Claims (5)
- アブレーションを実施するシステムであって、
制御信号に従って組織をアブレーションするアブレーション装置と、
エラストグラフィ測定を行うイメージング装置と、
前記イメージング装置からのエラストグラフィ測定情報及び/又は前記アブレーション装置からの測定情報を、フィードバックとして受け取り、アブレーションプロセス中の個々の異なる時間に、前記フィードバックに応じて、前記イメージング装置のイメージングパラメータを調整するとともに、治療目標を達成するよう前記アブレーション装置を制御するために前記制御信号を調整する、パラメータ評価及び監視モジュールと、
を有し、
前記パラメータ評価及び監視モジュールは、処置エンドポイントを決定するために前記エラストグラフィ測定情報を計画ボリュームと比較する、
システム。 - 前記制御信号は、前記アブレーション装置のパワー設定の1又は複数、及び/又は前記アブレーション装置の動作モードを調整するよう構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記エラストグラフィ測定情報は、せん断弾性係数、タイムツーピーク評価又はせん断速度の1又は複数を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記イメージング装置からの前記フィードバックが、空間的又は時間的な測定マップ上の1又は複数のポイントからのスチフネス測定を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御信号の調整は、前記空間的又は時間的な測定マップ上の1又は複数のポイントからのエラストグラフィ測定を用いる、請求項4に記載のシステム。
