Description

iv)熱水老化スラリーを乾燥する:

Claims (13)
- i)アルミナ化合物を含み、7.0〜10.0のpHをもつスラリーを提供し、
ii)12〜24の炭素鎖長をもつ炭化水素鎖をもつカルボン酸を含む有機組成物をスラリーと混合して酸改変スラリーを形成し、
iii)酸改変スラリーを熱水状態調節して熱水老化スラリーを形成し、そして
iv)熱水老化スラリーを乾燥する:
工程を含む、疎水性アルミナを製造する方法。 - アルミナ化合物が酸化水酸化アルミニウム(AlOOH)、ベーマイトまたは擬ベーマイトを含む、請求項1の方法。
- スラリーまたは酸改変スラリーのpHが7以上のpHに留まることを確保するために、スラリーまたは酸改変スラリーに塩基を添加する工程を含む、請求項1〜2のいずれか1項の方法。
- 有機組成物が14〜18の炭化水素鎖をもつカルボン酸を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項の方法。
- 熱水状態調節が1〜6時間の期間、90℃〜200℃の温度で実施される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項の方法。
- 熱水老化スラリーが200℃を超える入口温度をもつ噴霧乾燥機内で乾燥される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項の方法。
- アルミナ化合物が酸化水酸化アルミニウム(AlOOH)、ベーマイトまたは擬ベーマイトを含む、請求項1〜6のいずれかの方法に従って調製される疎水性アルミナ。
- 疎水性アルミナが2.00%未満の最終自由水を含む、請求項7の疎水性アルミナ。
- 疎水性アルミナが1.00%未満の最終自由水を含む、請求項8の疎水性アルミナ。
- 請求項7〜9のいずれか1項の疎水性アルミナ、および基質を含む組成物であって、その疎水性アルミナが基質中に分散されている、組成物。
- 基質がポリマーまたはパラフィンである、請求項10の組成物。
- ポリマーが低分子量ポリマーまたはワックスを含む請求項11の組成物。
- 疎水性アルミナの粒子が、3.5ナノメーター〜1000ナノメーターの粒度に、基質中に分散されている、請求項10〜12のいずれかの組成物。
