Description
Claims (11)
- 複数のセルを含んで構成される組電池を製造するための情報を処理する電池情報処理装置であって、
車両で使用された前記組電池の、一走行あたりのSOC変動量を取得する電池情報取得部と、
前記SOC変動量を用いて、交換用セルから前記セルの交換に適した適合セルを選択するための交換情報を生成する交換情報生成部とを備え、
前記交換情報生成部は、前記SOC変動量が第1のしきい値よりも小さい場合には第1の交換情報を生成し、前記SOC変動量が前記第1のしきい値よりも大きい場合には第2の交換情報を生成し、
前記第1の交換情報は、第1のセルが前記適合セルであることを示し、
前記第2の交換情報は、セルの劣化しにくさを示す所定の指標により前記第1のセルよりも劣化しにくいと判定される第2のセルが前記適合セルであることを示す、電池情報処理装置。 - 前記交換情報生成部は、第2のしきい値よりも前記SOC変動量が大きい場合には第3の交換情報を生成し、
前記第2のしきい値は前記第1のしきい値よりも大きく、
前記第3の交換情報は、前記指標により前記第2のセルよりも劣化しにくいと判定される第3のセルが前記適合セルであることを示し、
前記交換情報生成部は、前記SOC変動量が、前記第1のしきい値よりも大きく、かつ、前記第2のしきい値よりも小さい場合には、前記第2の交換情報を生成する、請求項1に記載の電池情報処理装置。 - 前記車両は、車両外部の外部電源の電力で前記複数のセルを充電可能に構成され、
前記SOC変動量は、前記外部電源による充電終了時から次の充電開始時までのSOC低下量を用いて算出される、請求項1又は2に記載の電池情報処理装置。 - 前記車両は、車両外部の外部電源の電力で前記複数のセルを充電可能に構成され、
前記SOC変動量は、前記外部電源による充電開始時からその充電が終了する時までのSOC上昇量を用いて算出される、請求項1又は2に記載の電池情報処理装置。 - 前記交換用セルは、正極が薄いほど前記指標により劣化しにくいと判定される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電池情報処理装置。
- 前記交換用セルは、正極の目付量が少ないほど前記指標により劣化しにくいと判定される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の電池情報処理装置。
- 前記電池情報取得部は、複数回の走行の各々について前記組電池のSOC変動量を取得し、取得したSOC変動量の中央値を、前記一走行あたりのSOC変動量として求める、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の電池情報処理装置。
- 組電池を構成する複数のセルの少なくとも一部を、交換用セルから選択される適合セルに交換して前記組電池を製造するための電池製造支援装置であって、
請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の電池情報処理装置によって生成された交換情報を取得する取得部と、
前記取得部によって取得された交換情報に従って前記適合セルを選択する選択部と、
を備える、電池製造支援装置。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の電池情報処理装置によって生成された交換情報に従って製造された組電池。
- 複数のセルを含んで構成される組電池を製造するための情報を処理する電池情報処理方法であって、
車両で使用された前記組電池の、一走行あたりのSOC変動量を取得するステップと、
前記SOC変動量を用いて、交換用セルから前記セルの交換に適した適合セルを選択するための交換情報を生成するステップとを含み、
前記交換情報を生成するステップは、
前記SOC変動量と第1のしきい値とを比較するステップと、
前記SOC変動量が前記第1のしきい値よりも小さい場合に第1の交換情報を生成するステップと、
前記SOC変動量が前記第1のしきい値よりも大きい場合に第2の交換情報を生成するステップとを含み、
前記第1の交換情報は、第1のセルが前記適合セルであることを示し、
前記第2の交換情報は、セルの劣化しにくさを示す所定の指標により前記第1のセルよりも劣化しにくいと判定される第2のセルが前記適合セルであることを示す、電池情報処理方法。 - 複数のセルを含んで構成される組電池の製造方法であって、
交換用セルから前記セルの交換に適した適合セルを選択するための交換情報を取得する工程と、
取得された前記交換情報に従って選択された前記適合セルを用いて前記組電池を製造する工程とを含み、
前記交換情報は、車両で使用された前記組電池の、一走行あたりのSOC変動量を用いて生成された情報であり、
前記交換情報は、
前記SOC変動量が第1のしきい値よりも小さい場合には、第1のセルが前記適合セルであることを示し、
前記SOC変動量が前記第1のしきい値よりも大きい場合には、セルの劣化しにくさを示す所定の指標により前記第1のセルよりも劣化しにくいと判定される第2のセルが前記適合セルであることを示す、組電池の製造方法。
