the adhesive tape 13, the first product storage section 10 and the second product storage section 11 do not separate from each other. 1 Maintain the first posture shown in (a) and (b). The package 1 is shipped in a first posture in which the first product storage section 10 and the second product storage section 11 are fixed by the adhesive tape 13, and is displayed at a store or the like. Since the first posture is maintained by the adhesive tape 13, it is displaced from the first posture folded before reaching the final user to the second posture opened (see FIG. 1C, etc.) at the time of shipping and display. Is deterred.

In the package 1 in the first posture, the first product storage unit 10 and the second product storage unit 11 are in a folded state, so that the area in a plan view seen from the overlapping direction is reduced. Since the product group 3 stored in the first product storage unit 10 and the second product storage unit 11 is a small amount of sliced ham, the thickness of each product storage unit is thin, and the thickness of the packaging body 1 in the first posture should be suppressed. It becomes compact as a whole.

The product 2 is taken out from the product storage units 10 and 11 as follows. First, the adhesive tape 13 of the package 1 in the first posture is peeled off, the fixing of the first product storage portion 10 and the second product storage portion 11 is released, and both product storage portions 10 and 11 are opened in the second posture. (See FIG. 1 (c) and the like). In that state, the user has an unsealed portion 12 provided on the tip side of one product storage portion, for example, the first seal portion 6 of the second product storage portion 11, and a film portion facing the unsealed portion 12. Pull in the direction of pulling away from. Then, the first seal portion 6 and a part of the second seal portion 7 connected to the first seal portion 6 are peeled off, and the second product storage portion 11 is opened (see FIG. 1 (e)). Therefore, the user can take out and use a small amount of the product 2 stored in the second product storage unit 11. In this state, the first product storage section 10 is in a state in which both the first seal section 6 and the second seal section 7 are sealed and sealed, so that the product 2 in the first product storage section 10 is fresh. Be kept.

The user pulls the unsealed portion 12 of the first product storage portion 10 to open the first product storage portion 10 at an appropriate timing thereafter, and thereby takes out the product 2 stored in the first product storage portion 10. be able to.

Further, for example, when the package 1 is stored after opening one product storage unit (second product storage unit 11 in the above example) and taking out a small amount of the product 2, the package 1 is opened in the second posture. The second product storage unit 11 is fluttering and fluttering, looks bad, and is not hygienic. In this embodiment, since the adhesive tape 13 is a reclosed tape, one product storage unit is opened to take out the product 2, and then the first product storage unit 10 and the second product storage unit 11 are folded again to form a package. 1 can be returned to the first posture, and the tip side of the first product storage portion 10 and the second product storage portion 11 can be adhered and fixed by using the adhesive tape 13. In this way, when the package 1 is stored after the product is taken out from one of the product storage portions, the folded first posture can be maintained, and the product is compact and has a beautiful appearance, which is preferable.

Further, as described above, when the first product storage unit 10 and the second product storage unit 11 are folded and held in the first posture by using the adhesive tape 13, for example, they are stored in the opened product storage unit. Even if all of the product 2 is left unused, the remaining product 2 is sandwiched between the film parts constituting the opened product storage, and the first product storage 10 and the second product storage 11 are used. By folding and fixing with the adhesive tape 13, simple sealing can be performed even in the product storage portion once opened. This is preferable because the sealability and storage stability are better than in a completely empty state, and the product 2 can be well fastened in the product storage portion. In this embodiment, the amount of product 2 stored in each product storage unit is small, but for example, in a case where one person consumes one or two pieces, even if four pieces are stored, it is consumed for three to four people. If you use it, you can use it all at once, but if you use it for one person, it will remain a little. Even in such a case, the above-mentioned simple sealing can be performed, which is preferable.

Further, it is preferable to provide a perforation or the like at the boundary portion between the first product storage portion 10 and the second product storage portion 11 so that the first product storage portion 10 and the second product storage portion 11 can be separated from the boundary portion. In this way, after taking out all of the small amount of product 2 from one product storage unit, the first product storage unit 10 and the second product storage unit 11 can be easily separated by using perforations. ..

From FIG. 2 onward, a preferred embodiment of a packaging machine for manufacturing a packaging body having the above-described configuration is shown. The wrapping machine main body 21, the film supply device 22 that continuously supplies the strip-shaped wrapping film 4 to the wrapping machine main body 21, and the wrapping machine main body 21 arranged on the upstream side of the wrapping machine main body 21. It is provided with a transport supply device 24 that supplies the product group 3 at predetermined intervals.

The film supply device 22 links the output of a drive motor (a motor whose speed can be controlled such as a servomotor), which is not shown, to the original roll 26, which is a roll of the strip-shaped packaging film 4, and rolls the original roll. It is supplied to the packaging machine main body 21 at a constant speed while appropriately controlling the rotation speed of the 26. Further, various rollers 27 (in the illustrated example, one is drawn as a representative) are arranged at predetermined positions from the raw roll 26 to the packaging machine main body 21, and the strips sent out from the raw roll 26. The wrapping film 4 is guided to the wrapping machine main body 21 through a predetermined route by being hung on the roller 27. In the present invention, it is not always necessary to link the drive motor to the original roll 26, and a feed roller may be provided on the transport path of the packaging film to pull out the packaging film.

The transport supply device 24 is composed of, for example, a belt conveyor device, and transports the product group 3 discharged from the slicer 25 that manufactures sliced ham arranged on the upstream side in a state of being arranged in two horizontal rows, and is arranged side by side. However, the two product groups 3 are simultaneously supplied to the next-stage packaging machine main body 21.

Although the specific illustration is omitted, the slicer 25 is set with two ham logs arranged side by side, and the two logs are sequentially sliced from the tip to a predetermined thickness using a rotating cutter blade. It has the function of producing sliced ham. Each time the slicer 25 is sliced with a cutter blade, the sliced ham that has been dropped and supplied onto the carry-out line is moved forward by a predetermined amount, and a predetermined number (4 pieces in this embodiment) of sliced ham is shifted along the transport direction. It has a function of generating a product group 3 in a state where (product 2) is stacked and carrying it out.

The wrapping machine main body 21 includes a bag making device 30 that arranges a strip-shaped wrapping film 4 supplied to the upstream side in a tubular shape. By passing through the bag making device 30, both sides of the packaging film 4 are bent inward along the bag making device 30 to form a flat tubular bag. At this time, the tip portions 4a on both sides of the packaging film 4 are set to be located on the upper center side and to be close to each other in a non-contact manner. That is, in the case of a normal pillow wrapping machine, the tip portions on both sides of the wrapping film made into a tubular shape overlap the sealable surfaces with each other, but in the present embodiment, both tip portions 4a are respectively. The packaging film 4 is made to face the central portion of the tubular packaging film 4. Further, the transport supply device 24 sequentially supplies the product group 3 to be transported in two rows to the bag making device 30. As a result, both folded sides of the packaging film 4 cover the upper part of the product group 3, respectively.

On the downstream side of the bag making device 30, a transport path 32 forming a transport surface of the tubular packaging film 4 containing the product group 3 is arranged. Then, the pinch roller 33 and the side seal device 34 are arranged from the upstream side at appropriate positions in the center of the transport path 32. The pinch roller 33 is composed of a pair of upper and lower rollers, and sandwiches the tip portions 4a on both sides of the packaging film 4 made into a tubular shape and the central portion of the packaging film 4 facing the tip portions 4a from above and below with a predetermined pressure. A transporting force is applied to the packaging film 4 that has been made into a bag.

The side seal device 34 is arranged on the downstream side of the bag making device 30 and has a function of sandwiching a predetermined portion of the packaging film 4 from above and below and heat-sealing. Specific configurations include, for example, one large-diameter disk-shaped side sealer 34a arranged on the upper side of the tubular packaging film 4, and the lower side of the tubular packaging film 4. It is configured to include two small-diameter disk-shaped restraining rollers 34b (arranged in the front-rear direction) arranged on the side. The side sealers 34a and the holding rollers 34b arranged on the upper and lower sides sandwich the tip portion 4a of the packaging film 4 formed in a tubular shape and the central portion of the packaging film 4 facing the tip portion 4a from above and below with a predetermined pressure. , Heat at a predetermined temperature. As a result, both tip portions 4a are heat-sealed to the film portions facing each other, and the sealed portion becomes the first seal portion 6.

Two sets of side sealers 34a and holding rollers 34b are prepared on the left and right, and each set of side sealers 34a and holding rollers 34b seals a predetermined position of the tip portion 4a, respectively. The sealing position is a position slightly recessed from the tip edge of the tip portion 4a. As a result, the side sealer 34a and the holding roller 34b do not come into contact with each other between the first seal portion 6 and the tip edge, resulting in an unsealed portion 12.

The top sealing device 37 seals and cuts the tubular packaging film 4 in a direction orthogonal to the traveling direction, that is, in a direction crossing the film. The film portion to be sealed / cut is a predetermined position between the front and rear product groups 3, and the second seal portion 7 is formed at the portion. As a result, by passing through the top sealing device 37, the leading portion of the tubular packaging film 4 is separated from the following, and the first product storage section 10 and the second product storage section 11 are arranged side by side. The posture package 1 is manufactured. The manufactured package 1 is carried out on the carry-out conveyor 39.

A processing device 40 is provided on the downstream side of the carry-out conveyor 39. The processing device 40 is folded with a mechanism that bends between the first product storage unit 10 and the second product storage unit 11 and folds the first product storage unit 10 and the second product storage unit 11 in half so as to overlap each other. A mechanism for attaching the adhesive tape 13 so as to straddle the tips of the first product storage unit 10 and the second product storage unit 11 is provided. As a result, the processing device 40 manufactures and carries out the package 1 in the first posture shown in FIG. 1A and the like.

In the above-described embodiment, the processing device 40 is provided so that the first product storage unit 10 and the second product storage unit 11 are automatically bent and the adhesive tape is attached. The function is not limited, and some or all of the functions may be performed manually. However, it is preferable to automatically perform everything as in the embodiment because the processing speed becomes faster.

In the above-described embodiment, the slicer used is one in which two logs are set and the product group 3 is carried out in two rows, but the present invention is not limited to this, and one log is set. , The product group 3 may be carried out in a single row. In this case, it is preferable to provide an appropriate row-adding device, and after the product group 3 transported in a single-row column is lined up in two rows in the middle, the product group 3 is supplied to the packaging machine main body 21.

In the above-described embodiment, the product group 3 is configured by laminating a plurality of products 2 while shifting them, but the form thereof is arbitrary, such as laminating without shifting or arranging them separately. Further, in the above-described embodiment, the product 2 is an example in which the sliced ham is stored as it is, but the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, bacon and other meats and various products such as sliced cheese. Applicable. Further, as a packaging body for storing sliced cheese, for example, there is a packaging body in which several sliced cheeses are individually wrapped with a film and laminated, and the whole is packaged. As described above, the products targeted by the present invention include those in which individual products are not exposed. However, it is desirable that the product is used up once the package is opened, and it is suitable for foods that you want to use little by little. From this point of view, sliced meat such as sliced ham and bacon shown in the embodiment is most suitable.

Furthermore, in the above-described embodiment, the number of products 2 stored in the first product storage unit 10 and the second product storage unit 11 is the same, but may be different. Further, the types of products stored in the first product storage unit 10 and the second product storage unit 11 may be different.

The above-described embodiments and modifications can be combined as appropriate. In addition, some elements described in each form may be combined with elements of another one or a plurality of forms as appropriate.

Although various aspects of the present invention have been described above with reference to embodiments and modifications, these embodiments and descriptions have not been made for the purpose of limiting the scope of the present invention, and are intended for understanding the present invention.
