Description

Claims (18)
- 塗料を脱粘着化するための組成物であって、
カチオン化デンプンと、
アルミン酸ナトリウムの溶液と、を含み、
前記組成物中の塩化物の濃度が、30,000ppm以下である、組成物。 - 前記組成物が、6000ppm未満の塩化物を含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、100ppm未満の塩化物を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- 前記カチオン化デンプンが、カチオン化小麦デンプン、トウモロコシデンプン、タピオカデンプン、ジャガイモデンプン、米デンプン、サツマイモデンプン、サゴデンプン、緑豆デンプン、クズウコンデンプン、およびそれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記カチオン化デンプンが、カチオン化トウモロコシデンプンである、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記カチオン化トウモロコシデンプンが、トリメチル臭化アンモニウムを含むカチオン化剤でカチオン化されている、請求項5に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、20ppm未満の塩化物を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記カチオン化デンプンの量が、前記組成物の25〜50重量%を構成する、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記アルミン酸ナトリウムの量が、前記組成物の50〜75重量%を構成する、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の前記組成物を、循環水システムの流れに添加することを含み、前記循環水システムが、過剰に噴霧された塗料を含む、塗料を脱粘着化するための方法。
- 前記循環水システムのpHを6〜10に調整することをさらに含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記循環水システムから脱粘着化された塗料を分離することをさらに含む、請求項10又は11に記載の方法。
- 塗料を脱粘着化するための組成物を調製する方法であって、
デンプンを加熱してデンプン溶液を形成することと、
前記デンプン溶液のpHを、12超の値に調整することと、
カチオン化剤を添加することと、
前記カチオン化剤を含有する前記デンプン溶液を加熱することと、
アルミン酸ナトリウムの溶液を添加することと、を含む、方法。 - 前記組成物が、6000ppm未満の塩化物を含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記組成物が、100ppm未満の塩化物を含む、請求項13又は14に記載の方法。
- 前記デンプンが、小麦デンプン、トウモロコシデンプン、タピオカデンプン、ジャガイモデンプン、米デンプン、サツマイモデンプン、サゴデンプン、緑豆デンプン、クズウコンデンプン、およびそれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項13〜15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記デンプンが、トリメチル臭化アンモニウムを含有するカチオン化剤でカチオン化される、請求項13〜16のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 塗料を脱粘着化する組成物の使用であって、前記組成物が、
カチオン化デンプンと、
アルミン酸ナトリウムの溶液と、を含み、
前記組成物中の塩化物の濃度が、30,000ppm以下である、使用。
