Description
本発明は、好ましくは、基礎構造またはユニット内の専用スリーブを介して駆動される複数のパイルを用いることによって、海底によって安定して支持されるように構成された基礎構造を含む炭化水素の掘削およびその後の産出の両方のための海底支持プラットフォーム概念に関する。基礎構造は、海底上にそのフットプリント全体を載置してもよく、または、海底の上方に少なくとも部分的に、好ましくは完全に位置決めされていてもよく、パイルは、基礎構造を海底に安全かつ強固に固定する手段である。基礎構造は、浮遊掘削ユニット内で浮遊し、かつ/または掘削作業が完了したときに、浮遊掘削ユニットを取り外し、浮遊産出ユニットおよびバラストと交換することが可能であるように構成され、そのような構造はいずれも、好ましくは自重(重力)に起因して基礎構造上に安定して載置されるか、または代替的にまた、いずれかの構造を基礎構造にロックするロック装置によって固定される。
Claims (13)
- 炭化水素の掘削および産出のための海底支持ユニットであって、浮遊可能掘削ユニット(30)および/または浮遊可能産出ユニット(50)のための支持体を形成する、海底(11)に対して位置決めされ固定されている海底支持基礎構造(10)を備え、前記基礎構造(10)は、好ましくは、浮力装置と、上方に延伸する壁構造(15)とを備える海底支持ユニットにおいて、前記壁構造は、3つの側面に沿って前記基礎構造(10)の周りに延伸し、現場に設置されるときに海面より上に延伸するようにも意図されており、一方で、前記壁構造(15)内では1つの側面に、前記壁構造(15)内で前記基礎構造(10)の上部に格納式に配置可能な浮遊掘削および/または産出ユニット(30,50)を導入するための開口(15’)が設けられており、前記上方に延伸する壁構造(15)には、坑井(12)を掘削し通すのに使用されるように意図されている、前記壁構造(15)の外側の予め設置されている区画が設けられていることを特徴とする、海底支持ユニット。
- 前記海底基礎構造(10)がU字形を有し、前記U字形の前記壁構造(15)がまっすぐな側面から形成される、請求項1に記載の海底支持ユニット。
- 前記予め設置されている区画は、前記壁構造(15)の外側から横方向にそれぞれ延出する1以上の片持ち梁ユニット(13)を備え、準備された坑井ポイントが、前記海面の上で終端するよう配置される各々の片持ち梁ユニット上に配置されており、前記壁構造(15)と構造的に一体化された部分を形成する、請求項1または2に記載の海底支持ユニット。
- 前記準備された坑井ポイントは、掘削し通すことを可能にするように構成された壁またはケーシングが設けられている開口(23)である、請求項3に記載の海底支持ユニット。
- 坑井を掘削し通すための装置が前記基礎構造(10)の前記予め設置されている区画の一つに配置されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の海底支持ユニット。
- 前記基礎構造(10)は、前記基礎構造(10)を通じて、および/または前記壁構造(15)に沿って、前記壁構造(15)の底部を通って前記壁構造(15)の上部から延伸する、パイル打ちするための手段(14)を有している、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の海底支持ユニット。
- 前記浮遊可能掘削ユニット(30)および/または浮遊可能産出ユニット(50)を導入するための前記壁構造(15)の前記開口(15’)が、前記基礎構造(10)の周縁に閉鎖されている壁構造(15)を形成する閉鎖機構によって閉鎖可能である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の海底支持ユニット。
- 前記基礎構造(10)は、前記浮遊可能掘削ユニット(30)および/または浮遊可能産出ユニット(50)と同じ数のバルクヘッドに分割され、各バルクヘッドの垂直壁が、構造梁を形成し、結果、前記浮遊可能掘削ユニット(30)および/または浮遊可能産出ユニット(50)の垂直力が、前記基礎構造(10)の構造梁に直接伝達される、請求項7に記載の海底支持ユニット。
- 掘削作業のために必要な掘削設備を支持するアウトリガを備える前記浮遊可能掘削ユニット(30)をさらに備え、前記掘削設備は掘削装置を備え、支持される前記掘削装置は、前記アウトリガ上に移動可能に配置される、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の海底支持ユニット。
- 浅水域掘削ターミナルを提供する方法であって、少なくとも1つの予め作製された浮遊海底下部構造(10)を現場へと曳航し、海底(11)に載置されるようにバラスト処理し、および/または前記少なくとも1つの予め作製された浮遊海底下部構造(10)をパイル打ちする段階と、
移動可能な掘削装置を備えたアウトリガを設けられた少なくとも1つの予め作製された浮遊掘削モジュール(30)を、前記現場へと曳航する段階と、
前記海底下部構造(10)の周縁において壁構造(15)の開口(15’)を通じて前記海底下部構造(10)へと前記少なくとも1つの予め作製された浮遊掘削モジュール(30)を案内する段階であって、前記壁構造(15)には、前記壁構造(15)の外側の予め設置されている区画が設けられている、段階と、
前記少なくとも1つの予め作製された浮遊掘削モジュール(30)を、バラスト処理し、前記海底下部構造(10)に係合する段階と、
前記アウトリガ上の掘削ギア(16)により前記予め設置されている区画を通して坑井(12)を掘削する段階、とを含む、方法。 - 前記予め設置されている区画は、前記壁構造(15)の外側から横方向に延出する片持ち梁ユニット(13)を備え、前記片持ち梁ユニット(13)は、掘削し通すための複数の準備された坑井ポイントを備え、隣接する坑井を掘削するために、前記掘削ギア(16)が前記アウトリガ上でおよび前記準備された坑井ポイントにわたり横方向に移動される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記浮遊掘削モジュール(30)は脱バラスト処理されて浮上され、90度回転されて前記海底下部構造(10)の前記開口(15’)に案内し戻され、それを受けて、掘削活動が前記海底下部構造(10)上の新しい場所に対して開始される、請求項10または11に記載の方法。
- 前記掘削モジュール(30)の脱バラスト処理し、および繋止解除し、外方への曳航段し、および90度回転し、および再繋止する段階が、前記海底下部構造(10)の壁構造(15)と関連する準備された穿孔を通じて掘削されることを可能にするように行われる、請求項10〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
