Description
本出願は、2017年7月27日に出願されると共に発明の名称「坑井掘削流体のための、エステル化された廃植物油からの環境に配慮した乳化剤の合成」である米国仮特許出願第62/537572号、及び2018年7月23日に出願されると共に発明の名称「坑井掘削流体のための、エステル化された廃植物油からの環境に配慮した乳化剤の合成」である米国特許出願第16/042,723号の優先権を主張し、その内容は、参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。
本願は、エステル化された廃植物油(以下、「エステル化廃植物油」と記す)からの、坑井掘削システムのための環境に優しい乳化剤の合成に関する。

構成1:廃植物油の乳化剤を生成するために、前記廃植物油のメチルエステルのエステル基を切断するステップと;前記メチルエステルに苛性ソーダ溶液を加えるステップであって、結果として混合物にするステップと;前記混合物を熱処理する、ステップと;前記混合物のpHを調整するステップであって、結果として水相及び非水相を形成する、ステップと;前記水相を前記非水相から分離するステップと;を備える方法。
構成2:前記苛性ソーダ溶液が、溶媒に溶解されたアルコキシドを含む、構成1に記載の方法。
構成3:前記アルコキシドが水酸化ナトリウムを含む、構成2に記載の方法。
構成4:前記溶媒が水を含む、構成2に記載の方法。
構成5:前記混合物の熱処理中に前記混合物を撹拌するステップを更に備える、構成1に記載の方法。
構成6:前記混合物は、室温より高い温度に加熱される、構成1に記載の方法。
構成7:前記温度は、実質的に60℃である、構成6に記載の方法。
構成8:前記混合物のpHを調整するステップは、酸を加えることを含む、構成1に記載の方法。
構成9:前記酸は、実質的に31%塩酸である、構成8に記載の方法。
構成10:前記混合物の前記調節されたpHは、実質的に4と5の間にある、構成1に記載の方法。
構成11:廃植物油の乳化剤を生成するために、前記廃植物油のメチルエステルのエステル基を切断するステップと;前記メチルエステルに苛性ソーダ溶液を加えるステップであって、結果として混合物になる、ステップと;前記混合物を実質的に60℃において熱処理するステップと;酸を加えることによって、前記混合物のpHを調整するステップと;酸を添加することに応答して、水相及び非水相を形成するステップと;前記水相を前記非水相から分離するステップと;を備える方法。

Claims (8)
- 廃植物油の乳化剤を生成するために、前記廃植物油のメチルエステルのエステル基を切断する方法であって、前記廃植物油の前記メチルエステルは、前記廃植物油をメタノールでエステル化することによって生産される脂肪酸メチルエステルであり:
前記メチルエステルに苛性ソーダ溶液を加えて、結果として混合物にするステップと;
前記混合物を熱処理するステップであって、前記混合物が60℃を基準に正負5パーセントの偏差の温度範囲内の温度に加熱される、ステップと;
前記混合物のpHを調整するステップであって、調整された前記pHは、pH4から−5パーセントの偏差とpH5から+5パーセントの偏差との間にある、pHを調整し、結果として水相及び非水相を形成する、ステップと;
乳化剤としての前記非水相から前記水相を分離するステップと;を備え、
前記廃植物油は、飽和、一価不飽和、多価不飽和、オメガ3、オメガ6又はオメガ9の脂肪酸の混合物を含有する
方法。 - 前記苛性ソーダ溶液が、溶媒に溶解されたアルコキシドを含む、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記アルコキシドが水酸化ナトリウムを含む、
請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記溶媒が水を含む、

請求項6に記載の方法。 - 廃植物油の乳化剤を生成するために、前記廃植物油のメチルエステルのエステル基を切断する方法であって、前記廃植物油の前記メチルエステルは、前記廃植物油をメタノールでエステル化することによって生産される脂肪酸メチルエステルであり;
前記メチルエステルに苛性ソーダ溶液を加えるステップであって、結果として混合物になる、ステップと;
前記混合物を熱処理するステップであって、前記混合物が60℃を基準に正負5パーセントの偏差の温度範囲内の温度に加熱される、熱処理するステップと;
酸を加えることによって、前記混合物のpHを調整するステップであって、調整された前記pHは、pH4から−5パーセントの偏差とpH5から+5パーセントの偏差との間にある、前記pHを調整するステップと;
酸を添加することに応答して、水相及び非水相を形成するステップと;
乳化剤としての前記非水相から前記水相を分離するステップと;を備え、
前記廃植物油は、飽和、一価不飽和、多価不飽和、オメガ3、オメガ6又はオメガ9の脂肪酸の混合物を含有する
方法。
