ホルダー13は、内レールに対して左右のどちら側にも回動保持できる。
なお、本実施例ではベースブラケット13aの底部に回動部15の両側に一対の凸部13f,13gを自転車の前輪の載置方向とは直交方向に設けてあり、架台部14には4つの凹部14c,14d,14e,14fを回動部15の周りに略十字形状、同心円状に配置してある。
これにより、架台部14のスライド方向と直交する方向に配置した一対の14e、14fにベースブラケット13aのホルダーアーム13cと直交する方向に配置した凸部13f,13gを係合させることで、ホルダー13をインナーレール12と直線状態を保持することも可能である。
