Description

Claims (15)
- 発光素子及び受光素子を含むセンサ装置と、前記発光素子と前記受光素子との間で固定の測定間隔を意味する凹部幅を有する凹部又は隙間を外面に形成するケーシングと、を備え、前記発光素子及び前記受光素子が、前記凹部又は隙間の幅方向から見たときに前記凹部又は隙間の両側に配置され、前記センサ装置が、血液の光吸収特性に基づいて血液を検出するように構成された医療用カプセルであって、
少なくとも前記凹部又は隙間の底部又は底部付近に配置され、前記幅方向に沿って延びる遮蔽板、遮蔽層、又は遮蔽膜を備え、
前記遮蔽板、遮蔽層、又は遮蔽膜は、前記発光素子と前記受光素子との間であって、前記発光素子から前記受光素子への前記ケーシングを構成する材料を介した光の透過を停止又は禁止するように前記ケーシングを構成する材料内に埋め込まれ及び/又は成形されることを特徴とする医療用カプセル。 - 前記遮蔽板、遮蔽層、又は遮蔽膜は、前記凹部又は隙間の両側で前記凹部又は隙間を前記幅方向に超えるように、前記幅方向に沿って延びる請求項1に記載の医療用カプセル。
- 前記遮蔽板、遮蔽層、又は遮蔽膜の大きさ又は寸法は、前記遮蔽板、遮蔽層、又は遮蔽膜が、前記凹部又は隙間の前記幅方向において前記発光素子と前記受光素子との間に収まるように調整されている請求項1又は2に記載の医療用カプセル。
- 前記遮蔽板、遮蔽層、又は遮蔽膜は、樹脂製の前記ケーシング内に埋め込まれ及び/又は成形される請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の医療用カプセル。
- 前記遮蔽板、遮蔽層、又は遮蔽膜は、前記遮蔽板、遮蔽層、又は遮蔽膜が前記凹部又は隙間の内部空間に自由に露出して、前記ケーシングの材料を介した前記発光素子から前記受光素子への光の透過を停止させる又は阻止するための遮断物、ブロック、又は壁を提供するように、前記凹部又は隙間の底部を構成する請求項4に記載の医療用カプセル。
- 前記遮蔽板、遮蔽層、又は遮蔽膜は、生体適合性材料のフィルムで覆われている請求項5に記載の医療用カプセル。
- 前記遮蔽板、遮蔽層、又は遮蔽膜は、前記医療用カプセルまたは前記ケーシング内に収容された回路基板とは別部材であり、
前記発光素子及び前記受光素子は、前記回路基板に取り付けられる請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の医療用カプセル。 - 前記発光素子及び前記受光素子は、それぞれソケットを介して、前記回路基板に取り付けられる請求項7に記載の医療用カプセル。
- 前記遮蔽板、遮蔽層、又は遮蔽膜は、前記発光素子と前記受光素子との間の真っすぐな光路に対して平行距離で配置されている請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の医療用カプセル。
- 前記遮蔽板、遮蔽層、又は遮蔽膜は、前記回路基板に取り付けられる請求項7又は8に記載の医療用カプセル。
- 前記遮蔽板、遮蔽層、又は遮蔽膜は、前記回路基板の前記凹部又は隙間に面する外側に取り付けられる請求項10に記載の医療用カプセル。
- 前記遮蔽板、遮蔽層、又は遮蔽膜は、金属又は金属合金から作られる請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の医療用カプセル。
- 前記遮蔽板、遮蔽層、又は遮蔽膜は、銅から作られる請求項12に記載の医療用カプセル。
- 前記凹部又は隙間は、底壁、及び互いに平行でない2つの対向する側壁を有する請求項1〜13の何れか一項に記載の医療用カプセル。
- 前記凹部又は隙間は、断面図において台形状に形成されている請求項14に記載の医療用カプセル。
