Description
実施形態に基づくレーザ加工機1によれば、ワーク搬送装置300の仕切壁310の一方の表面を構成する第1のプレート311と他方の表面を構成する第2のプレート312とが、いずれもアルミニウム合金で形成されており、かつ、間隔を空けて配置されている。
Claims (4)
- ワークにレーザ光を照射し、前記ワークを加工するレーザ照射装置と、
前記レーザ照射装置を収容し、前記ワークを搬入および搬出するためのワーク搬出入口が形成された側壁を有する、ワーク加工室と、
前記ワークを前記ワーク加工室の室内へ搬入および室外へ搬出するワーク搬送装置とを備え、
前記ワーク搬送装置は、前記ワーク搬出入口で回転できるように構成されたターンテーブル装置と、前記ターンテーブル装置の上面に固定され前記上面を前記ワークを搭載可能な複数のワーク載置台に仕切る仕切壁とを有し、
前記仕切壁は、前記ターンテーブル装置の回転に伴って前記ワーク搬出入口を遮蔽して、前記レーザ照射装置から出射された前記レーザ光の前記ワーク搬出入口からの外部への漏洩を防止し、
前記仕切壁は、前記仕切壁の一方の表面を構成するアルミニウム合金で形成された第1のプレートと、前記仕切壁の他方の表面を構成するアルミニウム合金で形成された第2のプレートと、前記第1のプレートおよび前記第2のプレートを間隔を空けて固定するフレームとを有し、
前記ターンテーブル装置の回転中心は、前記側壁の外表面よりも前記ワーク加工室の室内側にある、レーザ加工機。 - 前記第1のプレートと前記第2のプレートとは同じ材料で形成されている、請求項1に記載のレーザ加工機。
- 前記レーザ照射装置は、ノズルを有し、前記レーザ光を前記ノズルから前記ワークに照射し、
前記レーザ照射装置は、前記ノズルを三次元に移動させる移動装置を有し、
前記移動装置は、前記ノズルを前記ワーク搬出入口に向くように移動可能である、請求項1または2に記載のレーザ加工機。 - 前記フレームは、アルミニウム合金で形成されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のレーザ加工機。
