Description

The present invention relates to a base material fixing bracket for fixing an anchor bolt to a base material having a hollow portion.

下地材としては、PC(プレキャストコンクリート)板や、ALC(高温高圧蒸気養生された軽量気泡コンクリート)パネルや、ECP(押出成形セメント板)などがある。 The outer wall of the building is finished by attaching tiles or stones to the base material. As a finishing method, there are a wet method in which tiles and the like are directly attached to the base material with mortar, and a dry method in which tiles and the like are locked to a support metal fitting fixed to the base material and attached with an adhesive. Examples of the base material include PC (precast concrete) board, ALC (lightweight cellular concrete cured by high temperature and high pressure steam) panel, and ECP (extruded cement board).

In the dry method, for example, vertically long support metal fittings are intermittently fixed to the base material in the horizontal direction, and horizontally long support metal fittings are intermittently fixed there in the vertical direction to provide a means for locking tiles or the like. ing. When fixing anchor bolts using ECP with a hollow part as a base material, if the anchor bolts passed from the front side are fixed with the hollow part, it is not necessary to penetrate the back side, but on the other hand, it may be on the back side. For example, it is easy to fasten anchor bolts, but there is a problem that it is difficult to fasten if it is a hollow part.

As described in Patent Document 1, a mounting bracket for a hollow cement plate that solves the problem that a nut inserted into a hollow portion of a hollow cement plate must be manually pressed and a bolt must be screwed in while aligning with the perforation. The invention is also disclosed. There is also a member called a hanger anchor, in which a rotatable hanger is attached to the tip of an anchor bolt, and when a horizontal hanger is passed through a hollow portion through a perforation, the hanger falls vertically and can be locked in the hollow portion.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 07-119222

However, in the case of a hanger anchor, if a hole of a size necessary for passing the hanger to the hollow part is made in the base material, a gap is created between the anchor shaft and the hole, the anchor shaft wobbles, and the anchor shaft is moved in the hole. A load is applied to the part received at one point and it is destroyed in tatters.

In addition, it is necessary to lengthen the anchor shaft in order to pass the hanger into the hollow portion, and after pulling it toward you to lock the hanger, the anchor shaft protrudes and becomes an obstacle. Therefore, if an attempt is made to cut the excess anchor shaft with an electric tool or the like, sparks may occur and cause a fire.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to prevent the base material from deteriorating when the support metal fitting is fixed by making a hole in the base material having a hollow portion.

In order to solve the above problems, the base material fixing bracket of the present invention is provided with a base material having a hollow portion and a rotatable hanger at the tip thereof so as not to penetrate to the back surface of the base material. It has a hanger anchor through which an anchor shaft is inserted into a hole made up to a hollow portion, and a support metal fitting that is fixed to the surface of the base material by passing it through the hanger anchor and fastening it with a nut, and rotates the hanger. It is characterized in that a tubular reinforcing material is provided between the anchor shaft and the perforation through an anchor bolt projecting to the surface side of the hanger anchor locked in the hollow portion.

Further, in the fixing bracket for the base material, the hanger anchor has a slit in the anchor bolt having a width that does not hinder the screwing of the nut and a diameter that is narrowed so that the rear end side can be knocked down with a hammer. It is a feature.

Further, in the fixing metal fitting for the base material, the support metal fitting is provided with a retaining hole having the same diameter as the perforation, and the reinforcing material pressed by the hanger protrudes to the surface side and is fitted into the retaining hole. , Characterized by.

Further, in the fixing metal fitting for the base material, the reinforcing material has an inner diameter through which the anchor bolt can pass.

According to the present invention, it is possible to prevent the base material from deteriorating when the support metal fitting is fixed by making a hole in the base material having a hollow portion. Even if a hole of the size required to pass the hanger anchor to the hollow part is made in the base material, by filling the space between the anchor shaft and the hole with a reinforcing material, the wobbling of the anchor shaft is eliminated and the load of the anchor shaft is eliminated in the hole. Can be prevented from concentrating on one point. The support bracket is also held by the reinforcing material and is stably fixed. Further, since the extra protruding anchor shaft can be easily broken from the middle by simply hitting it with a hammer or the like, sparks are not generated when trying to cut with an electric tool or the like.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Those having the same function are given the same reference numerals, and the repeated description may be omitted.

First, the fixing bracket for the base material according to the present invention will be described. FIG. 1 is a plan view showing a base material to which a support metal fitting is attached by a base material fixing metal fitting. 2 to 4 are a perspective view, a plan view, a front view, and a side view showing a state of the hanger anchor of the base material fixing bracket. FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a reinforcing material for the fixing bracket for the base material.

The front surface is the side where the support metal fittings are attached to the base material and the tiles are attached by the dry method (front side), and the back surface is the side where the base material is fixed to the building frame (back side). And. The tip is on the side where the hanger anchor is inserted into the base material (back side), and the rear end is on the side where the hanger anchor projects on the surface of the base material (front side).

As shown in FIG. 1, the base material fixing bracket is provided with a base material 100 having a hollow portion 110 and a rotatable hanger 240 at the tip thereof so as not to penetrate to the back surface of the base material 100 and to open from the front surface to the hollow portion 110. It has a hanger anchor 200 through which the anchor shaft 210 is inserted through the drilled hole 120, and a support metal fitting 300 or the like that is fixed to the surface of the base material 100 by passing through the hanger anchor 200 and fastening with a nut 400.

The base material 100 includes, for example, an ECP (extruded cement plate) in which a plurality of hollow portions 110 penetrating vertically are intermittently opened. For finishing the outer wall, a method such as a dry method in which the support metal fitting 300 is fixed to the base material 100 and tiles or the like are attached is adopted.

The hanger anchor 200 is driven into the base material 100 in order to fix the support metal fitting 300 to the base material 100. Since the base material 100 has a hollow portion 110, the hanger anchor 200 may not penetrate from the front surface to the back surface of the base material 100, and the perforation 120 may be formed from the front surface to the hollow portion 110.

If it penetrates to the back surface of the base material 100, it is easy to fasten it with a nut or the like, but if it is a hollow portion 110, it is difficult to fasten it with a nut or the like if it is not reachable from the upper surface or the lower surface. Hook in the hollow portion 110.

The support metal fitting 300 is a member fixed to the base material 100 in order to lock a tile or the like or lock another metal fitting or the like. The hanger anchor 200 may be passed through the support metal fitting 300 and the base material 100, and fastened with a nut 400 via a washer or the like.

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, in the hanger anchor 200, the hanger 240 is rotatably attached to the tip of the anchor shaft 210 via the rotation shaft 230. Further, at the rear end of the anchor shaft 210, anchor bolts 220 having a spiral thread formed are continuously provided.

The anchor bolt 220 can be screwed with a nut or the like. A slit 250 having a reduced diameter is formed in the middle portion of the anchor bolt 220. The slit 250 is provided with a narrow width that does not hinder the screwing of nuts and the like. The anchor bolt 220 can tighten or loosen a nut or the like beyond the slit 250.

The hanger 240 is formed by covering the anchor shaft 210 with a member having an inverted concave cross section on the upper surface and both sides thereof. The rotating shaft 230 is passed through the tip side of the anchor shaft 210 so as to pass the intermediate portion from one of the hanging parts to the other.

As shown in FIGS. 2A and 3, the hanger 240 can be in a horizontal state with respect to the anchor shaft 210, and as shown in FIGS. 2B and 4, the hanger 240 is rotated 90 degrees by its own weight. It moves and becomes vertical.

The upper surface of the hanger 240 may have a part of the intermediate portion open so as not to interfere with the anchor shaft 210 during rotation. When the hanger 240 is in the horizontal state or in the vertical state, it may be pressed by the upper support 270 so as not to rotate further.

Next, how to use the fixing bracket for the base material will be described. 5 to 8 are side views illustrating a process of fixing the base material fixing bracket to the base material.

As shown in FIG. 5A, when attaching the hanger anchor 200 for fastening the support metal fitting 300 to the base material 100, first, a hole 120 is made in the base material 100. The perforation 120 needs to have a diameter that allows at least the hanger anchor 200 to pass through. The diameter may be the same as the retaining hole of the support metal fitting 300 through which the hanger anchor 200 is passed, and the hole may be penetrated from the surface of the base material 100 to the hollow portion 110.

As shown in FIG. 5B, the hanger 240 of the hanger anchor 200 is placed in a horizontal state and inserted into the perforation 120 from the surface side of the base material 100. When all the hangers 240 reach the hollow portion 110, the tip side of the hanger 240 rotates downward about the rotation shaft 230 and becomes a vertical state.

As shown in FIG. 6C, when the hanger 240 is in the vertical state, the hanger anchor 200 is pulled toward the front side until it comes into contact with the inner wall of the hollow portion 110, and the hanger 240 is hooked so as not to come out of the perforation 120.

As shown in FIG. 6D, the base material fixing bracket is drilled with the anchor shaft 210 through the anchor bolt 220 protruding toward the surface side of the hanger anchor 200 which is locked to the hollow portion 110 by rotating the hanger 240. A tubular reinforcing member 500 is provided between the 120 and the reinforcing member 500 (see FIG. 2C).

The reinforcing material 500 has the same outer diameter as the perforation 120, and has an inner diameter through which the threads of the anchor bolt 220 can pass without being caught. Further, the reinforcing material 500 is longer than the depth of the perforation 120 (thickness from the surface of the base material 100 to the hollow portion 110), and the front end side is pressed by the hanger 240, so that the rear end side is from the surface of the base material 100. Protrude.

As shown in FIG. 7E, the gap between the perforation 120 of the base material 100 and the anchor shaft 210 and the anchor bolt 220 is filled with the reinforcing material 500, and the hanger anchor 200 is held so as not to wobble.

The support metal fitting 300 is provided with a retaining hole 310 having the same diameter as the perforation 120, and the rear end side of the reinforcing material 500 pressed by the hanger 240 protrudes from the surface of the base material 100. The reinforcing material 500 may be attached to the 310 so as to be fitted. The reinforcing material 500 may be adjusted with a washer or the like when it comes out from the surface of the support metal fitting 300.

As shown in FIG. 7 (f), the nut 400 is screwed into the anchor bolt 220. Although the anchor bolt 220 has a slit 250, a screw thread is formed so that the screw can be continued beyond the slit 250.

As shown in FIG. 8 (g), the support metal fitting 300 is fixed to the surface of the base material 100 by tightening the nut 400 screwed into the anchor bolt 220 and sandwiching it with the hanger 240. The slit 250 of the anchor bolt 220 needs to be on the front side of the nut 400.

As shown in FIG. 8H, the knocked-down portion 260 is knocked down by hitting the rear end side of the anchor bolt 220 with a hammer or the like. Since the anchor bolt 220 has a small diameter at the position of the slit 250, it is cut there.

If the anchor bolt 220 protrudes from the base material 100 for a long time, it becomes an obstacle, but it breaks from the position of the slit 250 just by hitting it without using a tool such as an electric cutter, and the anchor bolt 220 is easily shortened.

When attaching a large tile or stone to the ECP, a load was applied to the support bracket and the hanger anchor, and the effect was confirmed.

Weight of tile or stone: 30kg / m 2 (294N / m 2 ), load area at one location: 1.8m 2 , load at one location: 529.2N, acceleration during earthquake: 2G, minimum design load: 1058. The maximum load was 4N and the maximum load was 10000N (safety factor: 9.4), and the load was applied in the vertical direction until the maximum load was exceeded.

As shown in FIG. 9, when the reinforcing material was not used, the hanger anchor was deformed and greatly tilted downward, resulting in a chip in the perforation of the ECP. On the other hand, when the reinforcing material was used, the hanger anchor was not tilted, and the ECP was not chipped, damaged, cracked or the like.

Examples of the present invention have been described above, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, it can be applied not only to ECP but also to a case where a metal fitting is attached by passing an anchor through a wall surface where work is difficult on the back side.
