Claims (14)
- 印刷原料を収容するための交換可能なボトルを備えていて、そのボトルをボトル支承部内あるいは上に支承可能で、また前記ボトルから装置側のボトルソケットを介して光造形装置内に印刷原料を取り込み可能である光造形装置であり、充填レベルセンサ(58)をボトルソケット上のボトル(10)の側方に設置してその充填レベルセンサによってボトル(10)内の印刷原料(50)の充填レベルを検出可能にし、ボトル(10)に小型メモリ(38)を割り当ててボトル(10)上に取り付け、その小型メモリ内に光造形装置(12)がボトル(10)内に存在する印刷原料(50)に関する情報である充填レベルを記録し、ボトル(10)上のRFIDタグ(36)との双方向の通信のために形成されていて光造形装置(12)の制御装置(74)に接続されるRFIDアンテナを備えることを特徴とする光造形装置。
- スライスされた面積に基づいて印刷原料消費を、20%より良好な精度で計算する制御装置(74)を光造形装置(12)が備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光造形装置。
- 小型メモリ(38)がボトルに取り付けられたRFIDタグ(36)内あるいは上に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の光造形装置。
- ボトル(10)はボトルソケット上であるいはボトルソケットと共に旋回可能に光造形装置(12)内で支承され、ボトル(10)が垂直である旋回状態においてRFIDアンテナとRFIDタグ(36)との間の双方向通信が動作することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか記載の光造形装置。
- ボトル(10)は回転ずれが防止されるようにしてボトル支承部内に支承され、注ぎ口を下にして支承されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか記載の光造形装置。
- ボトルネック(14)の方向に延在しかつボトルネックから突立する補強リブをボトル(10)の注ぎ口が備え、(注ぎ口が下方にある位置で見て)前記補強リブの上方に充填レベルセンサ(54)が取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか記載の光造形装置。
- 装置側のボトル支承部の収容部が印刷原料(50)を充填可能な槽(42)への流体接続を有し、その槽の中に光造形装置(12)の成形プラットフォームを浸漬可能であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか記載の光造形装置。
- 槽(42)への流体接続は家畜給水装置方式の給入口を介して形成し、槽の充填レベルが低下した際に前記家畜給水装置方式の給入口を介してボトル(10)から印刷原料(50)を自動的に補充可能にすることを特徴とする請求項7記載の光造形装置。
- ボトル(10)の印刷原料(50)の残量が10cm3未満になった場合に充填レベルセンサ(54)が作動し、また少なくとも1本の歯列、あるいは少なくとも3本の歯列をスライスするために充分な印刷原料(50)が請求項7または8に係る槽内に存在する間に充填レベルセンサが作動することを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載の光造形装置。
- ボトル(10)および/または槽(42)内に充分な印刷原料(50)が存在していないことを充填レベルセンサ(54)が示した場合に光造形装置(12)の制御装置が印刷工程の開始を禁止することを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のいずれか記載の光造形装置。
- 充填レベルセンサ(54)を容量式センサとして形成し、そのセンサをボトル(10)の下端に隣接してボトル(10)から約1ないし20mm離間するように光造形装置(12)内あるいは上に取り付けることを特徴とする請求項1ないし10のいずれか記載の光造形装置。
- 制御装置がRFIDアンテナとRFIDタグ(36)との間の通信に基づいてボトル(10)の種類と、ボトル(10)内に存在する印刷原料(50)の種類と、ボトル(10)の大きさと、ボトル(10)内の印刷原料(50)の製造日と、ボトル(10)からの印刷原料(50)の使用開始と、印刷原料(50)の種類および/またはボトル(10)の最終使用を記録することを特徴とする請求項1ないし11のいずれか記載の光造形装置
。 - ボトル(10)内に存在する印刷原料(50)の重要な特性を記録したQRコード(登録商標)あるいはバーコードをRFIDタグ(36)に加えてボトル(10)上に設置することを特徴とする請求項1ないし12のいずれか記載の光造形装置。
- 光造形装置のボトルソケット内に装填可能な光造形装置用のボトルあるいはその他の液体容器であり、ボトル(10)が、容量式の、充填レベルセンサ(54)に対して透過性であるような壁厚を有していてそれが2mm未満、あるいは1mm未満であり、ボトル(10)の壁部が少なくともボトル注ぎ口に隣接する位置において非金属でかつ金属製の被覆を有しておらず、さらにボトル(10)がRFIDタグの形式の小型メモリ(38)を備え、それがボトル(10)の壁部上に取り付けられることを特徴とするボトルあるいはその他の液体容器。
